I have booked bus from Shikohabd to Delhi By UPSRTC but no driver detail and bus detail drop me by any msg or call I have many call to customer care but no respond us so please I want to refund my booked amount because I have not any journey in bus nd bus is not come on that day. So please refund my amount as soon as possible because UPSRTC services is very poor

Sir, I was booking a Volvo ticket from UPSRTC site on[protected] through SBIDebit Card from bareilly to Anand Bihar termnl from your online site.Transaction hanged in the end and ticket was not booked. But my SBI ac no [protected] debited. I again booked the ticket. I have not get refunded the amount till today. Pls look into the matter and refund my amount. I was travelling from anand vihar to charbagh from pink bus on 25 november, 2016. My pnr no is XCHB[protected]. my transaction no is[protected]. My ticket no is 6987466. i kept my file in the upper luggage shelf. I forgot my portfolio file in the luggage shelf. please help me to recover my file. or provide me with the contact details of the driver or conductor of that bus.

I am travelling from Kanpur to raebareli by bus no UP 72 8442 of pratapgarh depo.
First of all I was misguided by conductor that the bus will start at 1:30 am but the same dint happened and when I reached the enquiry office and asked for the complaint book the staff replied the book is not present and to go to room no 8 in office and I reached there a madam sitting over there sent a person to see the matter and in front of that person also the conductor said to me that lodge a complaint against me and do whatever I want to do

I was travelling in volvo (ac and push back seat provide free water in the bus) bus service in upsrtc's night 11:30pm service from delhi (kashmiri gate bus station) to rishikesh.
First they didn't provided the water bottles as it is the commitment from them everytime, and i was expecting the same and didn't bought any water bottle for me when i felt thirsty asked bus conductor for water but he replied annoyingly we don't have water it is not provide to us from depot.
I have to travel with no water and thirst throat until bus reached khatauli (3 hrs)

Next, the bus push back seat was not working as well and this is the main service me as a customer expects to travel in night so that i can sleep and give rest to my aching back. but the seat was not getting pushed back, i have to travel in sitting pose and could not lean back which leads to straining back. asked conductor about it, he said blatantly that i can't do anything you have to travel like this. don't complain about anything to me now.
Go and complain on phone numbers given on ticket and arm.

When we are setting then we saw that bus driver and conductor driver both were drunk and abusing to passenger and says that the bus owner is from village "shamli" disstrict and he is a very powerful person. They were not departure the passenger to their stop. They were departure to passeger to another stop instead of his own stop. Driver and conductor both were abusing to passengers.

I have tried to contact on mob no-[protected] to arm of kaushambi depot, no response found. There are no any complaint no to complain against bus driver and conductor.

The driver's and conductor's behavior at that time was so rude, the driver was drunk (Alcohol) and move the bus to side by side. He was driving fast as he had drunk and without presence of mind his careless driving and over speed would have taken our lives. Luckily by the grace of god we survived today. So this accidental incident compelled us to put the complaint before you so that necessary action may be initiated against the accused person...

Sir I had registered for MST buss pass at Noida Depot, registration was successful, I submitted the amount and a receipt is given to me for confirmation of registration. They said that you can take your MST by 12 Oct 2016 but today is 7 nov 2016 and still I don't received my mst. Sir please do something regarding this.My MST pass number is (ndano[protected].

I have already booked upsrtc bus from shikohabd to delhi. bus timing is 10 pm but i am waiting very long time till 11.30 pm but bus is not there nd upsrtc customer care had not update about shatabdi bus nd many time customer care not pick call nd no driver and bus number is not mention in my ticket so i want to refund my booking amount immediate basis because customer care service is very very veey very very very poor

Respected sir I beg to say that I take journey from Agra to ALIGARH on 14/10/2016.I have Smart cum MST card(open ended) provided by upsrtc. I had purchased my ticket through my smart card of 87 rs. Then the balance in my card was 1139rs. While returning to my home when I checked my balance after taking ticket was less by 618 rs. Ticket was of 84rs. The balance was 437. When I did enquiry with this matter to upsrtc representatives they didn't paid any attention to this matter. My card no is [protected] and card Id is IDHID[protected]. Hi team, please be advised that i am facing the problem in login into the account as i wanted to cancel my ticket (Pnr#ksmi[protected], i have already sent an e-mail to your official id at online. [protected]@upsrtc.com on dated 2nd oct. 2016, in the eve of the same day i got the response from your side as they asked for my user name and password of my upsrtc account, i have given the same on the same day, however its now been more than 24 hours but i have not received any response from them... Please do simething as i want my money back.

The account balance in my open ended card on 29-09-16 after deducting a ticket of amount 25/-was 492/- and next day the balance was only 242/- how this is possible that extra 250/- is deducted from my account without any travel in your transport. I have already give an application to the branch o[censored]PSRTC Aligarh and no any resolution is provided by the UPSRTC the branch o[censored]PSRTC situated at UPSRTC New bus stand Aligarh Uttar Pradesh . So kindly do needful and reverse 250/-in my account.

This was my first experience with upsrtc online which was bad ofcourse because i booked my ticket from kaushambi to Bareilly Satellite for dt. 29/10/2016, the amount(Rs. 436) was deducted but the ticket is not booked. Please either refund my money or send me my ticket.
The online interface is also not so user friendly. It is sad to see that people are not getting proper public services and thus moving towards private sector.
The website needs a lot of renovation and maintainence.

I booked the ticket online and when I reached the station at the time of departure the station authority told me the the bus is cancelled. And when I ask them about the refund they told me the amount will be refunded to my bank account automatically. I think they fooled me.Please help me and return my money as soon as possible. I am a regular passenger o[censored]PSRTC to travel from Azamgarh To Saraimeer. Today I was travel with Azamgarh Depo Bus No. UP30AT1865 at morning 8:00 am from Azamgarh To Saraimeer. Bus was RAPID Sewa and my Ticket was Azamgarh To Phoolpur (8km away from my location ) by Ticket no. 00005363. when I was requested to stop the bus on my destination point . Driver denied to stop.

I just want to Know if you can stop every place to take the passenger than why can't stop on my destination . when my ticket is mote than sufficient to travel location from my destination . When I requested the driver was start abusing and dome other Staff of this bus who was travel with this bus supported him and start abusing and not stop the bus.

I just not want to register my complain . I want take strict action against this bus Driver.

I have booked my mother ticket from rampur to kaishambi. Bus timings was 9:25am . She has been waiting since long. I called customercare several times but they never pick up. I mailed my query but they dont reply. Now I am trying to cancel ticket so its saying it cant b cancelled as chart is prepared but passenger has not board tha bus. It happens several times with me too. During eid on 6 july, our ticket id done but drivef was muslim so bus is cancelled after 1 hour of departure time. Its fake sometimes. Never ever trust this service

I am a passenger comes Agra from Etmadpur for job daily and use bus services from Etmadpur to Agra and back. For the same I got MST but now the days On ISBT Agra concerning clerks are not recharging MST after several rounds to them resulting paying more to purchase tickets daily, moreover all buses including long route buses are not taking us for our destination. In place of doing there job they are busy in chewing tobacco/gutkha and doing insult of people like us.
Please do resolve the problem and ensure good service in time

I booked 3 tickets last night (for catching the bus on 5.08.16) and when reached the station, got to know that they've been cancelled. Really a horrible experience it was as we had to wander to catch another bus in the late night. Here you've the detail about the cancelled. Kindly, Refund ASAP.

On 9th of august i was travelling from (Baraut) allahabad to aurai. The usual rent for the distance is 37 on all roadways. But a roadways of kanpur upsrtc charged rs. 84 for the aforesaid distance and venue. But a person beside me have been charged only 27 rs for the same distance say (Handia to gopiganj). Up77an 0114 is the bus no. My complain should be lodged and i need my reimbursement and time lost in this...

i have booked an e ticket of shatabdi from upsrtc bus service from lucknow to gorakhpur on 2 july 2016. but at the time of departure it has came to know that due to some technical problem the bus has cancelled and it was adrresed me that your fare amount will be refunded to your account, but it didnot happened. after 10 days i called on tollfree no o[censored]psrtc and [protected] and also on the upsrtc mail.they told me to wait for 7 days but the response was not satisfactory and yet the ticket fare is not refunded. please tell me what i should do next.
