I submitted my electric bill of month oct-2017 rs.1898/- online through www.uppclonline.com. by 16th oct - 2017. I have submitted bill successfully and payment rs.1898 has been detected from my bank account.
Transection details is “16/10/2017 1, 898.00 1, 07, 580.86 cr. Techproce/[protected]/[protected]/” from my bank. And i also received confirmation sms from my bank about the amount detected. But...

For the month of august 2017, an amount of rs 2224.00 was paid on line on 17/09/17 to acc no [protected] as confirmed in my allahabad bank pass book.
But in bill of september 2017 the amount of rs 2240. Oo has been shown as last bill arrears.. This needs to be corrected

I have replaced my electric meter in july 2014 but still my electricity bill are being generated ob average basis for the reasons best known to the department. Please instruct the concerned staff to update my account as per meter reading. More over neither i am reviving any bill nor any receipt for my on line payment on my mail id virendra. Not credited to my account. Due bill show more than rupees 8500. Which is very ambarassing the customer service and corrections to the genuine bill to be made. Mob. No. [protected]....

Sir, respectfully. I am bm saini jto shahganj telephone exchange.in shahganj te three phase electric connection. Mostly te power plant working on 400volt phase to phase. Below it out power plant not work & telecom services disturb due to low voltage up to p to p 320 volt. That is no mean power supply while we pay electric bill near three to four lakh per month. Kinldly solve our problem.
