Dear sir,
Myself farooq ahmad husband of imrana shaheen (Electricity account no: [protected], madhyanchal) paying our bills timely on submitting meter reading in the electricity office at nadarganj, kanpur road, lucknow, last 2 bills amount we received via sms and paid through your online website.
We have one problem, at the connection time our premises and billing address were entered wrongly in your system, when i raise this issue in front of my area je in his office he was saying that it will be corrected after my first bill payment. But when i saw it is not fixed till 2-3 bill payment then again reported the same issue with same je (Sanjeev yadav, nadarganj office) and he advised me to give a written application with the supporting documents, which i given to him on the same day and got a promise that my correct address will be reflected in my bill next month, but i saw address is still not fixed after next month bill payment then i again approach him and got next promise that it will be fixed in my next bill, but till now it is not fixed and i paid my entire bills on timely manner but my address is incorrect. Important point and it is really socking to me and you too, that address showing on my bill is not coming under area of this office as well as je, still they are not fixed it which is basically their own created problem.
Please resolve my matter from the electricity sdo office and my application with supporting documents are alraedy given in my je (Mr. Sanjeev yadav) office.

Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My UPPCL account no [protected], bill was paid through debit card on 12th Mar 2018.Ammount was debited from my bank account but receipt was not generated.
