I have applied for new meter connection through jhatpat connection portal Application no.[protected], i have completed almost all the formalities for new connection, I have selected 3 tentative date that is 22, 23, 24 of june 2022 for meter installation and submit it says you will be informed about schedule date by uppcl. But till date no date has been scheduled by the department. I request you to please help me regarding the same.

We would like to inform you that many employees are posted in anpara sonbhadra (U.P.) like J.E. ( Mr. Anuj kumar) and TG2 such those employees are not work in the favour o[censored]ppcl and sources. And also misbehaving with any person (Like:- cut the supply of electricity and demand money as a bribe) also the said person are not transfered during their bad service why.

I would like to complain about frequent power cuts in my area. The supply gets snapped anytime plunging the entire area into darkness. These irregular power cuts put us to great inconvenience . The students, senior citizens and the little kids suffers a lot.

There has been electricity cut in havelock road, yojna bhawan area since 11:15 AM, on 20th June. My complaint no under UPPCL is MV[protected] . Last night on 19th June there was also power cut for long hours.
The UPPCL team over the phone is saying that around 3:15 PM the light will come, for 4 hours the power supply will be cut. State us the reasons for power cut for such long hours. What will the citizens do in such weather with electricity cut for 4 hrs without relevant reasons for such long power failure.

I just want to bring in your knowledge that there is excessive power cut in my area i.e Bareilly, UP. There is not timing schedule for power cut, they cut power any time with long duration. That is really inconvenience please look into the matter cut electricity 1-2hr. We are living in developing country cannot and it cannot provide 24hr electricity in the city area that really shameful.

There is very low voltage (i.e. 70 - 90 volts.) & (5.5 ampere) and the voltage constantly fluctuates as well, this is because the single transformer in the area is not able to bear the load of electricity consumption of these many houses, and it's more than a month we are facing this problem and there is no response from the authorities, i request to the officials to please seek attention to this matter and help us get rid of this as soon as possible.

I am a resident of B- Block, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, 226016. Since past 1 month the people in our locality have been facing the problem of low voltage at nights and sometimes even during the day time. We are unable to run our appliances and thus are not being able to do are daily chores. Even the life of our electrical appliances is being severely affected. The heat during summers has been excruciating. The problem has been persistent and it's really sad that the well known locality of the capital city is facing such an issue. Kindly look into this matter and help us by resolving the issue.

In Prayagraj's Greenvalley, Shaha alias Pipalgaon, electricity is not coming properly for the last about 1.5 months, very little voltage comes, which is mostly less than 100 watts and sometimes less than 50 watts, which has been complained many times. But till now no hearing has been done, there is no transfarmar here, due to which the problem of voltage is getting more. Light is not coming for the last 2 days, due to which there is a problem of water as well as electricity, many people are filling water by asking for generators, there is a lot of carelessness on the part of the electricity department, there is a lot of problem, please do Keep this complaint in mind and solve this problem as soon as possible. The people here will always be grateful to you.
