my husband wrote the 10th exam in boiler plant boys higher secondary school, try-14(he missed the mark sheet) to know the register no of that mark sheet we pleased them to help us to provide the above. they are refusing to do that and telling us the private exams are not conducted there at that period. kindly help me providing details

महोदय नमस्कार ! महोदय निवेदन इस प्रकार से है कि मैंने यूं पी बोर्ड से सुचना का अधिकार अधिनियम २००५ के अंतरगत निम्न प्रकार से चाहि थी, परन्तु आज तक मुझे सुचना के अधिकार के अंतर्गत कोई भी सुचना प्राप्त नही हुयी । ३ महा बीत जाने पर भी । जिन विंडों पर सूचना चाहि गई थी वे इस प्रकार से हैं -
१- यह कि क्या इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के पश्चात भी जन्मतिथी को बदलना सम्भव है ।
२ - विमला भट्ट पुत्री श्री ख़ुशी राम कुड़ियाल ने वर्ष १९८० में जनता इण्टर कॉलेज थौलधार (माजफ ) तहसील -प्रतापनगर, जिला -टिहरी गढ़वाल उत्तराखंड (तत्कालीन उत्तरप्रदेश ) ने हाई स्कूल की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की थी । उस समय उनकी जन्मतिथी -०२/०५/१९६३ (दो मई सन त्रेसठ) थी । परन्तु वर्ष २००७-०८ में उत्तराखंड में आंगवाड़ी पद सृजित होने पर उक्त महिला ने अपनी जन्मतिथी -०२/०५/१९६४ आवेदन पत्र में दरसाई, तथा नियुक्ति प्राप्त की ।
३ - जब की इंटरमीडिएट कॉलेज थौलधार (माजफ ) में आज भी जन्मतिथि ०२/०५/१९६३ अंकित है ।

महोदय /महोदया कृपया स्पष्ट करें कि क्या यहा सम्भव है ?
अतः महोदय से निवेदन है कि उक्त प्रश्नो का उत्तर देने की महती कृपा करें । मैं आजीवन आपका आभारी रहूंगा ।

University of Lucknow — refund of fee

I have taken admission in M.B.A in university of lucknow at new campus in I.M.S.in the year 2009-10 and paid RS 39,000 as the admission fee.But due to certain reason i withdrew(cancelled) my admission before starting of the classes.Now the V.C. o[censored]niversity Of Lucknow had declared that the fee will be refunded only when the student had withdrew its admission within 15 days from the date of admission.Now please tell me how can i get my fee refunded as i am not sure that i have cancelled my admission within 15 days from the date of admission.Please tell me is the fee amount is refundable as per UGC or any other body rule.

Controller, university asked to provide letter from college stating that
the college has not received degree. I provided same to the university
and duly signed by Vice chancellor. As per university i have to contact
college to collect my degree. these all involved Time and money,
University and college both are playing ping pong game and passed 4 and
half years.

Now its high time, Please provide degree urgently and help me to avoid taking some legal action
