Hello there!

I live in 14/40 udaiganj, near clay square area which is also called murli nagar and i have a huge complain regarding the fluctuation in my area. There is a ton of electricity fluctuations here which also affects my home appliances such as air conditioner, computer, television and fridge.

Please do something about it otherwise, it will damage all of the appliances in my area. Either cut the electricity...

In reference to above subject I wish to inform you that electric pole in front of my house is got rusty badly and damaged from the side where it is earthed. This pole may fall on my house any time.
Therefor you are requested to please change/repair this pole immediately.

Uppcl have changed over amount and wrong bill always
And meter also defective uppcl also not fixed it after my complaint
And also over charge as compared to my previous bills
Please fixed it...

I tried to pay my house electricity bill on date - 31/05/2020 at 10:50 am, through this link bit. Ly/uppcl-instapayment which i received from your message. The transaction leads me to a blank page and the site stops responding and rupees 1392.0 got debited from my account. I had paid my electricity bill of rs.5497/- via netbanking, for the months of april-may 2020 on 31/05/20 at 05:47am. The amount got debited from my hdfc bank account but did not get credited to the uppcl account.
Kindly look into the matter and sort it out.

This is regarding frequent cut in electricity in my area (Basant vihar, saket) i tried to submit complaint through toll free number which i googled where it is written open -24hours. But the number is wrong no one is picking my call.
It's been more than 5 hours and still power is not here. Can you please check. It is their daily exercise now to cut power 4-5 hours.

Bill of above account for the month of may 2020 is generated by pvvnl is rs.17, 877.00 while my average monthly bill in last 8 years have been between rs800 to rs 900/-. This bill is for domestic wherein 2 fans, 2 led bulb and one fridge only.
I lodged complaint spoke to concerned ae also visited sub division office but...

There is no light since early morning & I have an infants & small children.. They can't bear so much humidity.

I have received average bill 600- 800 approx but now i have received
Rs.4699 of 2 months bill which is not acceptable.

My account no. Is[protected]. I paid bill of march 2020 which was rs 336 but then my present reading was not updated. So now the bill of april is generated according to the initial reading of march which is rs 578.

Request to remove this very Old wire from the above said place as it may lead to any accident as current is flowing and be informed it is not being used for past 20 yrs.
So you are requested to expedite the matter....
