Respected sir/madam,
I am Anupam Singh resident of Nyay Vihar. We are facing electricity issues since 1 year. There is no electricity pole in my colony. All the residents used bamboo poles as temporary solution but these pole are very fragile and break when heavy rainfall occurs. There is chance of serious accident as high voltage wire may hit any resident or passerby. We need permanent solution to this problem. Please erect permanent pole in our colony.

I am Shikha Mittal D/O Avnish Kumar Mital, I live in Meerut, We want to reconstruct our house and an Electricity Pole is right in front of the house. I just want to share that this pole is almost in the houseend is very dangerous for my family if something goes wrong who will take the responsibility every now and then there is sparking in it and it even leaks a lot as it has a small transformer as well.
due to the wires we are not able to reconstruct our house If we build it, it would touch the wire.

I have given a complaint for the shifting of the same and was in constant touch with Mrs-Neelam .As per my last discussion with Mrs-Neelam the same will be done in few days. But nothing has been done till date.

I request the Government officials to take this into consideration and take quick action to shift/remove the Electricity pole.

and I have been paying my electricity bills throughout.
My address is - 133 Dev Nagar Mission compound Meerut (Pin - 250001)

But now, the person came from the electricity department and said that your account ID is - [protected] under the name of Dr. Anil Kumar and said that due to some error the bill is now Rs. 1, 25, 000/-.

No Electric pole for new connection of Nagarnigam light, tried multiple times for new connection from Nagarnigam light connection but no response from any where, waiting from approximately 3years for the electricity pole and many others in queue for new connection.
So requesting you to please look into it and resolve this long pending issue,
hopefully you guys will take appropriate action to resolve this concern asap.

My home lies in Jodhi ka Poora wali Gali, Bilaria Ki Chungi, Mukeriganj, Azamgarh.
In front of my house, there have been continuous shot circuits since last one month. I have raised concerns to UPPCL personnel but they are doing some minor modifications. In my family lives senior citizens (my grand father and grand mother), they usually go to balcony, with these shot circuit that is regularly happening, it is becoming life threatening for them and to anyone going in the balcony. Please take concrete action to rectify this. I will be highly obliged.

Bill carretion

I done a recharge of 500/- dated 31.07.2022 on genus meter Account no. [protected] with Transaction Refrance no WPHW[protected]. I got recipe that show transactions success but recharge failed. Till date deducted amount couldn’t credited in my account.

Wrong bill was generated without taking meter reading .
in bill it's showing 864/- unit while total usage is 220 kwh so far since meter is installed.

Chhandrauli garhi barabanki 225126 has reported transformer fault from yesterday to the JE of the area but there is no response from anyone of the staff.
Kindly take a strict action against them according to the response policy o[censored]pppcl for rural areas

Sir, I have received my final bill after PDC request for Meter no .[protected] which contains the meter reading which I have already paid (17737 to 17937) on 20/04/2022 my final reading as per your record is 17987 so the unpaid reding is just 34 ( their memorandum is attached) they still made the bill from 17737 to 17987

When I enquire them, I was told that they are charging for 34 unit only but the remaining amount is for...

Sir I want to cut my electricity connection because no one person is not avail at my home,

My last month electricity bill payment got failed, money got deducted, I've contacted bank and platform officials through which the payment was made and they said that the payment was successful from merchant side.
This month's bill generated contains last month bill amount.

It's been more than a week, there is no electricity in Hanuman Puri, Dadri. Have complained for like 100s of times but no resolution. Even if they are providing light in between, the voltage is so low that it's not even possible to switch on water motor or cooler or anything. There is no use. Whenever we are complaining, we get msg within 1 or 2 hrs that your complaint has been resolved and closed, while still there is no electricity. They are not even confirming with us and closing the complaint. Spoke with customer care, they said area JE Raj Kumar Giri said to close the complaint stated that its been resolved. He is lying. Called JE as well, he talked so rudely and disconnected the phone saying do not disturb me if there is no electricity. We don't know what to do anymore. We are forced to live here without water, light anything.

We are living in Hapur [Mohalla _ CHAHKAMAL] facing electricity voltage issues in our colony since so long. Already been reported so many times but still no hearing and no resolution till the date. Most of the time, voltages are like in between 50-100watt. We are working personal here and our work is getting hampered due to electricity crises.
Can you please put some light on such issue and assign the dedicated person for faster resolution.
