Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Balance amount did not refund by conductor ( UP78JT7060) GHAZIPUR DEPOT

I've taken ticket of 221 rupees, and i've handed over him five hundred cash plus twenty one rupees, and he have to refund me three hundred balance a mount after cutting 221 rupees.Ticket from varanasi bus stand to mau. Conductor has not announced for returning or refunding the balance amount.Neither he has given me the balance three hundred.
This case has been repeated several time with me. But I did not complain by thinking that they might be forgotten.
But another passenger also have same issue. He did not also get refund of rupees 177.
Kindly take this complaint very seriously.This is very serious issue o[censored]PSRTC bus DEPOT.
