Respected sir my ac no is [protected] name as prakash chander kotnala previous month i pay the bill o[censored]nit between 10398 to 10725 of consumed unit 327 of rupees 2320 timingly. But sir today I received a message to pay the bill of rs. 25021 .it was wrong though meter show the unit till today 10978 . I think some where a mistake happen so sir please take action so I pay the bill. Thanks prakash chander kotnala

Now it is a regular weekend thing to cut the power early morning when most of the working people can have little rest in such a hot weather. Our whole day wasted and feels so tiring even on weekends coz of lack of sleep and rest.
Request you not to cut power in morning in weekends.

Dear sir, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor supply of electricity in my area.
I am a resident of Sahu colony, Madhar Mau Kala, Sultanpur road lko, facing extreme voltage fluctuations and poor voltage.
During summer season we experienced constant voltage fluctuations/poor electricity supply that i am observing for last three years. Due to this power fluctuation, my electrical, electronic equipments become damaged several times and i had paid huge amount to repair the same.
As you know this year the summer is very hot and the people in our area are facing a big problem of low voltage. So its our humble request to you, please solve this problem as early as possible. I am compiling below the problem in short
1) Facing extreme low voltage throughout the day and 24×7 (voltage range between 110 - 170)
2) sudden voltage fluctuations which may leads to components failure/electrical equipment failure
3) Insufficient capacity of transformer installed in our locality.

I am paying all electricity charges on a monthly basis. I have no dues. Then why is a huge amount generated ?.. You need to check our generated bill and correct it.

In our area the there has been electricity faults from a few weeks electricity comes and goes frequently which are electrical appliances has been not working properly and the power supply is also comes and goes which is very problematic...

From 4 days ago we faced all village without electricity there is to much problems due to the electric there is no response from hydril and JE

I am Sanchit Srivastava from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh. I live in Maitripuram, Shahpur area and my power station is Shahpur. I am not getting Power supply from last 2 days . Today also I a not getting Power supply from 4 P.M. When I call power station Shahpur their call is busy since that time. Then I call to JE of this area h also put his call forwarded and SDO also forwarded his call. Kindly register my complaint and take necessary actions against these responsibles. And instruct them to give proper supply.

We have been facing a power Failure at our home for more than 4 hours, local power station not picking up phone and UPPCL customer care number is unreachable.

I have registered written complaint as well with #PV[protected]. JE assigned is Gauri Shankar, his number is also unreachable. I am not sure what to do now. It's been more than 4 hours waiting for someone to fix this issue.
Tried calling local power station, they are not picking up the phone, i have tried more than 20 times.

We are facing lot of issues and it's happening so frequently, almost every second day something happens at electric pole and power is gone.

We pay our bill on time but we expect electricity also especially when we are the only one without electricity.

If it's not resolved permanently, my next mail would be to consumer forum.

Sir, this is to informed you that in this area there is no electricity supplying smoothly. As per the heating climate all people suffered from unnecessary cut of electricity in this area since 4-5 days address vill salarpur, noida Gautam Buddha Nagar. Electricity comes 2-3 hours in a day which is not enough So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

महोदय हम कल्ली पश्चिम स्थित रिजर्व पुलिस लाइन में नियुक्त हैं जब हम पूरा दिन अपनी ड्यूटी करके रात में सोने के लिए बिस्तर पे पहुंचते है तो वृंदावन योजना सेक्टर 18 स्थित पावर हाउस में रात को ड्यूटी में तैनात लाइन में रात में 11-12 बजे के करीब पुलिस लाइन की लाइट काट देता है जिसके कारण दिन भर के थके होने पर हम रात में सो नही पाते महोदय कल शुक्रवार है ओर हम नमाज ड्यूटी में भी सुबह 5 बजे जाना है ऐसे में ड्यूटी करना बहुत मुस्किल होता जा रहा है नींद पूरी न होने के कारण स्वस्थ भी खराब होता जा रहा है जिसके लिए वृंदावन सेक्टर 18 स्थित पावर हाउस में तैनात लाइन मैं से संपर्क किया और रोजाना लाइट काटने का कारण पूछा तो लाइन मैन ने कहा ऊपर बात कीजिए जिसकी रिकॉर्डिंग भी मेरे पास है महोदय पुलिस कृपा कुछ समाधान कीजिए वरना हम ड्यूटी तो छोड़िए स्वस्थ भी नही रह पाएंगे

which has led to loss of expensive equipments and need immediate attention toward resolving it.

I was recharging my Smart meter given by UPPCL online. The prepaid consumer id is : [protected]
My 1000 rupees got deducted and second time 500, and no token code was generated.
Transaction status is shown as SUCCESS but recharge status is FAILED....

There has been no electricity in Noida sector 75- Indosam75 society from Tuesday's evening. And it's been affecting our working and sleeping hours.

Our meter has some fault since previous month i, e May 2022 and the board provided us bill of Rs.15k and no new meter is provided yet and this month too they gave the bill of 18k. Rather than estimating according to our previous bills, the employee who reads the number o[censored]nits used is giving some random amount which is very unethical. We have already registered complaint at the offices and we are getting these high amount which we cant even afford to pay and are scared every month if the board will cut the connection, please look into this issue

I have paid 39169 on 4-7-2022 as my electricity bill through PHONPE for account number[protected] but still my payment done is not updated On UPPCL site.please help I am worried a lot

Sir, this ia a complain regarding transformers maintenance which was not working since last one week .After calling multiple time to junior engineer and the ground staff no body paying any heed to the problem which make the situation worse in the village .Transformer is almost ten years old and without any maintenance it is not working properly .when we call JE, he said that he would take up the problem as soon as possible but he is failed to adress the complaint .Sir, we villagers are living in very hostile situation as weather is very humid and too much hot here .Electric supply is totally interrupted here since last almost two week.Sir please look after the matter as soon as possible.

The bill for my account[protected] was around 10588. I had made partial payment of 1000 through debit card and the amount has been debited from my account. Yet the same is not reflected in my total bill amount and it's showing the same as it was previously.
