I booked a ticket from UPSRTC website from Aishbagh (Lucknow)to Gorakhpur on 23 March 2021. The total amount of my travelling cost is 577.00 Rupees. My payment has been received by UPSRTC but not book my seat and doesn't show any tickets or PNR number. When I enquired about my refund amount from UPSRTC office and a officer told me your refund amount has been transfer in 48 hours but I didn't got my refund amount. So please you refund my amount.
