Sir, this ia a complain regarding transformers maintenance which was not working since last one week .After calling multiple time to junior engineer and the ground staff no body paying any heed to the problem which make the situation worse in the village .Transformer is almost ten years old and without any maintenance it is not working properly .when we call JE, he said that he would take up the problem as soon as possible but he is failed to adress the complaint .Sir, we villagers are living in very hostile situation as weather is very humid and too much hot here .Electric supply is totally interrupted here since last almost two week.Sir please look after the matter as soon as possible.

    The bill for my account[protected] was around 10588. I had made partial payment of 1000 through debit card and the amount has been debited from my account. Yet the same is not reflected in my total bill amount and it's showing the same as it was previously.

      In our village all poll and wired has been completely damaged, it is running 'RAM BHAROSE',
      Every day in rain season we are suffering power cut issue, trip issue and fuse fault issue, what i am personally feel village like hell.
      Government people are saying we are giving 18 hrs. light in village area but never seen electricity supply management or faciality are available or not.
      Yes i am knowing if i will complaint then it will take time approx. 3 month time to reach till resolution because 'Ye sarakri kaam hai', INDIA Is developing but UP is not developing state.

        Electricity bill correction

        I have paid all my bills till feb 2022 through online payment mode option and the pending balance was zero(0). I forgot to pay from the March-May 2022 month bill that is a 3 month bill. Now when i was checking my bill to pay it on a portal, it showed 24926.00 .

        There is regular power cut in nandanpura powerhouse of jhansi. This is because of poor service and bad maintenance by electricity department. They are very careless. They don't even pick calls. Long power cuts of 8 hours or more. If asked then always say that there is some fault. Everyday there is a new fault. No power supply but high bill amount every month.

            I have applied for new meter connection through jhatpat connection portal Application no.[protected], i have completed almost all the formalities for new connection, I have selected 3 tentative date that is 22, 23, 24 of june 2022 for meter installation and submit it says you will be informed about schedule date by uppcl. But till date no date has been scheduled by the department. I request you to please help me regarding the same.

              We would like to inform you that many employees are posted in anpara sonbhadra (U.P.) like J.E. ( Mr. Anuj kumar) and TG2 such those employees are not work in the favour o[censored]ppcl and sources. And also misbehaving with any person (Like:- cut the supply of electricity and demand money as a bribe) also the said person are not transfered during their bad service why.

                In Mahendra Nagar, Transport Nagar Dhoomanganj area a colony has open and zigzag wire laid out since six years. This needs to be replaced with insulated wire as due wind storms lot many times shorting took placed.

                  I would like to complain about frequent power cuts in my area. The supply gets snapped anytime plunging the entire area into darkness. These irregular power cuts put us to great inconvenience . The students, senior citizens and the little kids suffers a lot.

                      There has been electricity cut in havelock road, yojna bhawan area since 11:15 AM, on 20th June. My complaint no under UPPCL is MV[protected] . Last night on 19th June there was also power cut for long hours.
                      The UPPCL team over the phone is saying that around 3:15 PM the light will come, for 4 hours the power supply will be cut. State us the reasons for power cut for such long hours. What will the citizens do in such weather with electricity cut for 4 hrs without relevant reasons for such long power failure.

                              I just want to bring in your knowledge that there is excessive power cut in my area i.e Bareilly, UP. There is not timing schedule for power cut, they cut power any time with long duration. That is really inconvenience please look into the matter cut electricity 1-2hr. We are living in developing country cannot and it cannot provide 24hr electricity in the city area that really shameful.
