I have applied for new connection 50 days ago. I am living at Sharafat Nagar, New Rahimabad, Sarojini Nagar Lucknow-226008. every process has been done and meter dates has been over twice. I went to power house but they said that there are sortage of meter from last 1month. I complained against this on customer care number 3 times but without any inquiry they updated that issue has been resolved. they are saying these words from last 40 days. We are living with family and facing lots of problems because of supply issue. Please do something and investigate that what these people are doing with public. They only talk with money if you paid or not but have to pay again and again.
Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried online payment in 16/9/2022 UPPCL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT application form, the amount has been deducted but in my application form it still showing payment failed in my payment status . I request to you to look in to the matter as soon as possible it will be a great help for me.
