I made a payment online at www.uppclonline electricity bill id - [protected] payment on 17/09/2019 deducted from my account and print not generated and my billing amount of electricity also shows same balance which in was make payment and my account is debited. For refunding of my payment money rs. 4780 - my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com
I kindly request to refund my amount rs 4780...

UPPCL is sending wrong bills. there is no one in the house using electricity from 18 aug. and bill from 20 aug to 14 sept is 1120 and unit consumed as per them is 176 units in locked house.Below is 2 messages send by uppcl of aug and sept month bill.

I, harish tiwari, resident of village haraiyya wants to bring to your notice the current situation of electicity grievances in our house.

We have been using negligible amount of electricity over these many years. We dont even use light bulbs or fans. There is no meter but still we had to pay 91639rs., which we paid!!

I request you to install a proper meter so that the reading is correct because no body can pay...

New meter established in residential area consumes fast readings as per the usage. As compare with the old meters it is likely to read much faster apart from the daily usage. Instead of this the company uppcl also imposed some arrears in last two months. Being submitted bill timely everytime. Most of the time bill generator outsource staff also not arrived at the given monthly time.
This problem became dominant in this area, please...

I have a flat in kendriya vihar, sector-82 noida but no one is staying there for more than an year. Hence, no electricity is being consumed. Dear sir, i want to complain about the street light of akbarpur - behrampur, near yr junior high school, gali no. 1, opp. Green hotel, budh vihar not having electric wire on complete pole, wires only half gali althrough electricity connection every home since last 18 years and bill paying everyone on every month.
