Yahan pr agr sikayat ki jaye to adhikari bolte h ki koi baat nhi h meri upar tk pahuch h ... Hm khate bhi h aur khilate bhi h upar tk ... Is pr koi bhi action hi nhi liya jata h kabhi .., tabhi to baar baar yahan pr taar tutte h .. transformer fukte h magar koi bhi adhikari koi action lene ko tyaar nhi hota h ...

On 5 July 2018 two people from electricity board came in saying they were here to cut the connection because o[censored]npaid dues of two months.I told them it will take me another one hour to pay the bill then they asked me to give 550 rupees as a late fee for which they did not give any receipt and left.i want to know how they charged this fee and if it was fair why did they not give me receipt.

We are facing light problem from 4 days in maghar south electricity station in sahajanwa vidhansabha district-gorakhpur, u. P.. No authority is responding to solve it. Kindly do needful to solve this problem as electricity is absent in our village pakadi barauli. Today we are waiting for electricity but possibility of this is very far.

I, akash gupta (Advocate) the resident of prakash enclave, kanth road, moradabad was facing a high electricity problem from last 6-7 days. As from last 6-7 days we only got approx 2-3 hrs electricity a day in our colony. Each and every line man is ignoring our colony and keep on blaming each other. As our nearby societies are getting continuous electricity supply but we don't.

Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve it.

I m one of the honest consumers in pilbhit city where despite availability of 24 hrs electricity we are deprived of the same becaue of poor infrastructure and blatant negligence of distribution staff and the culprits are mr. Np singh exen, mr ranvir singh yadav ae, mr. Sarfuddin ansari je and they behave in an arrogant fashion whenever they are made aware of their glaring mistake.
We are unable to enjoy uninterrupted bijli supply because of these no good corrupt officers... Do look into the matter with seriousness and with intention of punitive actions... They deserve class teacher's danda
With regards and forthcoming harsh action against the above...

I have deposited my bill of 1july 2018 a/c no-[protected] on 01/07/18 by bhim app. When no response came from your side, i lodged above complaint. While my a/c is still showing bill pending. My bank a/c shows that bill amount of rs.3195/ has been deducted and sent to [protected]@upi transfer to[protected] on 01/07/18 kindly resolve the matter satisfactorily.

I'm living in a area in which people do not use electricity with honesty. They steal electricity from the electric pole. There are is a net of wires. Even my family also steal electricity from the pole. I want that my family should be punished with the stealers. You can see a dingy net of wires on the pole. The electric incharge takes money from every house and he has permitted them to steal the electricity. I'm a civilian so i can't see these type of things because it's my duty to inform concern authority. I hope you will understand the problem and solve it.

I've made the payment of my electricity bill on 23 june and the total amount was deducted from the bank account but the staus of payment is still showing pending.

I stay in a village called Behrampur (Tharion, Dist-Fatehpur, UP). The average duration of power supply in a day is only 6-7 hours. Several times the power cut remains for nearly 2-3 days. After so many years of independence we still suffer from electricity problem, when in other state villages have 24 hours electricity supply. We face a lot of problems and difficulty due to this problem. The condition becomes even worse in monsions. Please do something to improve the condition of electricity in our village.

I have paid my electricity bill on[protected] forrs.5776 /-, the amt has been debited from my account with transaction id i n-v1936790-u but the recpt has not been generated.

I have paid to bsnl for recharge of prepaid mobile through gateway billdesk on[protected] rs.220/- the amount of rs 230/- including your charges has been debited to my account including your charges but the rechatge has not been received. Transaction i d is. Mh in-fo[protected].
Please arrange to clear both the payment and send the receipt at my. Mail.

This complaint is being registered in allahabad. There's no power since 1 am (Almost 12 hours now) last night. There was a spark n burst noise. Perhaps the transformer. Only few of the neighbouring houses don't have power. Nobody has come to repair or resolve it yet, so i'm assuming nobody has lodged a complaint yet. This is near the sonata enterprise. Address is 8a/1 church lane, near sai apartment. Kindly get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

There is low and fluctuating voltage in kailashpuri, chak mundera, allahabad from many days. We are paying for ac voltage but ac is not working on the top floor at night due to low and fluctuating voltage. Our equipments and appliances are at high risk. We are paying but still not able to sleep properly at night due to this persisting problem.It is very difficult manage the day to day acivities and the jod after an annoying hot skeepless night.please consider it and resolve it as soon as possible.

Since 12 o clock no light is coming and in our neighbourhood light is there. And also our house is 3 storeyed so on ground floor light is coming but on 1st and 2nd floor no light is there. Meter is showing no light. Since last night no light is coming in our house please kindly resolve this problem in metre no light is been shown now pls kindly consider this problem as soon as possible

Hello sir,
My uppcl consumer number is [protected], registered under the name of ritesh budhauliya. I have been paying my electricity bills (Ranging from 1000 to 1100 per month) online using paytm (I have all receipts) from october to february month and today i have received a bill from uppcl showing a bill amount of 46404.62 rs. Which is not acceptable.
I request you to look into it and kindly dispatch/update the correct bill amount or if this amount is being claimed to be correct, let me know to take further steps by sending the bifurcation as soon as possible.

Sub: Complaint againt issuing illigal new connection in favour of Satyaprakash s/o Shri Khazan Singh Tyagi over the running connection 3302/033411

Dear sir,

Applicant have an running electric connection no: 3302/033411 at our joint property since 1982. After the chakbandi the khasra on which the tubewall situated went to Devakram S/O Khazan Singh Tyagi. Devakram sold it and it had transferred to Satyaprakash tlTyagi s/o Shri Khazan Singh Tyagi. J.E. Mr. Pankej Gramin illegally alloated new connection over the same tubewell that was our joint property. When I was made complaint of this illegal allotment on same tubewall to the J.E. Mr. Pankaj, he used abusing words against me and said..."jo karna hai kr lo..."

It seems that he took a huge amount as bribe from the allotee and did this illegal allotment with using false documents.

Apart this he is letting illegally running a tubewell on Khasra No.776 from last many years. There is no connection where it is operating.

You are requested to investigate the aforesaid matter and do the needful and take disciplinary action againt the Junior Engineer Mr. Pankaj.

It has gone too many days and there is no supply of electricity in my village... I have paid this amount through my wife andhra bank account, also amount is all ready deducted from my wife's (Mrs neera giri) account,
But receipt was not generated.
Kindly confirm and provide me my receipt or refund me my amount.
