    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had with your company. On 27 June 2023, I booked a bus ticket through your online booking platform for a journey from Kaushambi to Gola Gokarnnath scheduled for 27 June 2023 at 22:45. However, to my utter dismay, I discovered that the bus was canceled without any prior intimation or notification from UPSRTC.

    This incident has caused significant inconvenience and inconvenience to me and my travel plans. I had made the necessary arrangements and adjustments in my schedule to accommodate this journey, and the sudden cancellation without any information has not only disrupted my plans but also resulted in financial loss. Moreover, the lack of communication from UPSRTC regarding the cancellation has raised serious concerns about the reliability and professionalism of your services.

    Considering the inconvenience caused, I request a full refund of the ticket fare, as I did not receive the service that was promised to me. It is essential for UPSRTC to uphold a high standard of customer service and maintain transparent communication with its passengers. Failing to inform passengers about cancellations demonstrates a lack of respect for their time, money, and trust in your services.

    I kindly request you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution that includes the following:

    1.A full refund of the ticket fare, including any additional charges or fees associated with the booking.
    2.An explanation for the lack of prior intimation regarding the cancellation and assurances that such incidents will not occur in the future.
    3. Improved communication protocols to ensure that passengers are promptly informed about any changes or cancellations to their bookings.

      We booked 2 bus tickets from Kaushambi to Bareilly scheduled for 21/05/23 at 5:01 pm costing for Rs 1276/-
      After reaching the bus stand we were informed that the bus was cancelled at the enquiry counter and also confirmed at the toll free number. Therefore we were compelled to take another bus.
      Since that day we have sent multiple mails to UPSRTC for processing our refund but still we have not received it. The customer care is completely denying to provide any update on refund.
      We kindly seek your intervention on this matter.

        I have booked one ticket for my mother from bareilly to kanpur in 17th may for the journey of 18th june in janrath worth 613/-, later on upsrtc has cancelled the bus without any prior information and my mother had to take normal bus, enquiry office told us that amount will be refunded in 7-10 days, i have sent lot of mails to upsrtc helpline but they arent reverting, everytime they are telling that they r checking but after 20 dyas nothing happened, neither my amount refunded nor they replying on mails.. Pls help

          I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue regarding the cancellation of my bus tickets and the subsequent delay in receiving the refund. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have experienced thus far and would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

          On 21 may 2023, I made a reservation for 2 janrath bus tickets with your company. However, without any prior notification or consent, my bus tickets were automatically cancelled by your system. I was left bewildered and inconvenienced as I had made plans and arrangements based on the confirmed booking.

          Since the automatic cancellation occurred, I have been patiently waiting for the refund of the ticket fare to be processed and returned to my original payment method. Regrettably, despite the passage of 10 days since the cancellation, I have not received the refund.

          I understand that unexpected circumstances and technical glitches can occur, leading to errors in the booking system. However, it is essential that your company promptly rectifies such issues and ensures that affected customers receive their refunds in a timely manner.

          I kindly request that you immediately investigate this matter and expedite the refund process for the cancelled bus tickets. I trust that you will acknowledge the inconvenience caused to me and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation promptly.

          Please provide me with a written confirmation of the refund initiation and an estimated timeline for when I can expect the funds to be returned to my account. Additionally, I would appreciate regular updates regarding the progress of my refund until it has been successfully processed.

            Rikshaw driver has overload the passenger he want me to sit on driver seat and argument with us that this vehicle is passed for 6 seat including driver although there is only 4 seat in this electric rikshaw.
            After misbehaving he dropped me on road and aske for the money.
            When I said I will complaint this he said do whatever you want to do.

              Dear Sir,
              Kindly inform you that today I'm traveling from hardoi to lucknow with upset roadways bus UP30AT7104. there have many issues with cundocter with passenger, vindicated has collecting many local luggage and stop bus un authorized places, ride start from hardoi to lucknow from 5.20 now many stops we are two hour late from reaching time .

              Kindly punishment for collection luggage without any pay slip and treat to them they have got good mannars with passengers, don't using abusing words with least customers.

              Total luggage's receive from hardoi to lucknow 12 nos. Get rupee's 860 Rs. With out any pay slip.

                      I was coming from Etah to agra by an UPSRTC bus on 3 May at around 16:00 pm to 16:30pm. The bus left with my luggage at Agra water box when I got down for a bottle of mineral water. My luggage consists of the following
                      1. Hand Bag containing Id card, PAN card, ATM card, Driving License and other important cards and document.
                      2. Olive color Cargo jeans, blue jeans, grey t shirt.
                      3. Keypad mobile phone, C type Samsung charger, and smart watch charger and 3 sweets box

                        The Bus conductor of Bus number UP78HT 5117 denied the entry in the bus as I wanted to go to the next stop from Rudrapur, uttrakhand to Bilaspur 244921, Rampur.
                        And I was not the only one who faced this issue.
                        This is everyday thing now years .The bus driver denies to go through the alloted route.
                        He goes by Bilaspur bypass to Rampur from Rudrapur. And stop the passengers who want to go to Bilaspur.

                            I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my inability to obtain a driving license, despite completing the entire process. I have followed all the necessary steps, provided all the required documents, and completed all the required tests, but still, I have not been able to get my driving license.

                            I have made several attempts to follow up with the licensing authority, but I have not received any clear answers as to why my application has been delayed. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I have been unable to drive legally, even though I have completed all the necessary requirements.

                                I was travelling from haridwar to delhi through a UPSRTC bus. Ticket conductor asked to me pay online, he showed me scanner (ticket machine) and my amount got deducted but the scanning machine did not threw out the ticket. He told me to pay again and he stated this amount will be refunded from UPSRTC within 3 hours or max 24 hours. It's been more than 4 days i haven't got any refund till yet.

                                      I choose to make online payment to get the ticket from conductor by scanning the QR code in the ticket machine. However money was deducted from the account but ticket not received. Conductor asked me to pay cash and stated that i will get the money back in my account.

                                      I have spoken to the bank but they confirmed that payment was successful and credited to merchant account.

                                      Payment amount was ₹775. Kindly refund the money.

                                        This is not a complaint. I just want to know that why UP buses are more costly then other state buses and the staff is way more rude. हम पैसे भी ज्यादा दें और बदतमीजी भी सहें?

                                        I sat in a bus going from Delhi to Haridwar/Rishikesh as I wanted to go to Modipuram from Delhi. The conductor said that the bus will go to the place so I took a seat.

                                        Later I got down from the bus to ask one other bus conductor (Delhi to Dehradun) that whether his bus will go to Modipuram. At first he agreed. Then the first conductor came and said something to him. Then the second conductor denied.

                                        Now, I was going to sit in the first bus only as I had understood what was going on. But the first conductor started throwing tantrums saying that he won't allow me to sit in the first bus (Haridwar/Rishikesh). Asked me to sit in the Meerut bus instead. I requested him but he denied. His words were - "Bhai ab tu Meerut wali me baith Jaa, mai nahi bitha Raha"

                                        Later I sat in the Meerut bus only causing a lot more inconvenience. It was even less cost effective. I was charged 150 rs for Delhi to Subharti. If I had taken Haridwar or Dehradun bus then it would have cost me way less. I would have gotten off near my home and not too far away.

                                        This is not the first time I have seen such indecent behaviour. This has happened a number of times.

                                        As a passenger am I not allowed to choose the bus I want to sit in? Should I travel as the bus conductors seem fit. मतलब खुली दादागिरी है। ऐसे बरताव करते हैं ये लोग जैसे की इनकी खुद को प्राइवेट बस हो।

                                        जल्दी से जल्दी इस समस्या का समाधान करें।
