Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — amount deducted from my upsrtc smart card algal[protected]

Dear sir, this is inform you that i have rs. 1901/- balance in my smart card issued by upsrtc. On 12.10.2018 i board a bus from hathras to aligarh i bought a ticket of rs. 35.00 and the same has been deducted from my smart card and the balance of rs. 1866/- is shown on my bus ticket (As enclosed) i again board a bus from sasni to aligarh i bought a ticket of rs 27/- but when i see balance on the ticket it is only rs. 511.00/-.
