I have been charged 4000rs for new connection whereas i have recieved a reciept of only rs1755 rest money has gone in their deep pockets.. Corruption in 33/11kv karelabagh substation allahabad 211016 is too high.. If you dont give them extra amount they will delay your work or refuse to give you connection by a message of insufficient documents.. They need only money if dont pay they will misbehave.. This is a grave situation...

Respected sir my name is jitendra kumar srivastava village ghanghaul post berraon dist-fatehpur (U. P.) sir there is a case of wrong bill generation in my service connection number 653497. Sir in my village there is a system of fixed bill which is 320rs monthly. Last month uppcl send us a bill amount of 17000 for last 14 month. When we approached to khaga sub office for the reason that we have received a wrong bill sdo of khaga substation told us that our bill includes someone else connection thats why we are recieving a wrong bill amount. When we requested him for the rectification of the bill sdo firmly denied and said that we have to take a fresh connection. Last time we have paid an amount of rs 2462 against the bill of 12 month on 16/05/2017 so my question is that if bill is fixed and we have paid 2462 for 12 months then how it is possible that the bill amount for the next 14 month is 17000. And when we have an active light connection
653497 then why they are forcing us for a new connection.in our substation nobody is ready to take the responsibility to rectify my bill. Although it is the mistake o[censored]ppcl and their officials but ultimately a common man is suffering.

We have our office situated at 4th km stone bhopa road our electricity division number is - edsd iii muzaffa and just a minute ago we had a blast in the transformer just in front of our office and due to blast most of our electrical appliances got burnt and got blasted in which my tv, cameras, inverter fridge etc all are finished just due to neglegence of the electricity department because all the wires are broken and they are not changed but repaired by joining the connection from the broken end due to which these wires broke again and again and the public has to suffer... I request you to take some action as we have complained many times to the electrical section but no steps taken recently wire broke and fell on my two trucks due to powerful voltage eve the tyres got fire but it was stopped as we cut off the line

Through the words of this letter i want to draw your attention towards the deteriorating condition of electrical power distribution in jungle dharampur bishanpura (Specially in the north west side of bishanpura village). I had took the electricity connection in the year 2010,
Since then i hardly remember any month when there was constant 240v supply because fluctuations in voltage is very common for this village, uncut power supply for at least 6hrs and also there is no uniformity in power supply schedule. There is no vigilant group for surprise checking and if by chance transformer failed. It takes generally a month to get repaired or replaced, for that also villagers collect money from the village and then they call the electrician and do the proceedings. I want to know that where is your interference in all this event that took place. I know that problems will be there but we have to minimize it to the least if we are looking for a better tomorrow.
At the end of this brief letter i want you or any of your authorized officer to come and have a visit to our village without any prior notifications and i am sure you will find me true. I as a needy consumer waiting for your arrival in my village.

Kai baar complain karne ke bavjud bhi abhi tak is gaon main light ki suvidha uplabdh nahi hui hai. Abhi gaon ke log sab light ki wajah se pareshan hai. I, Saud Faizi Advocate & Councillor of ward No. 65 wants to inform that I have compaint to change the transformer due to the failure of transformer at khair nagar bazar, Meerut on 25/07/18 but no action has taken yet from last 7 days. Even I have compaint and contact to J.E & SDO of my locality many times but still no action has taken yet.. Its my request from you to take action against this complaint as soon as possible.

Sir, this is anirudh prasad from village firozpur hirapurva post mankapur district gonda.
Sir this is to inform you that our village has been surveyed by the electric department for the electrification and poles attachment for the electricity in village
In this survey there were two village included"firozpur and hirapurva. The electrification is been completed in"thanva dehva"and"nutten dera".
There after it was our village turn for the poles attachment which was been turn over by a person called"paras verma" for his own benifits belonging to the above village where electricity is provided. Sir he has taken over all the poles for his use thus leading to exemption of our village from electricity.
Sir i request you to inquire above topics and take action against the persons accused. And sir do help our village for the electrification as soon as possible.

I was required a new submersible tubewell electricity connection, for that i have visited on sep 2017 to vidyut kendra, bighapur, unnao and met jee. Jee asked me to talked to their employee anil mishra for the same. Anil mishra given me estimate of rs 70000 and asked me to first deposited money. Then he will start process and will install connection within 2 month. Same thing he told to all other persons which came there for taking new connection. I have again talked to jee and he told me to follow his instruction.
Then i have given money to anil mishra similar the other persons did. He told that my connection will be installed within 2 month. I have then waited for one month and when nothing happened, then i have again visited vidyut kendra office and met him, then he told me there was a shortage of materials and now he will start the process asap. After few days he send some electricity poles and other materials to my place and told me that he will also deliver transformer in few days and once it will reached he will install new connection. After 20 days he send transformer to my place as well and called me on phone and said that he will come next week and install my connection. I have waited for one month and tried to call him multiple times but his phone was coming switched off.
After one month, then i have visited the vidyut kendra office again and tried to met him but he was not available there. After multiple visit when i didn't get him then i met with jee again, earlier he was saying anil will install my connection soon, but after 2 month he said anil mishra has ran away with money of more than 70 peoples.
And he is looking into this case and will do his best to install my connection soon. But now he is saying that if we want new connection then we have to again deposit full money.

Now more than 8 months has gone and i am still waiting for my connection to be installed.

One side government saying they want to help farmers while on other side their's officers are looting the common people like me.

Request you to look into this issue and order an inquiry for the same, so that i can get my connection soon.

There is no power supply in my village since last night (28 jul).
I called to powerhouse, je, sdo and many more. But my problem could not be solved and there is still no supply.

I had made a payment to uppcl online 1st time transaction failed so money returned but 2nd time money deducted but bill again not generated. My account number for electricity is [protected]. Please look into the matter and reverse amount 3826 which was deducted or generate transaction complete bill. I come under purvanchal vidyut vitaran nigam ltd. And was never facing such problems please reverse back my money if account is not settled.

Our transformer is damaged due to this rainy season. Here are no facilities of electricity since 26 july 2018 6.00 am. We are facing a lot of problems. Please replace transformer to sort our problem. Please try to solve our problem as soon as possible.

I requested for load extension in uppcl website. They had charged rs.1300 including rs. 100 as processing fee on (Date 6th june 2018) and rs.1200 for load extension charges from 2 kilowatt to 3 kilowatt on (Date 17th june 2018). When i inquired about that with the local powerhouse i was told by sdo that 'for increasing load from 2 kilowatt to 3 kilowatt you should have a security deposit of rs.1000 (My security deposited was rs.1200)'. I was paying my electricity bill online on uppcl website. An amount of rs. 7237 got deducted from my account but no slip was generated at the end which should usually happen and when i still check the uppcl website it is showing the bill due amount of rs7237. Kindly help me to either get a copy of slip from uppcl or a way to refund the money that was deducted from my sbi account.

I have paid my electricity bill through uppcl website via wallet. The amount of 369 RS was deducted from my account no vide transaction ref no[protected]IGADZSEVN3 dated 20 jul 18 but no receipt was given by paynimo or the money credited against my bill no[protected]

So please refund 369 Rs to my accont or pay my outstanding above mentioned bill

My UPPCL account no. is [protected] . I have paid my bill on 21/07/2018 for the month of july 2018 through hdfc net banking for rs 5215, but receipt was not generated after payment and the same is showing due for Rs 5215. My account has been debited by the amount but no credit has been made in UPPCL Account. Please look in to this matter.
