I am resident of village - bikapur, po - bakshpur, distt - azamgarh, up. Electric supply to our village is through sarai mohan sub station. I am having authorised domestic and tubell connection. The supply of whole village has been stopped since 04 days due to some defaulters. Is it justified for those who pay promptly. Why the honest are being punished without committing any crime. Is any govt notification exists to punish honest personnel.

My name is satendra sharma. I am the consumer o[censored]ppcl electricity board, cirle-cir 15091, division - div 150913 and sub division-sdo 1509139. My address is l-246, f-2, first floor, sector 12, ghaziabad. The electric power is surging very high frequently in my area. The voltage reaches about 340 volt after each 10 minutes which failed some electronics equipment of my house and others house in my locality and other electronics equipment are at stake. So you are requested to provide balance electricity voltage.

Because they have no certificate from any authority or pollution control board

Dear sir

I want to state that bare electric wire is dangerous loose across my agricultural land. Height of wire is only 7 to 8 feet from the ground. My father is not able to do cultivation of the land. There is a public path under this bare electric wire, due to this accident may occur at anytime and this leads to heavy lose of human life.
The wire is very old and very weak. It has been fallen down many times in the past.
It has been requested many times at uppcl substations bhatpar rani but no response getting. Even they are not ready to take written complain.
Hence, it is requested to straighten the bare electric wire at the top most priority and make arrangement to replace the wire as early as possible please.

Would like to understand without using acs or any heavy machines how can it come? Our last month bill was 1934/- (Duly paid on time). Please look into the matter... Lekin waha ke officer kaam nahi kar rahe hai maine apna pichla bill government interest concession ke adhar par jama kar diya hai lekin mere account se mera interest concession nahi mila aur metre lagne ke baad mera bill nahi nikal rahe hain. I am shashikesh singh consumer of electricity service for my pumpset connection no.: 1113/992970 want to draw your attention toward an issue which is stated as below.

Issue: i deposited electricity bill in ots month date as 23-05-17 against my pumpset electricity consumption.
Deposited amount was rs. 1000/- + rs. 24080/-
This amount was deposited at the electricity bill camp here at my place. This submitted amount have been posted in your database system as well but still i haven’t benefited the concession amount which shoud be deducted as per ots norms.

Hereby i request you sir to kindly provide this concessional benefit to me. By considering all the documents i have attached with this male.

I would be very grateful for this and would like to pay my gratitude as well sir.

I, vandana the owner of 65 ugf a-2, sector 5 vaishali gzb. Got possession of the said flat in june 2017, the meter reading of a/c id no. [protected] was 7855 kwh on[protected].
Since then i am regularly paying elec. Bill till oct17.
Now in nov.17 the reading jumps from 8510 to 9733.in particular mnth how it can be possible so pl. Correct it or do what ever necessary.

Sir i am giving my ticket details. My ticket which i had taken from your upsrtconline.com site. My ticket was of 21/10/2017 at 6:32 pm from varanasi to allahabad.
But bus was not even reached varanasi and after enquiry from up roadways i informed that this bus was get punctured and not come today. I was so much confused about your refund process as in these case i have to get full refund
So sir kindly refund my rs205 in my account back asap. Reply me and tell the time taken in refund process.
I have several times but they always say mail to us. And i mailed them 2-3 times but they have not responding well and not refunding my money.

Sir i submitted my uppcl je application fee through upi mode that was unsuccessful but money is duducted from my a/c. After one day i recieved a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com
According that my money is return within 2 days
But my money did not refund.
I also send mail to [protected]@ccavenue.com about this but no reponce
I also contacted to [protected]@ccavenue.com on 28/10/2017 they tell me your money refunded on 26/10/2017 and wait 3-4working day.
But today is 2/11/2017 and money is not refund yet. What i do sir.

The reading is too high and units difference too

It's not possible as the last bill was for Rs.2003 which was paid on 1st October.

Another bill will generate on 3rd Nov please get this rectified before that. I had already contacted one official names Munna from the electricity department who will check it tomorrow but I want someone to help from the authorities as they may ask for bribe to resolve the issue.

Phiche 3 varso se 4 manjil building ka nirmaan chori ki bizli se karaya hai. V abhi bhi pole me lagi street light se illegal connection laga rakha hai. Jisse colny me load bahut ho jata hai aur baar baar light jate hai. Kirpa inke jaach kara kar inke virudh uchit karwahi kare.

There are naked electric wires very close to the wall of my home which are posing big risk and threat to us. Please arrange insulated wiring or change pole & wire position so that we can live worry-free.

With due respect i nishant anand would like to inform you that i am using pvvnl/uppcl electric connection at my residence - shalimar garden extn.-2, sahibabad, ghaziabad, u. P. Vide account no. [protected]. I would like to inform you that due to some personal circumstances - no one is living at above-said premises from last january' 2016. But - i regularly paid all payments pertaining to above account.

Today - i received a call followed by attached bill copy against my account no. [protected]. It's a very shocking to see the same. And, i know - same will happen with you too if you go through attached herewith the said bill copy.in the bill - it was showing 11, 000 units consumed by myself.

I hereby sincerely put your 'kind attention' towards the same mistakes and humble requesting to please rectify/resolve the same at earliest from your end.
