Sir account number is[protected], this number has mistake last three months, i have complaint for up pcl but no action, in november we obtain 486 rupee bill and pay 486 rupee after it but yet we obtain bill 1300 rupee after paying 486 from 31/10/17 to 5/10/17 which is worng bill, i have no pending bill till 31/10/17 please take strictly action regarding my bill otherwise i shall going to civil court hapur against utter pradesh power corporation regard: ramvir singh s/o jamdar vill dahana dist hapur

Sir i am giving my ticket details. My ticket which i had taken from your upsrtconline.com site. My ticket was of 21/10/2017 at 6:32 pm from varanasi to allahabad.
But bus was not even reached varanasi and after enquiry from up roadways i informed that this bus was get punctured and not come today. I was so much confused about your refund process as in these case i have to get full refund
So sir kindly refund my rs205 in my account back asap. Reply me and tell the time taken in refund process.
I have several times but they always say mail to us. And i mailed them 2-3 times but they have not responding well and not refunding my money.
Take some action asap as already there is so much delay

Sir i submitted my uppcl je application fee through upi mode that was unsuccessful but money is duducted from my a/c. After one day i recieved a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com
According that my money is return within 2 days
But my money did not refund.
I also send mail to [protected]@ccavenue.com about this but no reponce
I also contacted to [protected]@ccavenue.com on 28/10/2017 they tell me your money refunded on 26/10/2017 and wait 3-4working day.
But today is 2/11/2017 and money is not refund yet. What i do sir.

The reading is too high and units difference too

It's not possible as the last bill was for Rs.2003 which was paid on 1st October.

Another bill will generate on 3rd Nov please get this rectified before that. I had already contacted one official names Munna from the electricity department who will check it tomorrow but I want someone to help from the authorities as they may ask for bribe to resolve the issue.

Phiche 3 varso se 4 manjil building ka nirmaan chori ki bizli se karaya hai. V abhi bhi pole me lagi street light se illegal connection laga rakha hai. Jisse colny me load bahut ho jata hai aur baar baar light jate hai. Kirpa inke jaach kara kar inke virudh uchit karwahi kare.

There are naked electric wires very close to the wall of my home which are posing big risk and threat to us. Please arrange insulated wiring or change pole & wire position so that we can live worry-free.

With due respect i nishant anand would like to inform you that i am using pvvnl/uppcl electric connection at my residence - shalimar garden extn.-2, sahibabad, ghaziabad, u. P. Vide account no. [protected]. I would like to inform you that due to some personal circumstances - no one is living at above-said premises from last january' 2016. But - i regularly paid all payments pertaining to above account.

Today - i received a call followed by attached bill copy against my account no. [protected]. It's a very shocking to see the same. And, i know - same will happen with you too if you go through attached herewith the said bill copy.in the bill - it was showing 11, 000 units consumed by myself.

I hereby sincerely put your 'kind attention' towards the same mistakes and humble requesting to please rectify/resolve the same at earliest from your end.

[protected] dated[protected] by axis bank credit card and paytm shows bill payment is success payment cc transaction no. [protected] but uppcl website still shows that bill is pending.

माननीय महोदय मैं आप को यह सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि मेरे पड़ोसी बाबूलाल दुबे पुत्र श्री राम सम्मोहन दुबे पिछले 2 वर्षों से बिजली की चोरी कर रहे हैं उन्होंने अभी तक कनेक्शन नहीं लिया है उसके बावजूद रात दिन बिजली की खपत करते हैं उन्होंने पीछे ट्रांसफार्मर से तार की कटिया लगा रखी है जिसके कारण जिन लोगों ने कनेक्शन ले रखा है उनको काफी दिक्कत आ रही है बिजली चोरी एक देश गद्दारी के समान है अथवा मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस पर कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए और जल्दी ही इनका कनेक्शन हटवा दिया जाए मैं आपका सदा आभारी रहूंगा धन्यवाद

I submitted my electric bill of month oct-2017 rs.1898/- online through www.uppclonline.com. by 16th oct - 2017. I have submitted bill successfully and payment rs.1898 has been detected from my bank account.
Transection details is “16/10/2017 1, 898.00 1, 07, 580.86 cr. Techproce/[protected]/[protected]/” from my bank. And i also received confirmation sms from my bank about the amount detected. But after word i received a receipt with text “ sorry! Your payment could not be processed. Please try later “. So amount rs.1898/- has been detected but bill is still unpaid. I am sending bank transition details in attachment.
Kindly look into the matter & shootout the above issue. My details are as following:

An electric pole near netaji subhash chandra bose nagar chowk opposite of gatta factory already laid down about a year ago and we approached so many times to je, ae of surajkund sub station to replace the poll but nothing has been done by department and we are facing problems. We have made temporary arrangements and this is not worthy. There are 8 consumers who have their electric connection through this pole. We sincerely request you to resolve the issue and replace the pole earliest.

A 2 kw commercial connection sanyojan sankhya 320491 group sankhya 796, book sankhya 510 upkhand dwitiya was taken
For an india 1 atm at dehradun road chhutmalpur, distt saharanpur, up on 08.07.2015 in my name, meter no. Tsiii63037e
Was installed that day.

A bill was generated for the electricity consumption in the second week of september 2016 by hydel in fatehpur for rs. 35261/=,
And deliberately the power connection was discontinued by the local officials from fatehpur hydel within two days of issuing the bill.
Later on the bill was paid and a receipt book sankhya y465072/796 from khand pratham on 14.09.2016.
The officials did not accept cheque payment and that's why the amount was paid by cash, another amount of rs. 600/= was paid
On the same day for re-connection of electricity on 14.09.2016. So many formalities were pursued and done by us personally
Like roaming to various electricity offices in saharanpur and fatehpur for opening of connection in the process and regularizing
The billing process for the said connection. I had to dial and write to customer care, uppcl west up last year also, and only after
Your intervention and assurance i was issued the consumption bill in september 2016.

Later on we did not receive any electricity bill for usage of electricity.
We are pursuing very hard to get and pay the electricity charges. I have all original documents like receipt of connection,
Bill issued and receipt of the bill paid on 14.09.2016, with me.

Authorities, uppcl are requested to look into the matter and issue me the bill of the period from second week of september, 2106
Till date, and regularize the delivery of bill in a short period, may be monthly or quarterly and if possible please make the bill online
So that it can be paid online as and when it is generated by uppcl.

But in bill of september 2017 the amount of rs 2240. Oo has been shown as last bill arrears.. This needs to be corrected

I have replaced my electric meter in july 2014 but still my electricity bill are being generated ob average basis for the reasons best known to the department. Please instruct the concerned staff to update my account as per meter reading. More over neither i am reviving any bill nor any receipt for my on line payment on my mail id virendra.
