    Today, 11-December, 2022 I am travelling from Lucknow to Gorakhpur. I boarded a bus whose Licence number: UP 90 T 5424 provided very bad service. When I was boarding the bus the driver as well as conductor told me that the bus will go non-stop to gorakhpur but it stopped in Ayodhya, Faizabad, Basti, Khalilabad and stood at each station for more than 45 minutes. And I'm still in the bus it's almost 8 hours while it takes maximum 6 hours to reach Gorakhpur from Lucknow.
    Now I feel very tired and helpless as well.

    Please look such type of frauds and fraudsters for the convenience of passengers.

      Hello myself shivam and I booked bus ticket from UPSRTC site on 13/11/2022 money was deducted from my account but my ticket is not booked how will my money be refunded or ticket will be booked and customer care people are not receiving calls and this is the screenshot of payment

        This is to bring on your concern that My Mother DR Sudha Tiwari is travelling daily & is an Emiste Holder. This bus service is poor as he does not stop the bus at the college location. He has an everyday urge for the same. Then what is the meaning of Emtie Holder

          I was trying to book a ticket on 30 October, 2022 and while booking for a seat 812 rupees for ticket got deducted at 1:07 pm but transaction got failed and seat was not booked, i booked the same seat at 1:23 pm and money was deducted again and the previous amount was not refunded.i tried calling customer care with no success, i want refund and attaching Google pay proofs.

              I had reserved Janrath (2*2 AC) bus from Alambagh to Ballia on 15th oct and when I reached at bus station, they told me that my bus is cancelled due to breakdown and I have to purchase a new ticket in different bus and my money will be refunded. But its been 3 days and my money is not yet refunded nor I was notified about cancellation of bus or refund. I am a student, you can not cheat us like that. pls refund my money.

                I want to complaint against RTO Department, I was booked my no. UP32MZ1032 from Transport Nagar, Lucknow, UP, Receipt No is - PU[protected], & Payment of this no. amount of Rs. 5000, Date 12.07.22,
                When dealer cut my RTO Receipt 08.08.22, this no. was not taken on portal, & provide by default another no. to me by RTO, Sir how can do this, when i booked fancy no. already then why provide me another no. from RTO Department. Sir please check & refund my amount which was unnecessary taken by RTO. I also provide screen shot of RTO Receipt.

                  it is mention in my ticket kurawali. But they said the bus gone kurawali bypass highway but not mention in ticket. Is they run buses by their own rules. I am off from upsrtc and up government. I will mention this issue on twitter handles and also cm....

                  I'm traveling from Renukut to Prayagraj
                  From janrath sewa zero road depot bus no UP78FN8539 no mobile charging port is working.for long journey charging is required for mobile and we are paying for that extra service. It causes inconvenience for specially for long hours journey.kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                      Travel date 21 Aug 2022
                      Bus time 23:10 pm

                      My amount (RS 467) has been deducted from my card but ticket not Booked and it's showing transaction failed.
                      I checked in history too but there no booking.

                        I had booked a bus ticket from kaiserbag to dehradun on 31 july 22 having amount of Rs.1546. Transaction had completed but ticket was not booked.
                        I have called custermer care regarding this, they told me due to web site maintainence this problem occured.Your amount will be refunded within a week.

                                Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dL and psv badge the counter is showing "allotment information unavailable" from 1 month and the dispatch stage is pending from rto sid.                                   Dear Authorities,

                                  My challan has been cutted wrong by traffic police for UP14CE0104, even you can see the image of the challan that car engine is started and light are also open, I have not parked car was just come out of car to check the noise coming from the car . In the meantime, the traffic officer clicked the photo and cut the challan and he has also cutted a challan for pollution, even though I do have a pollution certificate.

                                  I was fined 10500 without any mistake . Please check and remove the challan.

                                  I cannot pay, as it's a very big amount for me. I have lost my job form since last 3 months and in so many problems facing it nowadays .

                                  Request you to remove the challan .

                                  Please find the attachment of challan for your reference.

                                    I was trying to book a ticket, money got deducted but I was not notified about the booking o e-ticket. It shoed transaction failed.So I booked a ticket again, this time it was successful. Then I saw I later received the e-ticket for previous failed transaction too. I wanted to bookone single seat only. So I am cancelling one of them but I am not getting any option to cancel, nor is the helpline number working.
