Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — UPSRTC Bus Booking Issue via Paytm: No Bus Number, No Refund Resolved

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with a bus booking made through Paytm for a Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) bus. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution from both Paytm and UPSRTC, no solution has been provided even after 15 days.

Route: From KANPUR to DELHI
Amount Paid: ₹835.80

Issue Encountered:
I booked a UPSRTC bus ticket via Paytm but was not provided with the allotted bus number or other necessary details required to board the bus.
As a result, I was unable to board the bus on the scheduled date and time, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss.

Actions Taken:
I raised a complaint with Paytm’s customer care (Complaint/Ticket ID: [protected] and [protected]) but have received no resolution or refund.
I also sent an email to UPSRTC at [[protected]@upsrtc.com and [protected]@upsrtc.com ] on [09/Jun/2025], but no response or solution has been provided.
It has been more than 20 days since the issue occurred, and neither Paytm nor UPSRTC has addressed my concern.

Supporting Documents:
I have attached screenshots of the booking confirmation, payment receipt, and correspondence with Paytm and UPSRTC for reference.

Resolution Sought:
Immediate refund of the full ticket amount (₹835.80) to my original payment method.
An explanation from UPSRTC and Paytm regarding the failure to provide bus details and the delay in resolving my complaint.
Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the inability to travel.
