Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Refund not received for ticket booking | |
My name is Rashi Mishra. I have booked two tickets on 11 March 2021 from Bareilly to Agra which cost me Rs. 814. I have done the payment via Google Pay the money got deducted but the UPSRTC page said that payment failed and tickets were not booked. I tried calling helpline number but they are not reachable. Screenshot of the payment is also attached here. I need my refund back. Very poor service from UPSRTC. Id I used to book tickets is rashim0205. Was this information helpful? | |
