PAYMENT FAILED AND REFUND NOT YET RECEIVED UPSRTC USERNAME : sona7417 BOOKING DATE : 03.04.2021 ( 03 Apr'2021 ) REFUND AMOUNT : 617 INR The refund is pending and i have been taking many follow ups for same . UPSRTC is asking to get in touch with ATOM and ATOM is instructing to talk with UPSRTC merchant for refund initiation . Its nearly going to be 2 months and there is no status of refund, moreover the UPSRTC Customer Care Executives are not giving any update or registering the complaint . They simply say that they can't do anything related to refund . I made the payment via ICICI Debit Card, attaching the statement . Was this information helpful? | |||
