I am a residence of satheri village, in khatauli, muzaffarnagar. There has been no electricity in our area of village from 3 days as our transformer had been damaged (Blown). And no one is giving to us a new transformer. Our area members are very helpless at the time. Sir please help our area in our satheri village in khatauli, muzaffarnagar, up..

We are using UPPCL'S DVVNL Electricity but the Voltage comes really too much low that Our Ceiling Fan unable to work as it was doing earlier. Since the Transformer changed. I tried and trying to call UPPCL DVVNL'S CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES there is no answered always. And this is problem of whole Colony. And My Light House is Friends Colony.

I have received bill of amount 22000 for three months of electricity bill, however i am not staying in that home from last 6 months. I guess these electricity has some problem, because my feb month bi; was also 18000 for one month. I a tired of paying such amount of bill, no one is ready to listen any thing when i go to electricity office.

They are in human and charging so much from us.

It would be great help if you can check why such bill has come. Are they doing some thef treatment.

As you know because of lockdown everything is closed due to lockdown
My shop also get closed also before the lockdown i pay amount of 528.00 rupees on 18/03/2020.
But on 14/06/2020 when i have recieved bill it shows amount of 1846.00 rupees. And also units only 8. Sir please look into my matter and solve this.

This is power cut in area prempuri, muzaffarnagar, up.
We have faced this problem on 13june 2020 and same problem on 14 june 2020.
Both of the days we have suffered the power cut and none of you have come in rescue even everyone was laughing when we called for complaint. I must say this area has the worst electrical board... No line men nothing.

We have fault in our electric connection.
Some electric appliances are not working due to this issue. It includes our water pump.

The same water pump is working in the other (Meter) connection but not working in our connection.
We have got the connection socket and motor pump and wires checked by 2-3 local electricians for confirmation, all are fine.

Line man visited but still the issue is not resolved. They didn't provide any solution.

Due to no connection in water pump we have no water and suffering.
Please resolve soon.

I would like to inform you that from last 1 months electricity supply in our area (Vill - gopalpur or bhutpura, sasni dist.-hathras - 204216) become worst.
Every day 14- 16 hours of power cut is happening and electricity voltage is very low, moreover there must be power cut between 4 am to 7 am which result in difficulty to sleep. As you know that summer is on peak, and this power cut make difficult for us to survive.
I contact multiple times to the concerned team but getting no response.

I terribly pissed with the low voltage and power issue in sector 49 c block, who is gonna bear the cost of our expensive devices, i have already spend too much on led light and tubes, all have stop working in just2months because of this. No one answers the phone at your electricity dept 😡 kindly resolve this asap

I have been using the uppcl connection for over many years, with no complaint, but this month i received a bill of over 24799 rs and after two days of recived this bill i recived a msg o[censored]r revised bill and new bill amount is 795305 rs.
After seen this msg i am extremely shocked.

Account no. [protected] consumer name is mohd nasibuddin and bill no.[protected] and bill genrated for june 2020.br...

I made the online payment of my electricity bill
(Account no-[protected]) on 16th may 2020 at 04:54 pm through phonepe with a transaction bill of rs.1941 for submitting 2 months of electricity bill & the amount has been deducted from my bank account. But i didn't get any sms from uppcl.
So when i went to collect the paid 2 months online bill payment and submit the bill of last month by myself at aashiana power house..
He (Bill collector) rudely talked and denied to give me the online payment receipt bill by saying that
He doesn't know how to track that online payment and all and then he said to submit my previous 2months electricity bill again & i have no option to do so i submitted 3months bill payment..
So i just want you to return my online traction.
Please consider my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

I am a resident of jataha road padrauna and facing a severe issue of frequent power cuts and very low voltage since 2 days. For the past two weeks there was a good condition but earlier similar situation was being faced by us residents. The problem was resolved after almost 5 days. Now again we are facing similar situation, and no one is doing anything about the same. My father heard from someone this issue is linked from kasia. There has been some problem with the main line which is yet not resolved and even people over there are facing this problem since so many days.
At this time when there is pandemic crisis and also a temperature of 40-45°, how are we suppose to live in such situation. Why isn't any action been taken yet.
I highly request to solve the situation as soon as you can.
We are paying tax and we are not even provided an early solution to a power cut issue.
So kindly look into the problem and resolve it.
A much early action being taken is highly expected from your side.

Hello there!

I live in 14/40 udaiganj, near clay square area which is also called murli nagar and i have a huge complain regarding the fluctuation in my area. There is a ton of electricity fluctuations here which also affects my home appliances such as air conditioner, computer, television and fridge.

Please do something about it otherwise, it will damage all of the appliances in my area. Either cut the electricity or just give it without any fluctuations please. This is highly recommended as i am office worker and it is making a huge problem for my computer working from home.
I cannot continue to work like this knowing i will damage my home appliances. Please do something about it.

In reference to above subject I wish to inform you that electric pole in front of my house is got rusty badly and damaged from the side where it is earthed. This pole may fall on my house any time.
Therefor you are requested to please change/repair this pole immediately.

Uppcl have changed over amount and wrong bill always
And meter also defective uppcl also not fixed it after my complaint
And also over charge as compared to my previous bills

I tried to pay my house electricity bill on date - 31/05/2020 at 10:50 am, through this link bit. Ly/uppcl-instapayment which i received from your message. The transaction leads me to a blank page and the site stops responding and rupees 1392.0 got debited from my account. I waited for a day as i thought my bill got paid but as there was no message of successful electricity bill payment so next day i submit the electricity bill from paytm,...

Sir we are having uppcl connection account number [protected] in the name of smt harchandi devi memorial educational trust d block pallavpuram phase 1 meerut 250110. Our security deposit with uppcl is rs84000/-. Inspite of our repeated request/mail we are not getting interest on our security deposit.
