I am residing at House No.N-90 Teachers Colony, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that the Electricity pole with bunch of wires to be touch my house due to bend of the pole. It may cause sparking/current in the house and it is very unsafe for the family members. The picture of the bended pole is attached herewith.
Sir, I request you to look and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible. It would be very thankful if you co-operate with us.

In payment o[censored]ppclonline electricity bill id - [protected] payment on 22/12/2018 deducted from my account and print not genrated and my billing amount of electricity also shows same balance which in was make payment and my account is debited in same money so i call the customer care but they told i haven't done any payment so i paid the amount in offline mode. For refunding of my payment money rs. 2621 - my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com
I kindly request to refund my amount rs 2621.

My electricity meter does not showing any display riding.It doesn't showing byany kind of riding like date time etc. Display is blank and yelloish in colour. The voltage of my restaurant is going up and down

I tried online bill payment on 22nd dec 18 for below account named "rajesh kumari" for the month of nov 18:-

Amount got debited from my account, but transaction got failed with uppcl site not responding.
Please do the needful to refund the amount, so that i can try the payment again.

I used to get more than 10k bill every month, ur executive jitendra tomar [protected] who visit to take reading and total bill..
Told to change of watt on meter, we have given rs4000 to him, now he refuses to change watt or return money, our executive is also changed for vaishali. Kindly look into this matter otherwise we have raise this issue in prime minister grievance cell.

A 30, 000 high tension electricity pole has been installed beside at my home which is around 5 feet away and much nearer from back side. We always hear the electricity thunder from wires and in rainy season it is possible to make earth from my house. I have my childs and i have fear of something bad can happen. My electricity conection in behind of my house so the other members in our society also conection in last gali. Electrity cable is fall in other person house

I m residing at below mentioned address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that behind my house that is at the end of gali no 5 hariom nagar there is one electrical pole (Pole no.[protected]
Ndgbicdttc1733) which is very much unsafe. All wires are live and dangerous and wire tied to that pole is very near to ground. It may cause problem to colony members and specially children's.

Request you to look and instruct your technical department to reinstall and tie the wire properly.

I have paid my electricity bill on uppcl online website for account no ([protected]) for amount 2026 inr through billdesk payment gateway. However, once the otp was submitted the next window did not load and no confirmation email or receipt was seen. Rather, it showed unknown error saying "your connection to this site is not secure".

I'm still awaiting for any response either through email or on my registered phone number for the bill amount debited as i have received another sms on[protected] asking me to pay the bill.

Kindly confirm if the bill is paid instead of sending sms for disconnection.

I paid my bill amounting ₹624 on 22/12/2018 through tech process gateway on uppclonline by using upi (Bhim). After making payment i received neither any receipt nor any payment confirmation. My payment status is still pending

With due respect i am having one problem regarding the electricity meter monitoring person who collect reading on monthly bases. He keeps on threatening regarding the readings. He is asking for money and taking higher readings.

There is no electricity in vill - chandpur murawanpurwa post-kharguchandpur
Just 2km from main gonda.
Even after 71 years of freedomness villagers are not able to take the happiness of light.
Kindly submit my complaint and give me a complaint no.
And take action as soon as possible and kindly just by giving them electricity you can get a thousands of blessings with the smile of hundreds of face.

With refer to current bill amount rs.1333/- in this regard kindly note that we already paid the pervious bill amount rs. 725/- (Bank statement attached). But the current bill is add with pervious bill amount as arrear but as per uppconline payment there is no due in account and once we have paid the bill how is add in next bill.

I am a resident of sahibabad extension 2.

I am a regular consumer of electricity and pay my bills regularly. Few months back i was charged some extra money in the bill itself. When i went to verify, the department said that your load is high that is why we have increased load.

I paid that bill as well. Now few fellows from electricity department came to the door and said that i am involved in electricity theft. I am surprised that if i am involved in the theft then why i pay almost 70 - 80k electricity bill every year?

The official said that your meter has been tempered thats why the reading is less, and i simply replied that if that is a case then i should have paid low electricity bills.. Right???

Uttar pradesh electricity is already very expensive compared to other states. I also see that the officials are not professional and just look for small bribes.

This is ridiculous that someone is coming to my house and accusing me of theft despite the fact that a huge amount of bill is sent every month and paid regularly.

It would be great if you could look into the matter.

Money deducted From SBI net Bank Banking and Print not Genrated and My Billing Amount Of Electricity also shows same balance which in was make payment and my account is debited in same Money so what can i do now for receiving of DUPLICATE OF PAID BILL RECEIPT and i[censored]nsuccesfully Transaction then FOR REFUNDING OF MY PAYMENT MONEY Rs. 617/- my Email ID is - [protected]@gmail.com Mob.no. I have successfully submitted two electricity bills online to uppcl through phone pe on 16.12.2018 using debit card of vijaya bank. However, there is no response for these from uppcl and it is showing still these are pending. The details are

A) account no. [protected]- virendra singh yadava - amount 3319- paid through phone pe with taxation no. N1812161614032565826226
B) account no. [protected] - raghunath singh yadav - amount 1222 - paid through phone pe with taxation no.18121616160682430773820
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so that above paid amounts may be entered in to the respective accounts.

I have paid my electricity bill in uppcl via paytm but my bill not paid according to paytm bill paid successful in paytm side it was provided me a operator reference no. O[censored]ppcl but in site of www.uppclonline.com my bill after 3days still show unpaid also my new bill is added in previous bill by uppcl my uppcl a/c no. Is [protected] and paytm gave the operator reference no. But after 3days my bill not updated in uppcl site but when i compain to paytm then they say to complaint in uppcl and gave operator reference no.

So i want to say solve my problem as soon as possible. I have also try to customer care o[censored]ppcl but call was not connected from morning to till now.

2 days back hydel dept. People hanged electricity meter from inside to outside of our house. During the connection process from the main line they left nude electricity wires over electric pole which definitely creates any kind of wrong incidence at any time & their is continuous risk of flowing & sepage electric current form those nude wires and this condition will be worst particularly at rainy season. I already taught this problem to our nearby hydel dept & with utter disgrace no one is interested in taking the action regarding my problem. As a concerned resident of the society irequest to you to take serious action otherwise consequences will be worst.
