i am travelling volvo bus from dehradun to new delhi timing morning 9:30 am which can reach delhi at 3:30 pm.this bus cant reach timely at delhi and my train is leaved at station. bus can reach at 5:00 pm... now what should i do...now i have no more other option.the bus belongs to UPSRTC...Please tell me what should i do with company i want my money back of my tickets.

    Dear Sir,
    Please be informed that after 9:00 p.m., from Gorakhpur to Nichlaul don't have any Govt. bus and from Gorakhpur to Siswa Bazar now till date don't have any Govt. bus facility. I'm living in between Siswa Bazar and Nichlaul Road, this is the backward area, till date there is no direct bus to Gorakhpur available from my area. So consider my request as soon as possible.

Upsrtconline.Co.In मैं कुछ तकनीकी गड़बड़ी के कारण टिकिट नहीं जेनरेट हुआ। मेरी लॉगिन आएडी (Neetiverma) पर भी टिकिट नहीं आयी। जिसके कारनवश बस कंडक्टर ने पुनः टिकिट काट दी।

        I have done the renewal for MST card yesterday Online ..the transaction is complete ...but it is not renewed till now when it is above 24 hrs of this transaction... Pls convey me on this and solve my problem positively by tomorrow...

          Respected sir/madam
          Today I had taken a bus from Raj Nagar to muradnagar. When I reached to my destination I asked to stop the bus but they refused and start abusing and after 2 km of my destination they stop the bus and told me to leave. Then I take another vehicle to return to my place.
          The language they use is very bad which upsetting me very hard.
          If possible I am requesting you to please take corrective action against these peoples.

              we have got the bus number "up 42 0632" from jhakarkati, kanpur at 9:15 PM to lucknow. But its tire got punctured at 12:00 PM, just before amausi airport and bus driver has taken it to the bus service station nearby.
              the officials present their were not helping at all. even staff which was present their were not trying to do anything. when the driver had offered 50 rs to a person, he then changed the tire. At 2:30 around the tire was changed. No body was arranging another bus for the passengers at night. women were also their. they can not go alone at that time. no body was bothering for their security.
              i felt so terrible at that time.
              after this i cannot do bus journey anywhere.

                I would like to through a light on a scam which were happen on mathura to agra route I m traveling in a up roadways bus ticket number[protected]/4/2016 the timing is 8:10 pm but in my ticket it shows 4:25 pm. It's not a major issue sir their is around 40 plus passenger in this bus but ticket conducter ask for all of them give only 50 rs and do not ask for ticket or if you want ticket give 65 rs near around 5000 rs he earn from one trip which is not going In a govt fund so I request you that take strict action against this kind of malfunctioning so that govt get proper fare I'm a responsibile citizen of India that's why I m writing this mail raise my voice against corruption

                  Ac bus booked online on 17.04.16 for journey dt 19.04.16 from allahabad to charbagh lucknow . The bus conductor o[censored]p 41 at 2097 has not accepted the on line ticket 5746742 and told that the bus for which online ticket issued is cancelled and issued other ticket for rs. 544/- for my daughter geetanjali and devansi. May i know why one line tickets are issued without availability of bus and proper management. Now i request upsrtc to kindly refund may rs. 584.00 by crediting to the ax of my debit card. Further i request to kindly do not do this type of mistake in future with the passenger. Upsrtc should review the online booking mamagements. Pl refund money, i shall never book online ticket in future.

                    Hello, I travel for daily basis from Vaishali to Meerut, the first thing i want to ask from the UPSRTC that does they aware about the authorized buses are active from koshambi to Meerut and they just look like the roadways buses, Same color even they have written uttar pradesh parivahan nigam on top of the mirror in front and also with upsrtc logo, Why any body of Government taking any action regarding this, it is actually a loss of government.
                    Please take some action regarding this.

                    Second thing here i want to say that there is 2 rows reserved for women's even then we have to travel by standing for 2 hour and boys and men's does not provide seat to womens and girls and even not to old persons and bus conductors does not take the responsibilities to provide seat to women's and old persons.

                    Bus drivers smokes in bus and then how can we stop others by having smoke, .

                              I am facing trouble of not reaching to factory on time because of one person taking undue advantage of bus by delaying as per his wish to reach bus stand.

                              Buses are 1176 and 1681 normal route is Dehradun to Delhi and back.

                              This person Mr Rajeev Gupta also taking his relationship advantages of higher authorities in UPSRTC.

                              Please do needful so that such problem can be avoided.

                                I booked janrath on 4th march 2016, bus timing bus 9:30 pm.Due to traffice, I was late.I reached at 9:37.
                                I didn't get any call from driver that I am late and how much time you will get to reach.

                                  I, my wife and my son has been picked the bus no.Up 24 t 1532 of kaushambi depot at anand vihar station at 21.00 hours on 08-02-16.The bus is reached in badaun around 03.00 am.On[protected].After reaching budaun i left the bus and no passenger was there.When i left the bus, it came in my knowledge that my wife's purse, in which 1 mobile, 2 chargers, 2 gold rings, 1 ear rings, valued rs. 30000/-2 atms and 1 passbook was there, has been left in the bus. I contacted the bus driver but no response is there.3 or 4 days i contacted again and again the bus driver, conducter, cleaner and also the owner of the bus but no response from there side and no action taken by the owner of the bus against him.Please do the needful as earliestand take the steps to return my purse..

                                    I boarded in a bus from Anand Vihar Bus Terminal for Barilly ( Bus No. UP 25 AT 0872) in an impression that it is a non stop bus because the conductor was shouting at the top of his voice that this is a non stop voice to collect the passengers. The conductor stopped the bus at almost every place where he could manage to stop. Also, he took a route which was passing though the city but not the bypass. On complaining he started shouting and asked us to leave the bus. Both the conductor and the bus driver were the one of the world's biggest jerk.

                                    The bus started at 9 AM in the morning and still we are on the way to bareilly.
                                    the bus stopped at mohan nagar, ghaziabad, hapur, pilakhua, gadh, gajraula, dasna, mela, gola, outer moradabad, inner moradabad, outer rampur, inner rampur, milak, meer ganj, villages tied up with gadh and gajraula.

                                    Whosoever is the incharge of this grievance cell kindly look into this issue and take necessary actions against the driver and conductor.

                                      Two women took bus from Roorkee bus stop and asked for ticket when the bus reached Haridwar because the conductor didn't go to the back end of the bus. The conductor charged money from Roorkee to Rishikesh but gave the ticket of Haridwar to Rishikesh. But when the women argued about it he misbehaved with the women. I am attaching the picture of the ticket. The bus was named LUNI DEPOT and the bus number is UP14D17306K please take the proper action as soon as possible to probe this corruption. Thank you so much.

                                        I am using open ended travel card issued from Faizabad district. Twice uncorrectly balance has been deducted from my account without any ticketing (Rs500 in November(18-20nov) & Rs55 in December(16-17 dec)) whose complaint I have made several times with the concerned person at Faizabad roadways office but till now no action has been taken. Kindly deliever my complaint to the concerned authority and refund my balance.
