My name is sher khan I have connection with meter showing but still not having meter in my home and i am paying huge amount without using and not leaving in home yearly once we stay in my home we r leaving outoff state so i kindly requesting to bring my meter where it is and keep in my home by the using of meter reading I will pay I hope that u can understand as soon as possible resolve my problem more details contact [protected]

Dear SIR,
I refer to the captioned matter which is yet to be resolved.
a) As duplicate bills are being raised since Jan 2022 and paid lest lights are dis connected, (amount being small and automatic instruction to paying Bank)
b) During May 22 as the amount was noticeable, I raised complaints online since I was out country, (14/06/22 to 14/09/22). During this period, I was advised that meter readings were abnormal, struck, jumping etc .and hence abnormal reading also. The meter got replaced on 24/08/22.
c) In view od long pending issued I have visited your office but needs your intervention. I request you to resolve this issue
1) Adjust duplicate bills and payments made by me.
2) Issue rectified bills on the basis average electricity consumed for the last 4 months ie jan feb march April(undisputed) for next period.

By mistake, the electricity bill of my house has been paid twice. 1st payment was made using Google Pay app and the 2nd payment was made using Paytm app. Details below :

There is a live transformer situated on at Brahmpuri Near sunaro ki dharmshal Meerut uttarpradesh. its all fencing and platform damages and the some part of iron fencing is on the road due to which there is no space for mobility of vehicles and there is a risk to pass through the road due to live transformer.
already complaint many time on PVVNL cusotmer care center there is no response.
Please repair as soon as possible to avoid any accident.

हैलो सर हमारा मीटर का तार ढीला हो गया था। हमने उसे ठीक करने को कहा तो हमारा मीटर चेंज कर दिया। इसके 2 महीने बाद बिल दिया गया जिसमे 872 रुपये अतिरिक्त मीटर चार्ज लिया जा रहा है। जबकी हमसे बोला गया था की मीटर चार्ज नहीं जाएगा। क्यूकी हमारा मीटर ठीक था। आप हमारी मदद किजिये

Necessary charges has been already paid online but still meter is not installed due to which we are facing lot of issues

This is to bring to your kind notice and information that the Electricity pole with a bunch of wires to be touch my house due to bend of the pole. It may cause sparking/current in the house and it is very unsafe for the family members.

Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the problem of continuous flow of very low voltage in the area of Rehmai Chowk, Behind Mandi Samiti, Habibgarh Road, Saharanpur-247001 (U.P). The complaint has been forwarded to the concerned Sub Division Officer along with many phone calls made at the Sub Station. Sorry to say that there is no response from the authorities. Due to continuous flow of very low voltage we are finding it impossible to run our industries depending on electricity.
Our machineries are not running at full potential due to this problem the consumption of electricity has increased and the bill amount also has increased simultaneously. The problem of low voltage leaves heavy load on the transformer that could damage the same.
You are kindly requested to release orders in regards the complaint to the concerned authorities for a quick response.

The amount per unit is 6.5 and comes to 5.5 when applying subsidy what you implement the subsidy to increase the rate

We pay our bill online . Now UPPCL worker says why are you paying online you can submit the bill to him and if you done do that he will give meter reading whatever he want . Since then he is not coming to get the meter reading he just put random reading and we get the bill.
last month we went to electricity office they said your bill is 4200 and pay 4200 and matter will be closed . how would we know it was correct .

this month that babu said you bill is showing 17000.
Please look into this matter .

Defect in calculation method of netmeter billing. Ex if a consumer produce electricty in jan ie export 150 unit and consume ie import 100 unit the bill for this month will be generated for fixed charges and the surplus of 50 unit will not be carried forward to next month of feb say if in this month export is 100 and import is 150 a bill for 50 unit plus fixed charges will be generated and the surplus of last month will not be considered. If it is taken into account the bill for feb will be for zero unit instead of 50 unit. Thus uppcl is recovering excess amount from cosumer this should be checked and corrected.

Hi there is power outage from many hours in vaishali sector 04 area and there is no way through call center we can register the complaint as all the numbers are unreachable.
Request you to look into this immediately.

Sir this Village is suffering with low voltage problem since lot of months. Because the people of our village steal electricity and some people operate heavy load equipment like flour mill and somersable without permission, so I pray that some action should be taken against them at the earliest.
