University of Lucknow — refund of fee

I have taken admission in M.B.A in university of lucknow at new campus in I.M.S.in the year 2009-10 and paid RS 39,000 as the admission fee.But due to certain reason i withdrew(cancelled) my admission before starting of the classes.Now the V.C. o[censored]niversity Of Lucknow had declared that the fee will be refunded only when the student had withdrew its admission within 15 days from the date of admission.Now please tell me how can i get my fee refunded as i am not sure that i have cancelled my admission within 15 days from the date of admission.Please tell me is the fee amount is refundable as per UGC or any other body rule.

Sir, We are the student of Amity School of Computer Science, Sec 44, Noida affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Noida. We did our MCA in[protected] session. Amity has applied for fees increment to UPTU (in 2010 mtu was part o[censored]ptu now working as sel[censored]niversity) on 17 Feb 2010.University have given permission to increase fees on 23 june 2010 but before that they have to apply to court for this.
They already mention to show the new fees structure on the college website within 7 days so that student may aware of this fact, but college didn’t told all these things even not publish it to the website and they applied to court.In 2013 during final sem project exam they have given us some pages for our signature and said it is document provided by mtu in case mtu increase fees in future then you will pay this.HOD told us that this is just a formality and mtu can not increase fees as you are going to passout, but they don’t tell us that it is not MTU who is increasing fees but they have already applied to court for fees increment.

Due to exam we can not give more time on document reading and also if we denied they may cut our internals as in last sem it is of 1000 marks.Now in feb 2014 they are saying that they have won the case and without paying additional amount they will not give our final year marksheet and degree. The college is going to close this year as they do not have student in other session. All staff has shifted to Amity University Sec 125.No body is there with whom we can talk. On phone they are talking and saying to pay fees to account sec of amity.I request to to please take back this decision and take this fees by future batches after informing him.
