Proper Service not provided

Dear sir,

I Have been Travelled on Dated:13 Dec 2009 from Lucknow to Kanpur by AC shatabdi Bus No. UP65- AR0766.
This bus fare double to the ordenary but they are not providing facilities which are to be provided for Shatabdi passengers.

When i boarded at Lucknow around 9-20AM it has to reach by 2 Hrs to Kanpur but after 11.15 Bus was
suddenly stopped at Jahjmau ( Near Bridge) due to its internal...
