Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the conductor of bus number [Bus No.UP80 GT 7748/Mathura to Agra], which I along with my wife boarded on 20.11.2025 from Goverdhan Chauraha to Agra.
During the journey, the conductor behaved in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. On boarding the bus I enquired the conductor where this Bus journey will culminate in Agra. He said where you want to go. I informed him that I want to go to Idgah Bus Stand. He said the bus will go upto Bajligarh and I will drop you there. I gave him a five hundred rupee note and asked to give two tickets. He made the ticket (Attached) and returned the balance amount.
Now, on reaching Agra water works Chauraha he started making inquiry from the passengers who were left in the Bus for Tickets. He also inquired from me and I showed him the ticket which he had issued to me. On seeing the Ticket he started shouting on me saying you have taken ticket for Rs.80/- only and you will have to pay Rs.20/- extra per ticket for Bajligarh. I tried to explain him the whole conversation which I had with him while boarding the Bus at Goverdhan Chauraha that he said the bus will go upto Bajligarh and you can go from there to your onward destination.
Also as we do not know the fair it was your duty to issue the Tickets with correct amount. But he starts misbehaving with me and my wife. He went to the length saying that I will slap you and throw you out of the Bus. He was behaving like a Street Gunda at that time. क्या कर लेगा तू
I doubt whether he was under the influence of some toxic substance/liquor otherwise he should have politely asked us to pay the extra amount form water works Chauraha to Bajligarh. The abusive language which he used is really disheartening for us to bear. Such conduct and disrespectful behaviour of the duty personnel not only caused inconvenience to the passengers but also tarnishes the reputation of the roadways service.
One thing I want to add here that when I boarded the bus from Goverdhan Chauraha then why he issued the Ticket from Mathura. Likewise is Bajligarh is not in Agra. Why he created the scene in the bus for taking passengers to Bajligarh when the Bus was to culminate there.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against the concerned conductor to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
I hope for a prompt response and corrective measures.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Rajeev Chauhan
