I, rajrani had given application for permanent disconnection of my 1 kw electricity connection situated at f-11, 1st floor, arihant market (Opp. Mukesh jain jeweller), central market, shastri nagar, meerut. With account id [protected] on date 26/04/2017 as i was leaving meerut city permanently on 27/04/2017 and i did. And yesterday night i got one sms from uppcl (Bijili) that account id [protected] has pending amount of rs.21699.08/-. It has been more than two years that premises is closed and i didn't get any updates on sms for my connection. I got a signed document from a person who received the application, i tried to find email to send my complaint and found email id and i tried to send email at [protected]@uppcl.org but it came back with this message "address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@uppcl.org because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." please do the needful, i also called on customer care no. At [protected] and didn't get any satisfactory response.
