This is to bring your kind attention that i was travelling via volvo from sarai kale kham isbt new delhi to agra isbt on 28.09.2017 (13:30) i bought ticket in bus which was for 604 rs but ticket given to me was of date 27.09.2017 and time printed on it was 21:2 0 but my journey time was 13:30. It was a fake ticket given to me. Bus number u. P 32 dn 4572
On asking for water bottle from the staff in the bus they refused to provide the same
I felt i was robbed for 604 rs so i request you to please take care of your services and i also request you to please revert me back as soon as possible

    This bus left 5 min early from meerut at 11:40 pm instead of 11:45 pm

    Enclosing my ticket & also the register snap of saurabgate meerut bus stand register snap that depicts the entry time of 11:35 pm & departure time 11:40 pm which is 5 min before the actual time.

      I had online booked a trip from satellite bareillly to kaushambi dated 23.08.17 scheduled time 23.21 shatabdi service. I received a message regarding cancellation of trip at around 6p. M. Mentioning therein that the refund will be made within one week. But till now i have not received my refund. Alongthis helper in the bus is also demanding rs 10 per luggage for keeping the luggage in the luggage box.

        Dear all, (Including yogi govt.)

        This is to inform all of you that there are lot of problems in the nai basti bhim nagar ghaziabad, due to worst road condition in both way either from nh 24 side or from crossing republik side, the connectivity is very poor and no taxi driver agrees to go the this worst road conditions.
        The govt and ghaziabad nagar nigam and parshad of that area are sleeping and they don't bother about the problmes of the residents.
        Including govt and nagar nigam ghazaibad are in the sleeping mode they never talk to each other and never call a meeing for resolve this issue or never ask about the problem that area excluding votes.

        The nagar nigam ghaziabad, govt and residents should awake and do something for the roads and save our vehicels and lives.
        Maya and mulayam govt takes care only for noida, lucknow and safai (Mainpuri) they are not worried about other places, whole budget goes to noida for the activies which are not very useful and urgent they only waste the public money.
        Upsrtc please take the collective action for the poor roads and show some responsbilities of your department. We are actually very helpless as local and parshad of that area is not doing any thing for that road please take care of this it very humble request from my side and on the behalf of those residents in nai basti bhimnagar village dundahera.

            Sir i was going from etawah to shikohabad on 16/08/2017. I gave my open ended card to bus conductor he said card is not working and took fare rs 69/- for ticket. But today i checked the balance i found rs 143/- deducted for ticket etawah to agra which i didnot take. Its a fraud by conductor of rs 143/- and may be he sold ticket to any other passenger.. I am very much disappointed and want my money back and punish the bus conductor so that he dont do the same with any other passenger.. I dont have bus no detail but by my card detail you can track the bus no and who was the conductor that time.. Please help

                  I booked a bus tickit yesterday from lucknow to ghaziabad in upsrtc through guest login. 836rupees deducted from my account through netbanking but i have not recieve any confirmation mail or massage yet.
                  I called so much time but no one is recieving my call, they are making me fool.
                  Please help me. Either provide me my tickit or refund my money back.

                    I booked my bus ticket using upsrtconline.com website and my ticket PNR number is kasb[protected] but the bus didn't come to the bus station, station master doesn't have any information about the bus(bus number etc) even he doesn't have the bus driver and conductor number, no one call me and inform me that bus is late or cancelled. At least provide the bus conductor or driver number so that we can track them.

                    Its been 16 days and they havent return my cancelled refund yet, its 2000 bucks, but nobody cares at their customer care office, no one picks the call or reply to emails, people were talking that after new CM, UP has changed but yes i can see the change, bloody corrupt officials.

                      Last week i intended to commute from lucknow to gorakhpur for important office work so i chose to do that via upsrtc. So i booked my tickets both to and fro. Then first one bus was cancelled by upsrtc and i got the sms for the same. Then i booked another ticket from lko to gkp.
                      On 19th july (Day of journey), to my dismay there was no bus there at the lko charbagh depot!! After waiting for more than 2 hours, i came to know that 12:30pm bus was also cancelled and i got the sms again. Similarly i also got the cancellation msg of my return journey ticket from gkp to chb on 20th july.

                      Besides all the trouble i had to go through due to fault o[censored]psrtc, i have still not got any refunds for my tickets yet despite of reaching to upsrtc customer care numbers/whatsapp number and even twitter handle.

                      I therefore suggest that my tickets are refunded immediately lest i reach out to consumer court and other legal bodies. The details are given below in bold letters:

                        I am a daily traveller o[censored]psrtc buses from sec18 to amity university. But the bus conducter of govt buses did not give me ticket after getting money.. He was trying to give excuses when i asked for ticket. This is the daily issue we are facing in this route. Please take proper action against bus conductors and also improve quality of buses.. Buses require maintenance

                            Booked two tickets from haridwar to delhi for 8th of june 2017.
                            Bus was to leave haridwar at 3:45 pm.
                            We reached at 2 pm for safe side. Waited till 5:30, bus didn't even arrived at the stand.
                            We called customer care, they were so rude, repeating the same line to wait there with no specified time limit.
                            Neither the bus was arriving, not there was an option to cancel the tickets.
                            We were stuck and helpless so we decided to go with other buses available to reach home.

                            Now i have already sent a mail to upsrtc around 4 days back for refund but no response.

                              Regarding to above cited subject it is hereby intimated that i was visited at ticket Booking Counter at Varanasi Bus station to get a ticket from Varanasi
                              to lucknow Charbagh in r/o volovo and other ac busses, there i didn't get any responsible person to booking of ticket at Booking counter and some epmployes o[censored]psrtc whose were sitted in chamber of booking counter rediercetd to here nd there to confirmation about ticket why it is not booking here nd continiously told me if you have to get ticket for your destination you could avail the online booking facility only, we are already directed to end offline facility in r/o booking of Volvo Busses and other AC busses booking.
                              In this regard i want to know that is it true ? at varanasi bus station there are booking facilty are stops if yes kindly intimate me why or make sure the mattter should be pasted at bus stop counter in written format and other one is that if it is not true then action should be taken for why such persons tretade wrongly with public other wise this matter will be gone at higher level.

                                I have bought a ticket from hapur to kaushambi in kaushambi depot bus and gave him 500rs note and he didnt return me at that time and i forget to take the rest money at destination and even he didnt remind me to take my money back

                                  Please refer to the subject pnr no wide transaction no. 21556732 ticket no. 6786572. I have booked the ticket for dated 17/10/2016 bording sonauli to lucknow when we got the bus conductor refused the ticket he asked that the ticket is not vailid as pessenger got the right bus he asked for new ticket. And i would like to inform you that bus arrival time is 14:30 but bus arrived 16:00 at sonauli and conducter asked that bus will depart at 20:00

                                  I have already complained to complained but till we cant get any refund and this mater is 9 months.

                                  So please kindly look into this and kindly arrange to refund the ticket amount

                                    Hi,

                                    I have made a transaction on UPSRTC on 23rd Jun 2017 around 8:50 am (from Aanand Vihar to Haldwani) of 482 Rs. The money was deducted from my account but ticket didn't book. Its been 10 days, refund still not credit in my account. Please look into this on priority.
                                    Also please update your correct complaint number so that common person can get proper guideline.
