Inverters all gone dead.batteries discharged . We are in a dark. What's wrong with the power supply.

I have complained about electricity failure in my area at 3 p.m. But the issue has not been resolved even now (7 p.m.)
The line men are also talking rudely
Please take the required action on the officers....

UPPCL bill was paid through google pay UPI but not updated on UPPCL portal. It was paid on 2 September 22, with transaction id[protected]

I am not living in the village and no one is living in this house. Only one CFL used in the night always my bill is coming is upper side around INR 500.
Can you please suggest to me how it's happening. I hope it can be a meter reader mistake or Meter technical issue. The August month bill is showing me INR 3018 where The Arrear Amount is INR 2440 + 578 is the current month bill. I have no idea why you guys are charging me unnecessary bills. I always make the payment online timely. The Current monthly bill is INR 578 without any consumption.
I am not able to understand if i will live in this house then how much you will be charged without living i got 578 bill .
I am requesting you please check and make the correction of my current bill ASAP so that I can make the payment.
Please find the bill in attachment waitting for your Positive response.

In our village two transformer is burned .
First one is burned on 20 August 2022 due to rain.
Second one burned on 1 September 2022 due to overload.
It bean about 10 day there is no replacement of transformers .
We are suffering from water problem and such many other problems.
Please replace those transformers as soon as possible.

Their is a frequent electricity disconnection in my anant vihar colony nearby mahadev marbles para rajajipuram tikonia 226017 please raise this issue with UPPCL authorities as someone is frequently disconnecting the electricity

My meter is damaged due to which my petrol pump remain close for days. And there is no other source of power

It has been months we are facing extremely low voltage in our neighbourhood.

It is affecting our day to day lives.

Please take proper action.

Power cut from 2 hours and from evenings there is some issue with power tripping...

Bill has not been generatied due to faulty smart meter for the month of July. Complaint already been registered on 1912 but no action till date.

I have applied for new connection 50 days ago. I am living at Sharafat Nagar, New Rahimabad, Sarojini Nagar Lucknow-226008. every process has been done and meter dates has been over twice. I went to power house but they said that there are sortage of meter from last 1month. I complained against this on customer care number 3 times but without any inquiry they updated that issue has been resolved. they are saying these words from last 40 days. We are living with family and facing lots of problems because of supply issue. Please do something and investigate that what these people are doing with public. They only talk with money if you paid or not but have to pay again and again.

I made a complaint last night my complaint was registered . I was told that somebody will contact me . But after 2 hours I got a message that your complaint has been successfully done . But actually no body came to check

The subject is that there is a electric pole nearby my home in street and the pole has been bent mostly and can be fell anytime . I humbly request that fix the pole

There is no proper power supply in our village, please solve it. bohot saare complaint karne ke baad bhi koi sunwai nahi hai aapse yahi request us to solve it as soon as possible

My electric Meatier in not proper showing Reading to some time I already given application to nearest office but his not respond.

I am Anupam Singh resident of Nyay Vihar. We are facing electricity issues since 1 year. There is no electricity pole in my colony. All the residents used bamboo poles as temporary solution but these pole are very fragile and break when heavy rainfall occurs. There is chance of serious accident as high voltage wire may hit any resident or passerby. We need permanent solution to this problem. Please erect permanent pole in our colony.

Requested Sir/Madam,

I am Shikha Mittal D/O Avnish Kumar Mital, I live in Meerut, We want to reconstruct our house and an Electricity Pole is right in front of the house. I just want to share that this pole is almost in the houseend is very dangerous for my family if something goes wrong who will take the responsibility every now and then there is sparking in it and it even leaks a lot as it has a small transformer as well.
due to the wires we are not able to reconstruct our house If we build it, it would touch the wire.

I have given a complaint for the shifting of the same and was in constant touch with Mrs-Neelam .As per my last discussion with Mrs-Neelam the same will be done in few days. But nothing has been done till date.

I request the Government officials to take this into consideration and take quick action to shift/remove the Electricity pole.
