Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] Complaints & Reviews

This complaint is being registered in allahabad. There's no power since 1 am (Almost 12 hours now) last night. There was a spark n burst noise. Perhaps the transformer. Only few of the neighbouring houses don't have power. Nobody has come to repair or resolve it yet, so i'm assuming nobody has lodged a complaint yet. This is near the sonata enterprise. Address is 8a/1 church lane, near sai apartment. Kindly get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

There is low and fluctuating voltage in kailashpuri, chak mundera, allahabad from many days. We are paying for ac voltage but ac is not working on the top floor at night due to low and fluctuating voltage. Our equipments and appliances are at high risk. We are paying but still not able to sleep properly at night due to this persisting problem.It is very difficult manage the day to day acivities and the jod after an annoying hot skeepless night.please consider it and resolve it as soon as possible.

Since 12 o clock no light is coming and in our neighbourhood light is there. And also our house is 3 storeyed so on ground floor light is coming but on 1st and 2nd floor no light is there. Meter is showing no light. Since last night no light is coming in our house please kindly resolve this problem in metre no light is been shown now pls kindly consider this problem as soon as possible

Mai is tym siddhartha nagar distt ke bansi tehsil me rehti hun... Aur yahan ki electricity ki supply din par din bekar hoti ja rahi hai... Kya koi kuch karega yahan ki vyavastha sudharne ke lye... Aap logo ku ye bat samajh nahi ati hai ki apke state me ane se hi log darte hain... Garmi to har jagah barabar hi pad rahi hai magar lyt ki dikkat kahin nahi hai... Hello sir,
My uppcl consumer number is [protected], registered under the name of ritesh budhauliya. I have been paying my electricity bills (Ranging from 1000 to 1100 per month) online using paytm (I have all receipts) from october to february month and today i have received a bill from uppcl showing a bill amount of 46404.62 rs. Which is not acceptable.
I request you to look into it and kindly dispatch/update the correct bill amount or if this amount is being claimed to be correct, let me know to take further steps by sending the bifurcation as soon as possible.

Sub: Complaint againt issuing illigal new connection in favour of Satyaprakash s/o Shri Khazan Singh Tyagi over the running connection 3302/033411

Dear sir,

Applicant have an running electric connection no: 3302/033411 at our joint property since 1982. After the chakbandi the khasra on which the tubewall situated went to Devakram S/O Khazan Singh Tyagi. Devakram sold it and it had transferred to Satyaprakash tlTyagi s/o Shri Khazan Singh Tyagi. J.E. Mr. Pankej Gramin illegally alloated new connection over the same tubewell that was our joint property. When I was made complaint of this illegal allotment on same tubewall to the J.E. Mr. Pankaj, he used abusing words against me and said..."jo karna hai kr lo..."

It seems that he took a huge amount as bribe from the allotee and did this illegal allotment with using false documents.

Apart this he is letting illegally running a tubewell on Khasra No.776 from last many years. There is no connection where it is operating.

You are requested to investigate the aforesaid matter and do the needful and take disciplinary action againt the Junior Engineer Mr. Pankaj.

Respected sir/madam,
This has reference to the subject matter.in our mohalla ghosiyana (Thawai tola) one old wooden pole is there just near to nagar palika.in which many cables are connected. It is about to fall because this is a very old pole. Which can be accidental cause.
I saw a cement pole is lying there, so i request you please erect this pole and connect all cables on this as soon as possible just to avoid any accident and to get interrupt free power to the consumers.

I use to live in sector 62 noida. I want a duplicate copy of my bill for some bank verification perpose. I went to nearest electricity board office but they not able to provide me the duplicate copy of bill because of server problem (According to them) but i want that copy today for some urgent work. Can you please help mee in this plzz just provide me a pic of that bill or hard copy if possible.

Sir, with due respect i want to inform you that in my gali, there is a damaged wooden pole is situated and electric line are attached to this line, the pole is highly bend and termited, it looks like to break any time, after so many compliments, it had not been replaced.
This is why i am requesting you to please help for replacement of the same.

The amount to be charged was rs 100 but i was charged rs 200 more. Your site crashed continuously which resulted in losing extra amount of money.

Amount was deducted from my bank.. But it doesn't gave me any receipt or confirmation fo bill paid.
It still shows unpaid on the account.

This has always been a problem with the uppcl website and also there is no updation. I want this on priority basis cause i am fed up woth this.

Village ganeshpur, post bairi bujurg ambedkar nagar 224147 is listed in deen dayal upadhyay gramin vidyut yojna.
All pols wires and meter is settled. But dear sir power supply is not given yet to last 8 month. Sir je and other officers is not taking interest in this matter so please sir give your attention in this. All villagers are handled very difficulty.

Sir our transformer burn out on 07 june 2018 in the agriculture. There are 07 tubewell on this transformer but there is no action by je hasanpurluhari district shamli 06 bigha sugarcane crop also burn out by 110000 ht wire break of farmer subash saini. All crops are require water pls instruct je hasanpur luhari district shamli replace the transformer as earlier.
