    I just want to inform you that i booked 1 ticket having no.7509263 whose PNR no.XFB[protected] respectively and cancelled it due to some unfortunate reason on 06-03-17 by janrath (ac) which is running from anand vihar to farrukhabad.
    kindly refund my rest of the cancellation of this ticket.

      There was no enquiry counter of UPSRTC at Haldwani bus stand, no one had any idea where the bus would come to board passengers, UPSRTC customer care numbers was always busy, we were in panic and the bus finally arrived at 10:55 pm and in 5 minutes departed at 11 pm sharp which is not right.
      WORST driver, kept honking all night, bad language, drove rash and fast reached Delhi at 4am not at all a VOLVO experience.
      Very unsafe for females passengers because driver did let random passengers to board and dropped them at mid way and charged them cash money .. at time of booking it says ANAND VIHAR ISBT drop but driver forced people to deboard at a very unsafe area quite far from ANAND VIHAR STN ..I personally will never use this service and will not let any friend or family to take this service ..
      I believe this is the reason there were just 9 passengers in the whole bus. I will also raise a complaint with UPSRTC also.
      This driver should be suspended.

        Dear sir,
        I am quite depressed and harassed while expressing my situation which i have undergone through while travelling by up roadways bus (Busno. Up65bt9107 dated 07.02.17 from varanasi to anpara) with the conductor sanjay chauhan (As told).
        I started my journey from varanasi with the bus mentioned with my luggage (6x4 whiteboard) which was prior intimated to conductor before boarding the bus.
        Firstly he denied it later on allowed to tie it on the roof of bus.
        The journey started and near around lahartara he came to me and asked for rs500 in addition to ticket when i asked for the receipt firstly he denied and also threatened me to oust me from the bus by stopping the bus but the other passengers when came in support of me he stepped back. Now after my refusal he gave me a receipt (As enclosed) of rs150 which he had booked for a 40 kg load in his name but the consignment was booked only upto 'dala' not upto my station anpara.
        When i asked why he didn't book upto anpara, he couldn't reply. However i paid rs150 only and got it signed by him that the booking was done upto dala olny not anpara even after prior intimation.

        Further in the journey therewhere atleast 10-15 passengers who paid him but didn't get ticket issued also one of them was carrying 4 rice bags each around 40kg who was charged rs300 from robertsganj and wasn't issued any ticket, also there were other luggages with other passengers like bicycle, bundle of plywood pieces, etc. Which were not booked but were settled mutually by some payments.
        Thus, i request you to take some strict action against this conductor as such kind of corrupt practices will affect passengers badly.

          I booked ticket from UP transport website. And later on the bus was cancelled. When I enquired about my refund I got a revert from third party that had refunded the amount and also I was told that for further information please contact UPSRCTC. I contacted UPSRCTC but they never respond. The details are :
          Ticket No = 7191843
          PNR No = XETH[protected]
          Date of Journey = 31/12/2016
          Amount = 342.00
          And
          Ticket No = 7189416
          PNR No = KASB[protected]
          Date of Journey = 31/12/2016

          I want to tell you that i had booked a ticket on 25th august 2019 from haridwar to kashmiri gate from upsrtc site. But my ticket was not booked even though the transaction was completed.
          then I re-attempt and re-transacted for another ticket and finally got one ticket. But for my first transaction there is no refund i received yet even after 12 days (06.09.2019).
          I already contacted to upsrtc helpline number many times regarding refund but they said your refund will credit with in 07 to 10 days.
          after 12 days passed and i have not received by amount.
          please look into the matter and resolve the issues. i attached my transaction detail for your reference.

          Hi Team,

          I am Amit Palariya([protected]), my bus got cancelled on 2 sep 2019 whose PNR is ANVT[protected] which is from Haldwani to Anand Vihar in Pink Express bus service by UPSRTC.
          My mode of payment is SBI Bhim pay app.

          Kindly suggest me a way to procedure for the refund amount of 1028.

          As i wrote various mail to upsrtc team still no revert.

          The following booking were made by me through netbanking. The trips were cancelled by UPSTC but till date the amounts have not been refunded

          I have tried and contacted each and every customer care number provided on website and have written multiple mails for the same but didn't received any response or refund. The payment for those tickets were made through upstrc website gateway only.

          Book ticket by upsrtc from kaushabhi to farrukhabad money debit in my account but ticket not booked how can recive my payment

          I had booked and canceled the ticket on 29th April from onlineupsrtc.co.in.
          Today is 10 May, I am still waiting to refund my amount.
          As I realize, they are cheating with passenger.
          Please take action against

          Its been on month, I have not received the refund yet. I had tickets from Delhi to rishikesh on may5 at 11:30pm
          And then had 9may tickets from Rishikesh to Delhi at 8am .
          Bother the tickets were cancelled the moment we reached the station.
          Have not got the refund please look into the matter, I need the money back as soon as possible.

            Dear sir
            I am traveling from gnoida to sector 37 Noida.conductor not given balance AMT.He told me I have no change.after reaching Noida 37 I told again but they not given and also misbehaving us. I think that is not the way that talking.

            Please take some action because I am daily traveling from g.noda to Noida.And the way conductor and driver talking thai is not the way.

                Up roadways in Mathura is highly monopoliged. There is no time table and routine of mathura Bareilly route buses.On asking when the bus will depart the driver and conductor said when the bus gets full of passenger it will depart. Koi time nh h sawari jb bhr jyengi tb chalenge and misbehaved also.they don't understand ki passenger ka ktna time waste hota h if bus time table will not get scheduled.every state roadways has its fixed bus time table n don't misbehave.highly strict action should be taken against the management to look after the schedule n passengers ko koi dikkat na ho staff apni tanashahi na dikhaye, roadways is for public unki private gadi nh h it is governed by govt.passengers Khade rhte h and they don't care kisi ka urgent kaam bh ho skti h koi emergency bh ho skti h

                  We booked our online tickets (ticket number:7134033) through upsrtc website on Sun, Dec 18, 2016 at 11:01 AM . We reached bus stop at 6:03PM and asked a person about the bus. He said it just left. We tried to contact the conductor through UPSRTC helpline number [protected], but the call was unanswered. So we decided to chase the bus through our car. We reached upto the NH high way at 6:18 but didn’t found the bus upon which we realised that might be the bus was late. So we started waiting for the bus at the Highway turn point. The bus arrived at that point at 6:25. When we entered in the bus it was full and we claimed for our seats (No 15 and 20) from the conductor( Mr. XXX) but he started yelling at me, that you can't get the seat as he has already made the tickets for those seats for other passengers. I tried to ask him that who has given him authority to cancel my ticket and give it to someone he had no answer. Also when I asked him to show me the ticket for those seats he denied. He even had given tickets for VIP re-served seats. His language and behaviour was very disrespectful, he was shouting badly. When we told him that we will complain he said do what you want, nobody will listen. I and my brother had to go through a lot of humiliation just because we booked our tickets online not offline, that’s paying Rs 15 extra per ticket. Conductor did nothing to sort the issue rather a passenger after listening all the argument offered his seat to me. Still my brother had to travel without seat throughout the journey. We felt a lot of inconvenience and never expected such things from your service. I request you to take strong action against Mr.XXX in this matter so that no other passenger in future face such type of inconvenience.

                    I have an upsrtc smart card for travelling in buses of upsrtc . but that card is not working in most of buses, in that case conductor says that its not working now give me money or stay down from the bus.                         Sir, I was booking a Volvo ticket from UPSRTC site on[protected] through SBIDebit Card from bareilly to Anand Bihar termnl from your online site.Transaction hanged in the end and ticket was not booked.                         Same day travel in another bus but no such information received by that conductor.

                            I am travelling from Kanpur to raebareli by bus no UP 72 8442 of pratapgarh depo.
                            First of all I was misguided by conductor that the bus will start at 1:30 am but the same dint happened and when I reached the enquiry office and asked for the complaint book the staff replied the book is not present and to go to room no 8 in office and I reached there a madam sitting over there sent a person to see the matter and in front of that person also the conductor said to me that lodge a complaint against me and do whatever I want to do

                              I was travelling in volvo (ac and push back seat provide free water in the bus) bus service in upsrtc's night 11:30pm service from delhi (kashmiri gate bus station) to rishikesh.
                              First they didn't provided the water bottles as it is the commitment from them everytime, and i was expecting the same and didn't bought any water bottle for me when i felt thirsty asked bus conductor for water but he replied annoyingly we don't have water it is not provide to us from depot.
                              I have to travel with no water and thirst throat until bus reached khatauli (3 hrs)

                              Next, the bus push back seat was not working as well and this is the main service me as a customer expects to travel in night so that i can sleep and give rest to my aching back. but the seat was not getting pushed back, i have to travel in sitting pose and could not lean back which leads to straining back. asked conductor about it, he said blatantly that i can't do anything you have to travel like this. don't complain about anything to me now.
                              Go and complain on phone numbers given on ticket and arm.

                                When we are setting then we saw that bus driver and conductor driver both were drunk and abusing to passenger and says that the bus owner is from village "shamli" disstrict and he is a very powerful person. They were not departure the passenger to their stop. They were departure to passeger to another stop instead of his own stop. Driver and conductor both were abusing to passengers.

                                I have tried to contact on mob no-[protected] to arm of kaushambi depot, no response found. There are no any complaint no to complain against bus driver and conductor.

                                The driver's and conductor's behavior at that time was so rude, the driver was drunk (Alcohol) and move the bus to side by side. He was driving fast as he had drunk and without presence of mind his careless driving and over speed would have taken our lives. Luckily by the grace of god we survived today. So this accidental incident compelled us to put the complaint before you so that necessary action may be initiated against the accused person...

                                  Sir I had registered for MST buss pass at Noida Depot, registration was successful, I submitted the amount and a receipt is given to me for confirmation of registration. They said that you can take your MST by 12 Oct 2016 but today is 7 nov 2016 and still I don't received my mst. Sir please do something regarding this.My MST pass number is (ndano[protected].

                                    I have already booked upsrtc bus from shikohabd to delhi. bus timing is 10 pm but i am waiting very long time till 11.30 pm but bus is not there nd upsrtc customer care had not update about shatabdi bus nd many time customer care not pick call nd no driver and bus number is not mention in my ticket so i want to refund my booking amount immediate basis because customer care service is very very veey very very very poor

                                      Respected sir I beg to say that I take journey from Agra to ALIGARH on 14/10/2016.I have Smart cum MST card(open ended) provided by upsrtc. I had purchased my ticket through my smart card of 87 rs. Then the balance in my card was 1139rs. While returning to my home when I checked my balance after taking ticket was less by 618 rs. Ticket was of 84rs. The balance was 437. When I did enquiry with this matter to upsrtc representatives they didn't paid any attention to this matter.                                         Hi team, please be advised that i am facing the problem in login into the account as i wanted to cancel my ticket (Pnr#ksmi[protected], i have already sent an e-mail to your official id at online. [protected]@upsrtc.com on dated 2nd oct. 2016, in the eve of the same day i got the response from your side as they asked for my user name and password of my upsrtc account, i have given the same on the same day, however its now been more than 24 hours but i have not received any response from them... Please do simething as i want my money back.
