Hello am pravesh from sanjay colony near radhe shyam muradnagar my concern is regarding extra electricity deducted in our area.
Electricity timings in night is 7pm to 9 pm but from before some days there is no proper supply of electricity. Electricity department cut off electricity before the scheduled time & they not supply the electricity on correct time. They cut extra 1 to 2hr electricity from the scheduled time. Because of this we are facing very problems & this is summer time so please help me regarding this. & please supply proper electricity in our area

Power cut is a frequent problem in our area-bara bazar bahart gali bareilly. We are asked to submit written complaints personally but it is not possible for us to do that. Our complaints are ignored and not properly attended. Since morning, there is no power supply in our phase but no complaints o[censored]s are attended. It os not possible to visit power station for this problem. I request the concern authorities to take the necessary action required. Please look into the phase problem urgently.

I would like to complain on my village problems.in my village there are no street lights properly maintained due to that people afraid to go out in the night times.
We don't even know about village fund from govt. He didn't even spend 10% in it.

Villagers are also not in position to believe him. Would request to please do the investigate and take necessary action.

I am very much regretting to have such a useless/worthless president to my village.

Sir dlf ankur vihar loni me daily electric cut krke add krne ke liye 200 rs mange jate h connection ko proper tarah se chalne ke liye ye 200*20 =4000 rs daily black money earn ke jati h and customer ko presan kiya jata h high voltage and low voltage krke bhi, ab to had hi ho gayi h 4000*365=1460000rs black money earn by uppcl worker suffercostumers

This is to hereby informed that there is a 11000v line pole near my house due to which i am facing problem in construction of my house. I want that this line should be shifted by putting an angle at the pole because it may cause severe injuries by getting shock from the current to the labour and sometimes even fatal.
Moreover we face problem of current flowing in the walls of my house by which we get a shock if we touch the walls.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
I will be highly obliged.

I entered wrong meter reading (71041 instead of 7104) in the meter reading box in e-nivaran app, but i have uploaded the meter pic correctly though. Due to which i have got a bill of very high amount i. E. Rs 21231. I have submitted my previous electricity bills successfully which were not so high, as my previous month's bill was only of rs. 275 which i have paid on 9th feb 2018.
Please help me as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

Myself farooq ahmad husband of imrana shaheen (Electricity account no: [protected], madhyanchal) paying our bills timely on submitting meter reading in the electricity office at nadarganj, kanpur road, lucknow, last 2 bills amount we received via sms and paid through your online website.
We have one problem, at the connection time our premises and billing address were entered wrongly in your system, when i raise this issue in front of my area je in his office he was saying that it will be corrected after my first bill payment. But when i saw it is not fixed till 2-3 bill payment then again reported the same issue with same je (Sanjeev yadav, nadarganj office) and he advised me to give a written application with the supporting documents, which i given to him on the same day and got a promise that my correct address will be reflected in my bill next month, but i saw address is still not fixed after next month bill payment then i again approach him and got next promise that it will be fixed in my next bill, but till now it is not fixed and i paid my entire bills on timely manner but my address is incorrect. Important point and it is really socking to me and you too, that address showing on my bill is not coming under area of this office as well as je, still they are not fixed it which is basically their own created problem.
Please resolve my matter from the electricity sdo office and my application with supporting documents are alraedy given in my je (Mr. Sanjeev yadav) office.

Sir we have sold the propery 4 yrs ago and the new owner of property has taken new electricity connection now after 4 yrs. Someone called us and say you have to pay your bill of rs ×××××× and when i tried to check online about the status of meter cant get any information then tried calling toll free no. They are not helping
So now what to do
What is status of acnt id [protected] is it got disconnected prmntly?

As all government servent residing in govt quarters are not paying electric bills because meters are in name of department, no officer/employee has meter in his name. There is loss of revenue and electricity. As i am working in health dept in lakhimpur kheri, i know the situation of dist male and female hospital both... I hope you will pass some positive orders to eliminate the bijli ghotala.. Thnks alot
