Amount deducted from my account but transection show as failed.

In an AC bus of Alambagh depot the conductor is taking high fare of Rs. 680 whereas the fare for gorakhpur to lucknow is Rs. 616 bus no is UP51AT2254

माननीय 27 नवंबर 2023 को 10.30am मैं और मेरी बहन आगरा कैंट से भगवान टॉकीज के लिए बस नंबर UP80GT 3621में चढ़े वहां पर जो कंडक्टर था अच्छी हाइट वाला 5 10 11 इंच का लंबा चौड़ा उसने पहले तो हमें गलत बता दिया कि यह बस वहां पर छोड़ेगी जहां से हमें आगे बताइए जाने के लिए बस मिल जाएगी और बहुत लंबे रास्ते से होकर यह बस गई हमें जल्दी थी उसने हमें पहले लेट करवा दिया हम फिर हम बस में चढ़े तो हमने उसे बोला कि हम इस बस में नहीं जाएंगे हम किसी का इंतजार करें उनके साथ जाएंगे पर फिर उसने हमें बस से उतरने नहीं दिया बोला इसी में जो ऐसा हुआ पर दूसरी बात जिसके इसका और बहुत बदतमीज है हमारे से बात करें हमने कहा कि फिर हमने देखा की टिकट चेकिंग करने वाला आया तो इस बस कंडक्टर ने बहुत सारी टिकट फाड़ कर ऐसी बस में फेंकती जो किसी की भी नहीं थी ऐसे इसमें बहुत सारी टिकट फाड़ दी जिनकी फोटो में आपको भेज रही हूं और मैं चाहती हूं इसके इसके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई की जाए क्योंकि इस तरह से बस कंडक्टर बहुत ही मनमानी करते हैं और बदतमीजी करते हैं स्पेशली महिलाओं के साथ उसने बोला कि हमने बोला कि बस रुको तो उसने बोला पुलिस थाने चलो मैंने कहा ठीक है चलो पुलिस थाने इस तरह की बदतमीज उसने हमारे से बात की और फिर सब लोग चिल्ला रहे थे बस में यह बहुत ही गंदा व्यापार था कंडक्टर का और मनमानी करते हैं यह बहुत ज्यादा अपनी इसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए मैं यह सुबह बस हमने ली थी 10:30 के आसपास आगरा कैंट रेलवे स्टेशन से जो भगवान टॉकीज वाटर वर्क्स की तरफ उसे तरफ को जाती है आप देखिए इसके खिलाफ कुछ ना कुछ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए क्योंकि यह बहुत ही बदतमीज और मनमानी करते हैं कंडक्टर धन्यवाद

I have booked ticket from upsrtc website by login to my reg mobile no. Payment got deducted but i have not get any e ticket not on mail and also not available at website.
Please do the refund proceed or either confirm the ticket. I have attached here the screenshot of the payment

Sir having a query regarding bus service from akbarpur to ayodhya junction
Bus service available or not if yes pls share the morning time table

First is, conductor did not care about passengers as 2 ladies, 1 small child and two of my friends suffered a lot that night. He didn't stop the bus on right stand. Actually bus needs to stop on badarpur border but he compelled us to went down before our destination. At night time, ladies will suffer it's easily understood but he didn't give a damn. He charged correct according to badarpur stop. After that, we all had a few words with him. But he started to abuse in front of ladies and denied that bus will not stop to the badarpur. We all went down 2 stops before our destination. Kindly look into this and take strict action against him.

I am 100% visually impaired. Last year in december 2022 I brought a car registered with my own name and as per goverment scheme I should get a facility of Divyangjan zero fastag but the transport deparment of Mahanagar lucknow says that there is no such circular for as such facility for visually impaired person and they do not modify my R.C. I kindly request you to go throgh my matter and resolve it.

We booked 2 bus tickets from Kaushambi to Bareilly scheduled for 21/05/23 at 5:01 pm costing for Rs 1276/-
After reaching the bus stand we were informed that the bus was cancelled at the enquiry counter and also confirmed at the toll free number. Therefore we were compelled to take another bus.
Since that day we have sent multiple mails to UPSRTC for processing our refund but still we have not received it. The customer care is completely denying to provide any update on refund.
We kindly seek your intervention on this matter.

I have booked one ticket for my mother from bareilly to kanpur in 17th may for the journey of 18th june in janrath worth 613/-, later on upsrtc has cancelled the bus without any prior information and my mother had to take normal bus, enquiry office told us that amount will be refunded in 7-10 days, i have sent lot of mails to upsrtc helpline but they arent reverting, everytime they are telling that they r checking but after 20 dyas nothing happened, neither my amount refunded nor they replying on mails.. Pls help

Rikshaw driver has overload the passenger he want me to sit on driver seat and argument with us that this vehicle is passed for 6 seat including driver although there is only 4 seat in this electric rikshaw.
After misbehaving he dropped me on road and aske for the money.
When I said I will complaint this he said do whatever you want to do.

Dear Sir,
Kindly inform you that today I'm traveling from hardoi to lucknow with upset roadways bus UP30AT7104. there have many issues with cundocter with passenger, vindicated has collecting many local luggage and stop bus un authorized places, ride start from hardoi to lucknow from 5.20 now many stops we are two hour late from reaching time .

Kindly punishment for collection luggage without any pay slip and treat to them they have got good mannars with passengers, don't using abusing words with least customers.

Total luggage's receive from hardoi to lucknow 12 nos. Get rupee's 860 Rs. With out any pay slip.
