I tried to book bus from Upsrtc on 20Aug 2022 for below details:

Etah to delhi
Travel date 21 Aug 2022
Bus time 23:10 pm

My amount (RS 467) has been deducted from my card but ticket not Booked and it's showing transaction failed.
I checked in history too but there no booking.
Kindly refund my full amount.

Sir,
I had booked a bus ticket from kaiserbag to dehradun on 31 july 22 having amount of Rs.1546. Transaction had completed but ticket was not booked.
I have called custermer care regarding this, they told me due to web site maintainence this problem occured.Your amount will be refunded within a week.

I am Neelabh Dubey, tried to book a ticket from Jaunpur to Prayagraj in Janarath Bus through UPSRTC online reservation. Money has been debited from my account but it showed transaction failed on the website and ticket was not booked.

I have booked 2 tickets from Alambagh to Anand Vihar Bus Terminal via Agra Expressway 2x2 Bus Service. An amount of 2090 rs. was deducted from my google pay upi and the ticket was not booked. I asked the customer care and they said if the ticket is not booked then the money will be refunded. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment.
Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket for single passenger on UPSRTC's official reservation website as a guest user. I made the payment through UPI and the amount (Rs531) got debited from my account but the transaction failed on the website yet I didn't receive any refund of that amount. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dL and psv badge the counter is showing "allotment information unavailable" from 1 month and the dispatch stage is pending from rto sid. Dear Authorities,

My challan has been cutted wrong by traffic police for UP14CE0104, even you can see the image of the challan that car engine is started and light are also open, I have not parked car was just come out of car to check the noise coming from the car . In the meantime, the traffic officer clicked the photo and cut the challan and he has also cutted a challan for pollution, even though I do have a pollution certificate.br...

I was trying to book a ticket, money got deducted but I was not notified about the booking o e-ticket. It shoed transaction failed.So I booked a ticket again, this time it was successful. Then I saw I later received the e-ticket for previous failed transaction too. I wanted to bookone single seat only. So I am cancelling one of them but I am not getting any option to cancel, nor is the helpline number working.

No one has give the proper information about the bus that when it will arrive to kaushambi bus stand, i had waited for more then 3hours.

I have cancelled my booking of 02-April -2022 Bus Ticket from kaushambi to Sitapur through Pink Express but still i haven't got the refund. Please refund that as it's been more than 3 months.

I booked bus from Ghaziabad to Sitapur. Departure time was 10:10. I reached the stop at time but bus was not there. There was no information centre at the station. So i asked people and they sent me to wrong bus station. I was unable to catch bus because of lack of information given to people in the ticket and there was no info centre. So I want refund of my ticket i.e INR 791.

I booked two tickets, one from Lucknow to Varanasi and the other from Lucknow to Raebareli on 26th June 2022, but the bus got Cancelled and I made calls on toll free number they asked me to mail on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com, I had send many mails regarding the refund but they never replied. I need my refund.

I booked a ticket of Janrath bus (Delhi to Dehradun) online.
The date of travel was 29.06.2022.
My bus got cancelled and I received a message that the amount will be refunded to me within 7 days.
It has been 12 days and I haven't yet received the refund.
Please help me process my refund at the earliest.

I have mailed, contacted UPSRTC customer care for my refund but haven’t recieved any revert back from them on any platform. I was debited Rs. 1268 on 11/6/22 for a bus ticket to haridwar which was never booked by them. I checked with the team they said I will get a return in 3 days, now it’s approx a month and I still haven’t recieved any refund. I again checked with the customer care team “Neelima” someone she behaved rudely I recived a reply that we don’t have such information. I asked for an alternate number for the information on my refund she hung up the call. I have attached a photo of my transaction.

His name Mrityunjay. He is wanting Rs 10 for urine use but there is no fees for urination uses.
Please take an action against him.
Why he is charging money for urination uses.

I Vineet Nigam have booked a ticket for my Mother and Father on 6th of June 2022 from Lucknow to Dehradun unfortunately the bus was stucked near bareilly toll station and not in condition to get on or complete the ride.
They all are suffer there for more then 3 hours but no extra bus service was provided there.

So i go through parivahan official website to take appointment for driving licence in special quota before payment i saw appointment available but after paying applicable fee i didn't get special quota for taking appointment and my application fee is also not refunded.
