I was trying to book 2 seats for the journey from sitapur to kaushambi, for which i have paid Rs.1618. The balance has been deducted from my account but i didn't receive any confirmation or any ticket for that. Please help me to get the refund.

    Today I booked a ticket from Muzaffarnagar to Agra for date 31st of august using a registered username and paid the bill of 542 using google pay
    The amount was debited but the ticket wasn't booked and isn't even displaying in the booked ticked section and i have nothing information regarding the refund . I mailed them regarding this but i received no response i have called them so many times but no one ever receives the call. Please take action against it as soon as possible. Transaction Id is[protected]

      Dear sir,
      I booked a bus ticket from alambagh (Alm) to varanasi (Vns) on 23 of august 2020. On completing the payment procedure ticket is not generated but the ticket amount has deducted from the bank account.
      So please refund my deducted amount.
      I have attached the transation details of the payment.

          I tried to book 5 tickets from Farrukhabad to Delhi (Kaushambi) on 23.08.2020 ( in morning).

          Amount: 2875 was debited twice (try to book again once 1st try failed) but both time, amount was debited from account but no ticket booked.

          Please refer to all screenshots of amount payments.

            Respected sir/ma'am,
            It is to be humbly submitted that i want to get my booking confirmation message as i didn't get the same while booking my ticket.
            I was booking the ticket from bareilly satellite to kaushambhi for the date august 17, 2020 in the bus named as lakhimpur-kaushambhi janrath.
            I filled all the necessary details alongwith the seat no. 12. I paid the amount through my credit card but i didn't get any seat confirmation message either as text or e-mail.
            I request you to refund me the same amount as i booked another ticket for the same journey.

                  I had booked a ticket from Noida depot to lucknow for the date 20/8/2020 on 16/8/2020 and the payment of ₹943 was successful but i have till now not received any confirmation mail. Neither is my booking visible on my registered id. So now i cannot even cancel my ticket. Even the customer support number is not receiving calls and i am not getting any reply for my mail also. Please help me in the matter.

                    I have booked a ticket from Noida depot to Lucknow for the date 20/8/2020 on 16/8/2020 but did not receive any mail or msg for it's confirmation. My money has also been deducted ₹942. Now i am trying to call the customer support but they are not receiving my calls and neither are they replying to my mail. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible as i have to travel back home.

                      I tried to book bus using upsrtc portal. My money is deducted for second time(also reported for first) but no booking happened. There is no information regarding any of this on portal like transaction failed or something else.

                        This is regarding ticket booked from the userid - pt1009. I booked a ticket from lucknow to bareilly satellite on 18 aug, 2020 and money was deducted, ticket was not booked for the bus.

                          I tried to book a ticket from kaushambi to bareilly in volvo bus of 8.30 am of 14/08/2020 through upsrtc website but payment has been deducted but i didn't receive any ticket and seat was still not booked and i didn't receive any refund till now... No one is responding at your 24*7 customer care helpline.. Please look into this matter.

                                  I booked a ticket on 1st of august from rupaidiha to ghaziabad for date 3rd of august using a registered username on the site nancy1234 and paid the bill of 2000 using google pay
                                  The amount was debited but the ticket wasn't booked and isn't even displaying in the booked ticked section and i have nothing information regarding the refund and it's been almost 10 days. I mailed them regarding this twice but i received no response i have called them so many times but no one ever receives the call. Please take action against it as soon as possible. I have attached the receipt along with this grievance.

                                      We waited till 12 mid night.. The bus didn't come.. No one was available at the bus stop in mau.. People around 15 was waiting for the bus which is coming from the ballia and the time was 9.45pm.. Everyone waited till 12 pm.. Then after decided to go back to home... Many people missed their important work due the unethical, unprofessional way of work...

                                      We all need our amount back to account..
