There is no power in Mathura city for past 17 hours and all numbers given on UPPCL website are useless as they are not functioning. Kindly guide us where the hell we should report for this issue. These organizations have again succeeded in giving bad name to state Uttar Pradesh.

    Ac no- [protected], i have always paid my bills on time, online. I have the copy of the same as well. In february, i checked my bill and it was of Rs 11559/ i was shocked, and i didnt paid the bill. I live in a rented accomodation. I visited your office as well, they told me the meter has generated some pending units this month. I am a qualified person who understand the things. How metre can generate some pending units after 10 months ? Lets suppose yes it can generate, in that case i paid my bills on regular basis without any fail, then how cum this much difference? How can i understand this pending units are of the months i shifted? This much amount never comes in resedential area. The point is not about the amount but misleading to a wrong information.
    Kindly resolve my issue, so that i can proceed for the payment.
    I am attaching the screen shot of the payment details i made in december 2017.

      Sir I have cleared my all dues but this time again an Additional charge stated as ARR is added of rupees 317. I don't know what is this charge if I have no dues remaining last month. Please let me know that why this charge is applied to the bill. Also provide the information about the billing procedure o[censored]ppcl.

          We have applied new eb meter but temporary connection provided by bijli board and now after six month they charged 2000 par month fix from us
          How we can afford this monthly price of residential meter he says now weekly charges is 400 approx excluding any charges
          Why not they give us permanent electric connection

          My name is sarvesh Dwivedi and I'm from (Rai pur raja jail road vaard no. 5 )bahraich. As we are supposed to to get 20 hours electricity. The corporation here is unable to provide proper hours electricity a day. It is like nightmare to live in this type of condition. I want to you to notice and take instant action about this matter.

              My UPPCL account id is [protected]. I paid my electricity bill timely. In the month of February I consume 45 Unit only, yet my electricity bill of Rs.1153 was generated. How it is possible and monthly fixed amount also Rs.225 instead of Rs.150.

              So, Kindly resolve my issue.

                Hello am pravesh from sanjay colony near radhe shyam muradnagar my concern is regarding extra electricity deducted in our area.
                Electricity timings in night is 7pm to 9 pm but from before some days there is no proper supply of electricity. Electricity department cut off electricity before the scheduled time & they not supply the electricity on correct time. They cut extra 1 to 2hr electricity from the scheduled time. Because of this we are facing very problems & this is summer time so please help me regarding this. & please supply proper electricity in our area

                  Power cut is a frequent problem in our area-bara bazar bahart gali bareilly. We are asked to submit written complaints personally but it is not possible for us to do that. Our complaints are ignored and not properly attended. Since morning, there is no power supply in our phase but no complaints o[censored]s are attended. It os not possible to visit power station for this problem. I request the concern authorities to take the necessary action required. Please look into the phase problem urgently.

                            I would like to complain on my village problems.in my village there are no street lights properly maintained due to that people afraid to go out in the night times.
                            We don't even know about village fund from govt. He didn't even spend 10% in it.

                            Villagers are also not in position to believe him. Would request to please do the investigate and take necessary action.

                            I am very much regretting to have such a useless/worthless president to my village.

                                This is to hereby informed that there is a 11000v line pole near my house due to which i am facing problem in construction of my house. I want that this line should be shifted by putting an angle at the pole because it may cause severe injuries by getting shock from the current to the labour and sometimes even fatal.
                                Moreover we face problem of current flowing in the walls of my house by which we get a shock if we touch the walls.
                                Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                    I entered wrong meter reading (71041 instead of 7104) in the meter reading box in e-nivaran app, but i have uploaded the meter pic correctly though. Due to which i have got a bill of very high amount i. E. Rs 21231. I have submitted my previous electricity bills successfully which were not so high, as my previous month's bill was only of rs. 275 which i have paid on 9th feb 2018.
                                    Please help me as soon as possible.
