As i got the information for the account number[protected] which is on the name o[censored]dai singh s/o kharak. The amount of the bill more than one lakh rupees (1, 00, 000/-). i need some information.

1. Why the concerned person isnt notified till now?
2. Why the connection is not disconnected by the concerned department if the amount isnt paid according to the rule by the customer.

This is to inform you that i'm rajeev rathore working in noida and my family residing at below mentioned address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that the 2-3 years ago one electric pole forcefully fix up in my house floor inside around 2feet from gali/road, my father is very gentalman n that time he's very requested to them for fix up the pole on gali side but they don't agree and...

I am a resident of indirapuram in ghaziabad and would like to bring your notice about illegal theft of electricity by unauthorized jhuggis. My adjoining plot no 963 shakti khand 4 indirapuram ghaziabad, has no boundaries and most of the time these people take electricity directly from the pole illegally.
I have requested many times to the plot owner but no action taken along with electricity theft these people are risk to the woman's and children specially, i would request you to please take a strict action against such people along with the owner of the plot who shield them and participate in such illegal activities done by these people.

Dear sir,
We people of village Paraspur Post Babuganj Tehseel Lalganj District pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh are facing low voltage and voltage fluctuations problem since long time. We informed many time to our substation employees but they never done any maintenance and send us response that your complaint is resolved.

We have complaint in written to office, and also helpline number, jansunwai application but not any improvement in service.

So we request you to please take some action so that problem can be solved and power quality could be improved.

I tried paying my electricity bill of rs 4526 online through my us issued credit card.in the first two instance amount each of worth $ 64.49 was deducted from my credit card even when the transaction was unsuccessful. The reference number for these declined transactions are raxg[protected] and raxg[protected].

Following initial failure i was able to pay off the entire amount of rs 4526 using a different credit card and also received a payment confirmation. The transaction reference number for this case is ram[protected]. Please verify.

I request uppcl to refund me $ 64.29*=$128.98 or 4526*2=rs 9052 to my visa credit card ending in 7936.

They have done meter bypass to run half of the devices. There air conditioner is on all day and night, there water pump is on for hours, they use heater to cook food and lots more but then also there bill amount is very less then expected.
Kindly check this issue and fine them so that they dont try to do such things in future.

Sir mai village-rajadeeh post - biswan dist-sitapur se hoon. Yha light ki katauti itni jada hoti hai ki per day 7-8 hours se jada light nhi ati, wo bhi kat kat k.2019 loksabha election k bad se light me bahut katauti ho rahi hai. Jbki humare c. M ji ne village k liye 18 hours light dene ko kaha hai. Is time navratri chal rahe hai 2-3 din se itna kam voltage a raha hai ki ek cfl bhi thik se nhi jalta. Complain krne pe koi sunwai nhi hai. Plz apse request hai meri problem pe dhyan dene ka kast kare.

I have paid my all electricity bills every month timely this is my electricity account number[protected]pashchimanchal vidyut vitran nigam limited)), and i have all payment receipts of previous 6 months bill but this month my bill issued with amount 1480 INR and its fine but total amount need to pay is 6938 INR its very different without mentioned any thing for what this amount. i kindly request to solve my problem.

On this address 50 plus labours are living illegally and using electricity from faulty meter, which doesn't work also they use direct supply as well from illegal connection. Local electricity department employee is also involved.

Look into the matter on priority basis as entire society is in trouble due to the non-sense usage of electrical equipments from free electricity

This complaint is to bring to your notice that resident of h. No-49, retd. Col. Sisodia is openly doing crime of theft of electricity by making a cut in the main line that is coming directly from the electricity pole to his house through underground wiring and stealing electricity since many years and in this the local line-man and other people of the electricity board are openly involved. Request you to take immediate necessary action in form of surprise audit without informing the local station staff of electricity board. You will find many such irregularities during this surprise audit.
Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

Uppcl is issuing wrong bills. My house is locked for years and meter has been marked rdf in written for years. Uppcl no. [protected],

But still every next month uppcl issues vague bills.
Usually, bills are of approximately 240 rs per month since there is nil use of electricity, but in september uppcl issued electricity bill twice, once on 15th sept and second on 21st sept that too of 1010 rs, bill no.[protected]. Five times the actual amount.

Every next months i've to visit the electricity department office varanasi to remind them that the application for rdf has been submitted in written to them and they have computed wrong electricity bills.! Fed up of the staff there, here is the complaint!

My a/c no[protected] my name is parbati devi village and post sohanpur dist deoria up. I say that my electricity bill is coming in huge quantity. But my bill is already paid in your sub station counter. But my acount show 21500/. I say that i already submitted receipt in xerox copy in your's bhatpar rani sub station since 10th month ago. Your's sdo is not action in my acount.
I requested you for action my a/c.

11 kilowatts electric wire is been passed from above our house it's very dangerous because i[censored]nfortunately the wire falls down anyone can get an electric shock because many people stay there so i request you to shift the electrical wires from there i request you to send your employees to visit and resolve the issue i wish our request is solved as early as possible

Junior engineer & linemen are very currupt. They steal the light and take money from them in return and they do it by making a video or photo of the theft of the light that does not give them money. People here are very upset with junior engineer and linemen. So, i request you please action them immediately.

Electricity bill of rs 3060 of 9 days for the period of 9 days with effect from 28 august 2019 to 6 september does not seems to be correct. Please also correct the anomaly of another two electricity bills of rs 4554.56 for the period from 6 july 2019 to 8 aug 2019 which was paid on 10 aug 2019 along with the arrear of rs 5102.64 and electricity bill of rs 1673 for the period of 6 july 2019 to 28 aug 2019 which was also paid before the due date of payment of bill. It is to also submitting that supply of the regular electricity was disconnected before the due date of disconnection without any intimation on 10 aug2019 though no hard copy of the electricity bill for the period of 6 july 2019 to 8 aug 2019 was received to the customer.in fact no hard copies of above mentioned periods were ever received to the customer. Also the meter of electricity connection is also need to be rectified as it is running very fast.

I made a payment online at www.uppclonline electricity bill id - [protected] payment on 17/09/2019 deducted from my account and print not generated and my billing amount of electricity also shows same balance which in was make payment and my account is debited. For refunding of my payment money rs. 4780 - my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com

UPPCL is sending wrong bills. there is no one in the house using electricity from 18 aug. and bill from 20 aug to 14 sept is 1120 and unit consumed as per them is 176 units in locked house.Below is 2 messages send by uppcl of aug and sept month bill.
Electricity Bill dated 20-08-19 for AcId [protected] upto reading 6167 is Rs 1038.23 incl arrear 8.77.Plz pay before due date 27-08-19 on www.uppclonline.com
Electricity Bill dated 14-09-19 for AcId [protected] upto reading 6343 is Rs 1120.37 incl arrear 9.50.Plz pay before due date 21-09-19 on www.uppclonline.com

Cant understand without using electricity they are giving 176 unit reading

With due respect i would like to draw your kind attention towards a serious issue. I live in jaganpur village under ayodhya district. My father name is izharul haq khan and electricity account number is[protected]. 3 years ago we reach to mr. Ram manohar yadav (J. E) for making a p. D by giving 20, 000 rupees cash to clear all the pending amount related to electricity bill. He assured me that the work will be done in shortly. When i asked him to give receipt. He replied that receipt will be reach to our home through line man and for that i have to wait for a long time but all gone in waste.

6 months back when i call to j. E and remind him about receipt he refused by saying that he didn’t take any amount from me. When i said that i have a proof and will go to police station, then he realized and given assurance that work is under process but in fact nothing has been done. Several reminders and follow-up has been carried out but to no avail.

I am monitoring the status of electricity bill amount every month and found its increasing hugely. Total 30, 000 rupees has been increased since i handed over the cash to j. E. Whenever i call him he says work is under processing.

Taking the matter into consideration as above it is humbly requested your honor to look into it and clear all pending amount by providing p. D receipt to me. Further, an investigation is required against ram manhor yadav (J. E) and a disciplinary action need to be taken.

Your kind attention/action in the above will be highly appreciated.
