I am having electricity connection under a/c# [protected]. Due to land acquisition for my shop, i am fighting a case in hardoi court for the last couple of years and not using the electricity for over 5 years. Recently i come to know that there is outstanding bill of rs 49145 since 27 july 2016 till date. As per the electricity act 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) if the bill was not paid over 15 days the electricity get temporarily disconnected and if someone fails to clear the dues over 6months the connection will get terminated permanently. Then how come without having the payment the connection is still running successfully over 2 years? This is not only the misuse of the electricity but seems to be a big scam as its not possible without having some internal setting between consumer and electricity provider. Request you to kindly assist in getting the settlement of outstanding amount and immediate disconnection of the electricity connection since i am not using it and the case is still going on for the land acquisition.

Sir What is the status update? My complaint has still not resolved. Still the bill is getting generated and no action has been taken yet. Where should I report the scam now?

    When i did call to customer care they said to visit center.
    What is the benefit of cashless payment, if still people need to visit center.

      It's against s. D. O of sidhari who is not responding to public and providing information to us about the disconnection of power for such long times. He is also giving unpredictable and bad comments to us on asking questions about the condition of electricity. J. E and lineman have switched off there mobiles and freely roaming here and there drunkenly. Situation is very bad. I hope action would be taken against them. Thanks.

        I mr shyam shankar singh consumer with account number[protected] and sc number[protected], i had a electricity connection under krishi karya hetu scheem which was converted to commercial by mistake by the department for which i approched for the correction and was asked to make a payment first for rs 87000 on 6th december 2017. I made the payment but still the connection is not converted to krishi karya hetu as promised i submitted the asked documents and payed the demanded money dut after regrous folloup the people are not responding i am been harassed for the same, i been a farmer cannot afford to travel very time and expense money i am been every time demanded money which i cannot so please look into this i am also attaching the details of the letter receiving received from the senior engg mr girja mishra contact number [protected] and mr arvind [protected] hope i will get justice from you please find the attached

          I, om prakash pandey is resident of village - taluabad, post-naiyapar up-273152. My electricity account no is[protected]. I am facing problem of extra bill since 2 years in every month even when i am clearing the bill in every month. Every time go for complain in the electricity office. I roam from one table to another but no action is being taken.in previous month also the bill was so much higher. And it was not being corrected through local electricity office. So i have complaint online then the action was taken. But again in this month, i am facing same problem and the bill is huge.in previous month i cleared the bill till that month but again in this month bill it is written that bill of two month. Also, in my house electricity meter has been fitted but no body comes for taking reading and send the bill of huge amount.

            Respected sir/madam

            I am from one of the village makhdoompur bandrha, po - kurebhar in dist. Sultanpur up. My complaint is regarding transformer. We are having a problem of over load in transformer. Therefore transformer is geeting problem everymonth, yesterday we got one transformer but today we got again problem in the same transformer. For chaging the transformer nobody is coming from electricity dept. Therefore we r having lot of difficulty pls solve this problem and take necessary action against electricity dept. Sultanpur. We told j. E to give one more transformer then he was telling in your village 50 percent is not paying the electricity bill. There fore we can not provide another transformer. Sir but 50 percent who is paying the electricity bill is not getting the power supply. Pls solve this matter as soon as possible. We are still not getting power supply

              There is a electric poll which was bent last 2 year and stand on a gramineae.
              It's a very dangerous for children and senior citizens.
              So many time we were complaining but nobody reply by representative and Junior engineer.
              JE and SDO refused all complain due to unknown reason.

                My MVVNL (UPPCL) Account Number[protected] and SC No. SD[protected] is registered under the name of Sh. Ram Kumar, I have been finding as always access (EXTRA) my electricity bills (ranging from 1000 to 1100 per month), Today, I have received a bill from UPPCL showing a bill amount of Rs. 19158.00 which is not acceptable.

                I request you to look into it and kindly dispatch/update the correct bill amount or give some waiver of minimum 60-80% on total bill amount (NOW) or if this amount is being claimed to be correct, let me know to take further steps by sending the bifurcation as soon as possible.

                  I refer my complaint dt.21.9.18. So far not resolved. I saw my online bill dt. 10th september issued by uppcl for rs.5307/- and was very surprised. Actually i am in usa with entire family since 21st july. I saw that the reading of meter is taken as 45348 whereas it is 44507. There is no change in last bill’s reading as main switch is off and consumption is nil. Our tenant residing at first floor showed the reading to the meter reader. Tenant is having seperate connection. It is very surprising why the meter reader did it. Kindly take up with the department and get it rectified.

                    Still the amount has not been credited in my account.

                        I would like to inform you that I have a neighbor those have all kinds of electronic products in which the air conditioner is main instrument it’s are working about 8 hours in a day and after 6:30 pm in the evening its working in all night, then one day he seen my bill and speaks that to me a lot more bills.So I spoke to him. Your bill is also come more than me. He smiled. Then I got a bit doubt. Some things are wrong then I did notice, so one day I found that despite the air conditioner walk in the season of summer, then his month's bill was Approx 1200, which was much less than my bill, I once asked Chandra Kumar that if you have any tips please tell me.

                        But he did not tell us. But after one day when I asked again, he got scared like a straw in a thief's beard, since then I got convinced, There is something wrong with that, Sir, I request you, with full security, check their meter. Most of people are not happy with Chandra Kumar in our neighborhood because they were worked was in a government job, which they used to threaten the people by threatening them

                        Since no one has complained against him because he was in the government department, he was stronger of the money, so no one could go against him. They are three brothers, two of serve there life in government jobs and the younger brother doing job as a labor in a shop, Mr. Chandra Kumar and Bharat Kumar's children are already mugger & his police report is already mentioned in Hussain Ganj police station,

                        There is also a police beat against the beaten punk crowd, and there is a police report against these people, but Mr.Chandra Kumar is throwing money for out of the police station for own child & Bharat Kumar’s son.

                        Please, take proper and fair action by doing so, why the electricity stolen should not be done in any manner.
                        I am requesting you please do not share my name because I am living alone in the home there brothers have four children
                        There is a police complain against one boy of both, for the assault, no one lives in my house, so he can kill me, so please my name should not be told from which I remain safe. This is my responsibility for the service, so I have given you suggestions.

                              I paid the electricity bill on uppclonline.com on 15 sep of rs 3281 and money got deducted and then no processing was there and when i visited the website again bill was shown unpaid on the site so i have to pay that again now for the second time! I want the refund of my rs 3281 asap! I have the proof of deduction twice! This sort of thing will create problem in trusting the website in future as even after bill was paid and money was deducted the bill was shown unpaid!

                                  I made a payment of rs. 5014 for uppcl bill payment on 26th aug 2018 at 7:47 pm using tez (Google pay). Amount got deducted but payment failed so i made payment again after two days. Still i have not received the refund of the money

                                    My electricity bill dt.10 sept 2018 is wrongly raised. The bill is issued as per meter reading 45348 whereas actual reading is 44507. Last entire month we were out of station, that is why consumption was nill. But the meter reader raised the reading from 44507 (Reading of last month) to 45348 without any reason. And the dept issued the bill for rs.5507/-. This is gross lapse on their part. Pl get it rectified immediately. Also ask them not to harass the clients unnecessarily.

                                      Hi, i paid the bill which is on my mother's name (Savita tomar) of amount rs. 2589/-. Via sbi online banking. After the payment, the blank page appeared. I can still see the amount outstanding in my account

                                        When i check the portal after 12 hours, i see the payment updated.
                                        Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        In my home one bill cheacker was come and he issued a wrong bill so please kindly write my electricity's bill
