I have requested to permanent disconnection of my electricity connection in feb 2018. I have submitted all document and paid all payment and received a noc from my branch office district basti up 272002. They are not closing my account on website portal and there is generating my bills. Regarding this i have attached some screenshot. I have sent approx 20 email from my gmail account to all senior officers and 2 email with cc to minister also....

Transformer is not working in my village from last 4 day's due to some failure in transformer. There is no one coming from electricity department. They are saying 50% people's are not paying the electricity bill in your village. Please help us to replace the transformer as soon as possible. Our village is 40km far from saharanpur city and temperature is very high now a days. Please find the below required details.

Sir my meater reading is 197 units. I have paid electricity bill for 258 without checking meater 500 units bill sent while i have whatsup meater reading on the mobile number of meater reader. This has been observed that power supply of Noida sector-62 in residential areas particularly in C-block is totally out on 21st and 22nd night (10 .30 PM to 8.00 AM) . As a result residents are suffering a lot. We failed to understand why this type of regular power cut is taking place even after announcement of Chief minister in recent past that there shall be no power cut in Noida.

Herewith, i want to draw your kind attention that a shop owner of 2 shops is using illegal electricity for a tailer shop as well as for a provision store.
He is using a deep freezer along with inverter in provision store and a electric iron in tailor shop.

He drawn a electric cabel from neighborhood.

Hope to have an appropriate action as early as possible

My name is Advocate Ashwani Kumar and practicing in Delhi High Court and District Court somebody call me you will have to pay 32549/- and charges so I demanding me kindly tell which type of amount you demanding me the he told me UPPCL inspection your property which one was locked last 1.5 year and he took the amount of 32549/- and 700/- both amount took by me but sir that property was named on my mother and electricity connection is also name of my mother I am not a part or anywhere of this property so why he took the money while UPPCL was already made false challan against my mother which was about 22000/- so that's the false amount took by UPCCL and same is demanding by my mother

In my city there’s no electricity from 3 days and the line man is too much corrupt person he only wants the conmission and the transformer has been installed last night then also he has not power on the electricity from the transformer he only wants the commission money so please see this fault they cut the electricity in a hour and sometimes they cut the electricity for a day too the electricity is very bad in my area there’s no water in homes so please see this and change the line man he is kanjoos thanking you

Sir i have generate my light bill but it is not shown in uppclonline portal ao that is why i am not able to pay light bill for july current month. My light bill account no.[protected]. Please sir kindly request to solve my problem. This problem is always generate from 5 months so that i complaint for bill then the bill is generate in that portal. Which is irritate to me sir.

Our transformer is burned due to this rainy season. Here are no facilities of electricity since 18 august 2018 7 p. M.. We are facing a lot of problems. Please replace transformer to sort our problem.

निवेदन है की मेरा नाम कैलाश चंद है संयोजन संख्या 1074/269867 हैi मैं यह कहना चाहता हूँ कि छठे माह का मेरा विधुत बिल जोकि 13/06/2018 को निकल गया थाi उस बिल में अतिरिक्त विधुत जुर्माना पाया गया जिसका मूल्य 11007 रुपए है इसकी जानकारी लेने मैं बिजली विभाग नोएडा सेक्टर 62 आया i जहा पर मुझे एक नोटिस प्राप्त हुआ जिसकी दिनाँक 02/03/2017 है जोकि आज के माह से लगभग एक साल चार माह पुराना हैi इस नोटिस के अनुशार हमारे मीटर में 7 किलो विधुत लोड पाया गया जबकि हमारे मीटर पर कभी भी 7 किलो विधुत लोडे उपयोग ही नहीं किया गया i मैं यह चाहता हूँ कि दिए गए विधुत नोटिस की पुनः जाँच की जाये आपकी अति कृपा होगी i

My uppcl account id is [protected] i paid electricity bill dated 09.08.18 for rs 5666 online on 16.08.18 via my icici debit card, but i have not received any confirmation from uppcl regarding receipt of payments also it is not updated on site. Bill outstanding due is still rs 5666/-. I have confirmed from icici bank and they confirmed about payment being successful. Please help.

Many no. Of illegal connection taken from vikramjot telephone exchange, tehsil - harraiya, distt. Basti electric connection line from transformer to exchange due to that illegal connections transformer burnt frequently which causes lot of problems for us. Kindly take n/a to remove theses illegal connections.

From past 5 days there is no electricity.
Though i am complaining regularly to uppcl and they says your problem has been resolved. But actually nobody came to resolve the problem i. E breakage of 110000 v wire, it is very dangerous for any one. Even after complaining regularly from 5 days there is no any progress.
So please resolve this problem asap before any mishappening.

Since last night we are facing power cut in locality and complaint thrice to department verbally but in vain, no contact number is reachable, concerned people are careless and observing national holiday and comman man is helpless as usual, people are taken for granted and frequency of power failure is as common as birth in this country

I made of payment of 9131(via phonepe app) on 10th august 2018.
Money is deducted from my account but i havent recieved any confirmation.
Upon contacting phonepe customer care i was assured that the payment is successfull the updation is not reciever from the UPPCL. they have also provided me with an reference id for the successfull payment which is:-PHNN[protected]
upon contacting the uppcl customer care i was told that the payment is recieved by uppcl but not updated hence my bill still shows an outstanding payment of 9131.
Kindly resolve my this ASAP.

I made online payment of my house whose account no. [protected].

Amount got deducted but no receipt shown as the page got hanged.

In my village electrical transmission line is more than 50 years old& can't bear the full load of village. After the endeavour of several months village pradhan arrange the new wires with the help of junior engineer and other senior officials for replacement of old wires. One day the electrician came and tried to change the wires then some goons came opposes the new line and threaten electrician.
They are still opposing and the wires off the poles. Half the village is living in dark and no one can have guts to face those goons. Villagers told this incident to higher officials but for political reasons no action has been taken yet.
Kindly ask the district head of electricity and to take the action against those people.
