Sir i submitted my uppcl je application fee through upi mode that was unsuccessful but money is duducted from my a/c. After one day i recieved a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com
According that my money is return within 2 days
But my money did not refund.
I also send mail to [protected]@ccavenue.com about this but no reponce
I also contacted to [protected]@ccavenue.com on 28/10/2017 they tell me your money refunded on 26/10/2017 and wait 3-4working day.
But today is 2/11/2017 and money is not refund yet. What i do sir.

Please sir return my balance as soon as possblie

      We have received bill for the date[protected] to[protected] as Rs. 20, 615
      The reading is too high and units difference too

      It's not possible as the last bill was for Rs.2003 which was paid on 1st October.

      Another bill will generate on 3rd Nov please get this rectified before that. I had already contacted one official names Munna from the electricity department who will check it tomorrow but I want someone to help from the authorities as they may ask for bribe to resolve the issue.

      I have both the bills available with me. Let me know where to upload.

          As i spoke to cusromer care several times but they are not resolving my complaint.

Phiche 3 varso se 4 manjil building ka nirmaan chori ki bizli se karaya hai. V abhi bhi pole me lagi street light se illegal connection laga rakha hai.                 With due respect i nishant anand would like to inform you that i am using pvvnl/uppcl electric connection at my residence - shalimar garden extn.-2, sahibabad, ghaziabad, u. P. Vide account no. [protected]. I would like to inform you that due to some personal circumstances - no one is living at above-said premises from last january' 2016. But - i regularly paid all payments pertaining to above account.

                Today - i received a call followed by attached bill copy against my account no. [protected]. It's a very shocking to see the same. And, i know - same will happen with you too if you go through attached herewith the said bill copy.in the bill - it was showing 11, 000 units consumed by myself.

                I hereby sincerely put your 'kind attention' towards the same mistakes and humble requesting to please rectify/resolve the same at earliest from your end.

                With due respect i nishant anand would like to inform you that i am using pvvnl/uppcl electric connection at my residence - shalimar garden extn.-2, sahibabad, ghaziabad, u. P. Vide account no. [protected]. Two days back i received my bill of 11, 000 units where no one is living there (Said residence) from january, 2016. Please check at your end and rectify it at your end as earliest possible.
                Meter reader is not coming on my home for meter reading. I tried and contact many times from meter yet he is not coming. Address - CHANDRA KALI DEVI W/O DEVI PRASAD YADAV 36 CHAK HIRANAND- NAINI- ALLAHABAD

                      I submitted my electric bill of month oct-2017 rs.1898/- online through www.uppclonline.com. by 16th oct - 2017. I have submitted bill successfully and payment rs.1898 has been detected from my bank account.
                      Transection details is “16/10/2017 1, 898.00 1, 07, 580.86 cr. Techproce/[protected]/[protected]/” from my bank. And i also received confirmation sms from my bank about the amount detected. But after word i received a receipt with text “ sorry! Your payment could not be processed. Please try later “. So amount rs.1898/- has been detected but bill is still unpaid. I am sending bank transition details in attachment.

                        An electric pole near netaji subhash chandra bose nagar chowk opposite of gatta factory already laid down about a year ago and we approached so many times to je, ae of surajkund sub station to replace the poll but nothing has been done by department and we are facing problems. We have made temporary arrangements and this is not worthy. There are 8 consumers who have their electric connection through this pole.                           Dear customer care, uppcl west zone, up,

                          A 2 kw commercial connection sanyojan sankhya 320491 group sankhya 796, book sankhya 510 upkhand dwitiya was taken
                          For an india 1 atm at dehradun road chhutmalpur, distt saharanpur, up on 08.07.2015 in my name, meter no. Tsiii63037e
                          Was installed that day.

                          A bill was generated for the electricity consumption in the second week of september 2016 by hydel in fatehpur for rs. 35261/=,
                          And deliberately the power connection was discontinued by the local officials from fatehpur hydel within two days of issuing the bill.
                          Later on the bill was paid and a receipt book sankhya y465072/796 from khand pratham on 14.09.2016.
                          The officials did not accept cheque payment and that's why the amount was paid by cash, another amount of rs. 600/= was paid
                          On the same day for re-connection of electricity on 14.09.2016. So many formalities were pursued and done by us personally
                          Like roaming to various electricity offices in saharanpur and fatehpur for opening of connection in the process and regularizing
                          The billing process for the said connection. I had to dial and write to customer care, uppcl west up last year also, and only after
                          Your intervention and assurance i was issued the consumption bill in september 2016.

                          Later on we did not receive any electricity bill for usage of electricity.
                          We are pursuing very hard to get and pay the electricity charges. I have all original documents like receipt of connection,
                          Bill issued and receipt of the bill paid on 14.09.2016, with me.

                          Authorities, uppcl are requested to look into the matter and issue me the bill of the period from second week of september, 2106
                          Till date, and regularize the delivery of bill in a short period, may be monthly or quarterly and if possible please make the bill online
                          So that it can be paid online as and when it is generated by uppcl.

                          Please ask the Hydel in Fatehpur Distt Saharanpur or relevant authorities to issue me the electricity consumption bill for the remaining period from September 2016 till date, and regularize the bill issuing it in regular intervals.
                          Electricity line fluctuate from 2 month. Everytime fluctuate electricity create more problem. I am complain to the electricity but no one solve this problem.

                            But in bill of september 2017 the amount of rs 2240. Oo has been shown as last bill arrears.. This needs to be corrected

                                      महोदय मेरा कनेक्शन न० [protected] सुदामापुरी गोविंदपुरी मोदीनगर में लगा है। मेरे मकान का बिल बिना रीडिंग लिए ही अनाप सनाप रीडिंग भरकर पिछले लगभग ६ माह से भेजा जा रहा है। मैं अगस्त २०१७ तक के बिल जमा कर चुका हूँ। मैंने लिखित में उपखण्ड अधिकारी मोदीनगर से की थी, लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ। आज ०४, ०९, २०१७ को मीटर रीडर आया व 2853 की रीडिंग दर्ज कर बिल मेरी पुत्र वधू को 654 यूनिट का रूप 4507=00 का बिल दे गया है जबकि रीडंग 2053 है। मुझे लगता है कि मुझे जान बूझकर मानसिक व आर्थिक रूप से परेशानन किया जा रहा है। बिशनपाल भारती मोदीनगर जिला गाज़ियाबाद। मो० न० [protected]

                                        This is further to my complaint to npcl in reference to their reply by message dt. 5.7.2017 on mobile from dz-npclcc rejecting my application for new connection due to 'some amount was pending for some previous connection'. On the day of application 30.06.2017 i was told about this and i made inquiries in their head office with their officer, mr. Hemant. He was kind enough to tell me about power theft occurred in july, 2013 and therefore some amount around rs.26000 and odd figure including penalty was pending against the house. I verbally apprised him that first possession letter of the house was issued later than the alleged theft. I requested in writing to him to re-investigate the matter as there was no possibility of power theft after our taking the possession of the house. The pics shown to me were also irrelevant as they were not related to period post possession letter.in this regard no enquiries were made with me, nor the papers related to possession were examined properly. This is to submit that first time a possession letter of the house was issued on 9.9.2013 only by gnid authority to the allottee and possession was taken on 11.02.2014 after the house was made ready for possession. A copy of the possession letter was attached with the connection application form. It is very clear that before that the house was in the possession of authority and not with the allottee/owner. It would therefor be unjust to make the allottee/owner responsible for the alleged arrears pending for period when the house was not under the control of allottee/owner. I requested npcl to reconsider their decision and approve my new connection without any harassment, there was no response from their side for last 03 months.
                                        Since it is joint venture with uppcl, i shall request you to intervene and provide me new connection without further harrassment. Thanks and regards. Chandra prabha rawat
