Today I booked a ticket from Muzaffarnagar to Agra for date 31st of august using a registered username and paid the bill of 542 using google pay The amount was debited but the ticket wasn't booked and isn't even displaying in the booked ticked section and i have nothing information regarding the refund . I mailed them regarding this but i received no response i have called them so many times but no one ever receives the call. Please take action against it as soon as possible.
