For an india 1 atm at dehradun road chhutmalpur, distt saharanpur, up on 08.07.2015 in my name, meter no. Tsiii63037e
Was installed that day.
A bill was generated for the electricity consumption in the second week of september 2016 by hydel in fatehpur for rs. 35261/=,
And deliberately the power connection was discontinued by the local officials from fatehpur hydel within two days of issuing the bill.
Later on the bill was paid and a receipt book sankhya y465072/796 from khand pratham on 14.09.2016.
The officials did not accept cheque payment and that's why the amount was paid by cash, another amount of rs. 600/= was paid
On the same day for re-connection of electricity on 14.09.2016. So many formalities were pursued and done by us personally
Like roaming to various electricity offices in saharanpur and fatehpur for opening of connection in the process and regularizing
The billing process for the said connection. I had to dial and write to customer care, uppcl west up last year also, and only after
Your intervention and assurance i was issued the consumption bill in september 2016.
Later on we did not receive any electricity bill for usage of electricity.
We are pursuing very hard to get and pay the electricity charges. I have all original documents like receipt of connection,
Bill issued and receipt of the bill paid on 14.09.2016, with me.
Authorities, uppcl are requested to look into the matter and issue me the bill of the period from second week of september, 2106
Till date, and regularize the delivery of bill in a short period, may be monthly or quarterly and if possible please make the bill online
So that it can be paid online as and when it is generated by uppcl.

Updated by Mahavir Prasaad Please ask the Hydel in Fatehpur Distt Saharanpur or relevant authorities to issue me the electricity consumption bill for the remaining period from September 2016 till date, and regularize the bill issuing it in regular intervals.
As i spoke to cusromer care several times but they are not resolving my complaint.
I have all call records with me.
May this complaint would resolve my problems.
