I had purchased vguard cooler 1 month back and now the pump is not working. Despite several calls to customer care, a technician was arranged. Since it is peak summer season, the service center needs to keep the motor pump, since it is the main for a cooler. After we raised the request they said that we will order the motor pump now. It is very pathetic that the service center itself is not keeping the sufficient orders...

We just buy the submersibile pumb 2 days ago.in these time the motor worked in a proper maner. And now in the early morning when we switched on the pumb it wouldnt worked.
