complain about extra bills for account number 761623628580

My MVVNL (UPPCL) Account Number[protected] and SC No. SD[protected] is registered under the name of Sh. Ram Kumar, I have been finding as always access (EXTRA) my electricity bills (ranging from 1000 to 1100 per month), Today, I have received a bill from UPPCL showing a bill amount of Rs. 19158.00 which is not acceptable.

I request you to look into it and kindly dispatch/update the correct bill amount...

refer complaint dt.21.9 on billing

I refer my complaint dt.21.9.18. So far not resolved. I saw my online bill dt. 10th september issued by uppcl for rs.5307/- and was very surprised. Actually i am in usa with entire family since 21st july. I saw that the reading of meter is taken as 45348 whereas it is 44507. bill amount deducted but payment of bill failed.

Respected Sir
My account no is [protected] .The bill amount for the month of September was Rs 2340.I paid online at uppclonline website on dated[protected].The amount Rs 2319 was deducted but payment of bill failed.
Still the amount has not been credited in my account.
screen shot of debit from bank on dated 15-09-18 has been attached.
I request you to take necessary action so that money can be credited to my account....

nivaran login a/c no 2184260000 not opening

I wish to inform you that i am facing problem while login in enivaran for last few days, when i login through forgot pw, it shows wrong pw.
Further, i have deposited my latest bill for rs 11455/- via phonepay tr. Id n[protected] on 20th sep. 2018, but no message received till date.

Amount was successfully debited from my saving account with the transaction id n[protected]

bill amount deducted twice

I paid the electricity bill on uppclonline.com on 15 sep of rs 3281 and money got deducted and then no processing was there and when i visited the website again bill was shown unpaid on the site so i have to pay that again now for the second time! I want the refund of my rs 3281 asap! I have the proof of deduction twice! This sort of thing will create problem in trusting the website in future as even after bill was paid and money was deducted...

I made a payment of rs. 5014 for uppcl bill payment on 26th aug 2018 at 7:47 pm using tez (Google pay). Amount got deducted but payment failed so i made payment again after two days. Still i have not received the refund of the money

higher billing

My electricity bill dt.10 sept 2018 is wrongly raised. The bill is issued as per meter reading 45348 whereas actual reading is 44507. Last entire month we were out of station, that is why consumption was nill. But the meter reader raised the reading from 44507 (Reading of last month) to 45348 without any reason. And the dept issued the bill for rs.5507/-. This is gross lapse on their part. Pl get it rectified immediately. Also ask them not...

electricity theft commercial connection

It is intimated that a commercial connection of 5 kva at 1/A Gangotri Nagar, Naini Allahabad (UP) since Apr 2017. Actual load of commercial industrial washing machine (shri shani dry cleaners) is 46 kva but connection kept 5 kva. Details are as under :-
Tumbler machine 27 kva (Heater 24 kva on top)
Hydro machine. 1.5 kva
Washing machine 30 kg is 7.5 kva (heater 6 kva in back side)

The amount has been debited vide vin*uppcl/[protected]/0 but uppcl have neither acknowledged nor sent a reciept so far theirsite is not accepting my pass word and said they sent my pass word on my email address but i have not recieved it as yet

meter readings variation in previous and current month readings

Sir, i santosh w/o mr rajender singh am a consumer o[censored]ppcl account id [protected] khasara no 1137 gali no 1 uttaranchal colony, loni border ghaziabad.
1-my previous month meter reading (Kwh) was 4670 according to bill receipt and in current bill it is showing 4580.
2- difference between tqo bills is 90 units more for which i will have to pay more.
