Hello team, I booked a ticket from upsrtc website. The amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket was not generated. Below are the details. Date : 08 august 2017 Amount : 825 From: kaushambi, delhi To : kanpur Bus type : shatabdi Mobile number mentioned : [protected] Email id : [protected]@gmail.com Name: akshaya Bank transaction id : bil/[protected]//81233951_upsrtc It's been 21 days but i did not receive the refund.
