Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Booking not confirmed even after money debited from account | |
I booked my bus ticket on 12 october 2021 on UPSRTC site in JANRATH (9 pm) from Bareilly to Haridwar for 13 October 2021. My payment completed from Google Play and Rs. 547 was debited from my account but the booking has not confirmed as I didn't receive any confirmation on my given email ID or contact number. Payment was done to ATOM TECHNOLOGIES LTD. I want my refund as no ticket is issued to me.
