I choose to make online payment to get the ticket from conductor by scanning the QR code in the ticket machine. However money was deducted from the account but ticket not received. Conductor asked me to pay cash and stated that i will get the money back in my account.

I have spoken to the bank but they confirmed that payment was successful and credited to merchant account.

Payment amount was ₹775. Kindly refund the money.

This is not a complaint. I just want to know that why UP buses are more costly then other state buses and the staff is way more rude. हम पैसे भी ज्यादा दें और बदतमीजी भी सहें?

I sat in a bus going from Delhi to Haridwar/Rishikesh as I wanted to go to Modipuram from Delhi. The conductor said that the bus will go to the place so I took a seat.

Later I got down from the bus to ask one other bus conductor (Delhi to Dehradun) that whether his bus will go to Modipuram. At first he agreed. Then the first conductor came and said something to him. Then the second conductor denied.

Now, I was going to sit in the first bus only as I had understood what was going on. But the first conductor started throwing tantrums saying that he won't allow me to sit in the first bus (Haridwar/Rishikesh). Asked me to sit in the Meerut bus instead. I requested him but he denied. His words were - "Bhai ab tu Meerut wali me baith Jaa, mai nahi bitha Raha"

Later I sat in the Meerut bus only causing a lot more inconvenience. It was even less cost effective. I was charged 150 rs for Delhi to Subharti. If I had taken Haridwar or Dehradun bus then it would have cost me way less. I would have gotten off near my home and not too far away.

This is not the first time I have seen such indecent behaviour. This has happened a number of times.

As a passenger am I not allowed to choose the bus I want to sit in? Should I travel as the bus conductors seem fit. मतलब खुली दादागिरी है। ऐसे बरताव करते हैं ये लोग जैसे की इनकी खुद को प्राइवेट बस हो।

जल्दी से जल्दी इस समस्या का समाधान करें।

I have booked a ticket from azamgarh to prayagraj in rapti nagar depot. I haven't received any update regarding the bus, neither the conductor have called me not i have received any sms regarding the bus number plate or driver number or location update. When I have called the upsrtc helpline, the person is saying that driver will not call you have to find the bus and board the bus at azamgarh depot.

My money was debited but ticket was not booked yet didn't receive email..
I had called to customer care also,
My 644Rs was debited, when will my money be back.

This is in regarding my cancellation of online booked bus. I had booked a bus scheduled from Gorakhpur to Alambagh on[protected] with *booking id 0000000DCDB6*. After reaching the station I was told that the bus has been cancelled following which I catched another one. I raised a complaint for refund but it's been more than a seven days I haven't got any response. I don't know what to do further. They are only delaying the matter.

I forgot my bag coming from prayagraj to Lucknow.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious problem I have been facing while using the services of the Uttar Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC). Despite being an authorised bus stop in Govindpuri (Modinagar), the buses of your corporation do not stop at the designated stops, causing inconvenience to the passengers.

I am a regular commuter on the route from “Meerut to Kaushambi route” and have been observing this issue for quite some time now. I have remembered the last four digits of bus Number which is “7433”.I have noticed that the buses often ignore the designated bus stops and only stop where the driver wishes to stop, which causes a lot of confusion and delay for the passengers who are waiting at the right stop.

Moreover, it is a routine activity on this route that the conductor of the bus loads heavy luggage and transport it to other destination just for sake of money. It seriously affects our safety as who knows terrorists might use the same for targeting innocent passengers civilians.

The negligence on the part of your drivers is affecting the quality of the service you provide, which is not acceptable.

I urge you to take immediate action on the aforesaid issue failing to which I will be taking the issue to the Chief Minister’s office and other higher authorities.

I hope that you will take prompt and effective action to address this issue, so that the passengers can use the services of the UPSRTC without any inconvenience.

My refund amount of 485 is still not got to me Plz look into the matter transaction was done from [protected] thru SBI YONO..
The bus did not moved that day and booking was online still my money is not refunded yet...

I am traveling from Lucknow to mahmudabad. The bus are not going to Lucknow to mahmudabad at right time. In the morning 6:30 am and 7:0 am, the bus to going Lucknow to mahmudabad at right time. The driver and conductor not following the upsrtc timming rule.

My parents had travelled on 29 Jan from kaushambi bus station to Bareilly satellite bus station with AC bus number up27 T 0707. They had left water bottle at the seat.

It is in grey colour Milton cover.

On 22/01/23 I tried to book a ticket for my journey to be commenced on 25/01/23 from Kaushambi to Bareilly for a SHATABDI BUS departure time of 19:00hrs. While processing the payment through Netbanking an amount of Rs 540/- was deducted but the booking failed, The transaction details are as under:

I payed through upi for a bus ticket from kausambi to Bareilly on 22 jan 2023 for a Janrath bus departing at 6:00 a.m.
The amount was deducted from upi but conductor said that ticket could not be generated.
So instead he issued manual tickets for us via cash payment.
I have not recieved the refund for the amount deducted from upi.
Kindly help to process the refund

I had made an upi payment of 509 to book a ticket in Janrat bus at around 6:00 a.m. on 22 jan 2023.
Money was deducted but ticket was not issued.
Conductor said the money will be refunded, so he issued us manual tickets.
Kindly help to get my ticket payment refunded which was made using upi.

I canceled my ticket number 0000000B8F08 on 17/12/2022 which is not refunded yet

Today, 11-December, 2022 I am travelling from Lucknow to Gorakhpur. I boarded a bus whose Licence number: UP 90 T 5424 provided very bad service. When I was boarding the bus the driver as well as conductor told me that the bus will go non-stop to gorakhpur but it stopped in Ayodhya, Faizabad, Basti, Khalilabad and stood at each station for more than 45 minutes. And I'm still in the bus it's almost 8 hours while it takes maximum 6 hours to reach Gorakhpur from Lucknow.
Now I feel very tired and helpless as well.

Please look such type of frauds and fraudsters for the convenience of passengers.
