Again writing this email by the name of pinki nautiyal from indirapuram ghaziabad. I had talk with mr. Gautam from abhaykhand zone. According to him bill is correct as per our meter but it is not. I asked him to send person to check meter reading and he said the fee is rs 600 to check which i agreed to pay though it is too much. But he denied to send and asked me to come and pay there which is not possible for me as i have a small kid and my mother is diabetic to whom i can't leave.

Also this is their responsibility to send if there is problem. And finally they said your query is resolved without taking any action.

This bill is too high and meter is running very high as we are not consuming that much. If it is continued we would end up with paying such high bills with the ignorance of the department.

Sir my earnest request to you to kindly deal with this matter so that we common people should not be sufferer.

Dear sir, as i am not using electricity in my home from last 2 months.. Because i am out of station. But i had received 4500 rs. Bill.. How can it be possible?

Transformer replace and transformer kilowatt expended. I have to inform to you this transformer is burned is burned in mavi kalan for extended a load of transformer.

I am Pinki Nautiyal resident of Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I have been receiving very high bills since lockdown. My first bill was of rs 4500 of May. And now June bill is RS 3500 which I have attached. It may be meter problem or from department side.

Please consider this as top urgent as I am not able to pay these high bills. And that is when not using that much.

I am really worried about this problem.

This is to inform that we are not getting electricity here at my village since last 12 hours. We arw hardly getting 12 hours electricity and there's power cut many times a day.
Some of our villagers called to inform our power sub-division but still the issue had not heard.
Request you to please look into this.

I have applied for new connection on 16/04/2020. My application number [protected] for connection. But there is no any response regarding connection. I request to prompt connection.

Dear sir/ madam,
I want to bring to your that my current electricity bill is very high compared to previous bills. I used to pay rs 1600 per month. And this time my bill is around rs 8400.
This is very high. There may be a problem with meter or there must be done fault in my current bill. Please recheck my bill and my status.

Bill number[protected] has been raised for rs 1400/- despite the fact that house is locked for quite sometime ; fixed charges are understandable which used to be in the range of rs 300-400 per month ; complaint was registered on uppcl portal online but no action has been taken

My electricity bill of may & june 2020 is coming around 1200 rs. Earlier days during same season it was[protected] rs. No body listens in up. Kindly arrange to check & if required do replacement of meter or calibarate and adjust / refund higher amounts deposited earlier also. Appreciate you suitable action & feed back, till that i have hold further payments. I am a senior citizen & cannot come to your office.

Dear sir / ma, am,
This is to bring to your notice that, the electric poles in our colony has been placed very near to our residential building, especially ours (A-1, rail vihar phase 3rd, near buddha museum, taramandal, gorakhpur, uttarpradesh. 273016).in our case it is not even at one hand distance from the wall of our house. As, this year we are planning to build 1st floor in our house the wire of the electric pole is falling inside our boundary. It is very risky for the laborers to work with the dangerous wires hanging like some death spot for them.
So, i request you to look into this matter and see different possible ways to solve them. Kindly look into it.

Last one month power supply is not coming proper every alternative days there is a problem in power, i am trying to reach with the costumer but no proper response. Please escalate this issue because there is not other option left which we can try.

At near my house a person has directly taking electricity from pole by cutting the wires of electrical meter
I have video of that thing and i have complaint against it but that person saying that i am stealing the electricity while i am paying bills of electricity every month
But he is saying that i will take action against you rather than saying to that person because he is a political person from bsp
