How to harrash the customer and yet take pride for such act should be well learnt by the so called v - guard industry.

Unfortunately we have been trapped and given a lifetime lesson for buying v-guard submersible 1 hp motor. After paying a close to 17k towards this amazing product we are yet to experince the real product value usage.

On 11th april we had purchased summersible motor for our borewell. However we never had the luck to pump out the water through this product. Even after rasing multiple calls and complain at customer care we never received any service so far.

We just experienced a super cyclone in bubhaneswar where we all were struggling to arrange water for our day to day living. Even after 37 days of the product buying we are still waiting to have see the summersible motor in working condition.

The v - guard technician assures us every single day of visiting our house and sorting the issue, however we have only been awarded with waiting and waiting with no real solution.

Is this how your company functions? I dont know about other cities but your service team here in bhubneswar definitely needs to change and develop some sence of professionalism and customer service rules.

    Due to electricity fluctuations the stablizer has been damaged and many appliances in my house has been damaged or short circuited because of the failure of the stablizer and my house has been in dark since last 2 hours due to failures of the stablizer. It’s very difficult for us to sit in the house so I requested you to look in the matter and handle it quickly

    My inverter is in warranty period but it's doesn't work properly. In this battery 1st problem is no more backup or 2nd is to much hitting. I am so glad if you can resolve this issue as soon as possible because in I have aways use only v gard appliance like as fan, led, inverter battery or something else. Then carefully seen this mail.

      Hi,

      I had purchased vguard cooler 1 month back and now the pump is not working. Despite several calls to customer care, a technician was arranged. Since it is peak summer season, the service center needs to keep the motor pump, since it is the main for a cooler. After we raised the request they said that we will order the motor pump now. It is very pathetic that the service center itself is not keeping the sufficient orders

        We just buy the submersibile pumb 2 days ago.in these time the motor worked in a proper maner. And now in the early morning when we switched on the pumb it wouldnt worked. We just chechked and makesure that it is complained. We want another pumb for our home use. Please just check the pumb and provide us a new pumb. Please visit in the home as short as possibile.

          Hi-

          I am seriously fed up with the vguard geyser. I bought a 6 litre pebble in dec 2016.in nov 2018 it stopped working no power and after 5-6 days after repeat follow up someone from service center visited us and fix. Again on dec 2018 the same issue same service center was assigned. The technician was incompetent and took time and fixed it somehow but from jan 2019 beginning the water started leaking seems tank leakage.

          I logged a complaint again but 24 hrs has almost passed the incompetent service center did not bother to contact us. I think they have damaged my geyser really not acceptable.

            Dear sir,
            I purchased your company product a gyeser that is vguard steamer plus ec series with serial number
            1-[protected], and registered for installation. Your company authorized boy came to me (With phone number[protected]) and hedid not observed anything and blindly refused to install. Actually there is a need to plow two holes. Even though he had enough equipment with him for dig hole, care lessly answered me. Not given any suggestion even though i requested..
            At last i used to appoint a worker and paid money to him. He installed finally. After that your boy come and captured a photo... And given five star rating him self..
            Sir, i request you to give proper instructions to your boys to help customer. L hope no body should fase bitter experience like me. And allow the customer for your free installation...

              Dear sir,

              This is regarding with the gas geyser, which i purchased 3 months back, and since from the beginning, we are giving a complaints of gas leakage (5+ complaints) inside the geyser, but every time engineer (Mr. Ahil) use to say, everything is fine, i request for senior engineer, but the same person, mr. Adhil use to come for checking and say that everything is fine, our complaint with the unit is simple, if we switch off the gas outlet, smell will not be there and vice versa when unit is idle (Not in use). Last thursday 5.12.2018 @5. 30pm, he visited and said that, he will take the unit for checking and will replace the defective parts and will refit back within saturday. He removed the unit for taking to service center, and i requested for service order sheet, he said that his duty time is over @6pm and will come next day along with order form and take the unit along, we also requested for refitting for daily usage till he gets back, but till today, he didn't came back for taking the unit and left the unit idle, (View picture) this is the type of service given to customers in ballari, so first i am escalating the issue to you, if you have area sales person / area service person and bsm number, contact details, kindly forward the mail to them or provide me the details for further action.

                Hi - i have a geyser from vguard which is under warranty i have raised a complaint with customer care and lodged a ticket on 7th nov 2018. The company told they will get back and assign a technician within 48 hrs. But despite repeated calls no technical was assigned.

                  Sir, i had bought du 800 inverter from v guard. It failed last month and i had registered complaint with the company. Their service person came and attended. Replaced circuit board and charged rs 2000. Again the inverter failed. Complaint registered. The service person came attended. Again the inverter failed. Complaint registered with v guard through their website. 5 days over. None turned up so far. All the good will i had on v guard and its products are gone now. If you can please do the needful.

                    I bought a v guard geyser through paytm and got it installed through v guard service centre about a week back. Today morning, it came off the wall and fell flat on the floor. It is purely because of improper installation, as it came off the wall without any external interference. Luckily no body got hurt. Body of the geyser got damaged and hence need to be replaced wit new one. Request you to register my complaint. The service engineer can visit us to inspect and verify the issue.

                      I made a request for servicing of the stabilizer connected to my ac yesterday morning.                         It was installed in 22 of sept 18 while next day no working. And given compaint (Manjeri) your servicer informed as loose connection but after that today 1st oct. It was again in complaint, i. E. Working if there is electricity when it gone it will not work. So i think problem is no battery back up. So kindly replace it otherwise problem will again continue and i have no time to complaint...

                          I had purchased safeflo plus 6 litre water heater on 28/12/17. My water heater automatically stopped heating i had raised a complaint to your customer care on 22/9/18 12.35 pm and received complaint no sr no 1-[protected] till to date and time nobody has called me nor attended the complaint. I have called customer care yesterday twice and today also they are telling that we have raised to senior level and finishing the call everytime i am getting the same answer. As per your rule my complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs now 74 hours has been crossed nobody has attended my complaint.

                          I had bought V-Guard Mixer grinder juicer in August 2017. Its not working and burnt smell coming. Have so far used only two jars, big masala grinding and the smallest one. Rest completely intact. Its within the warranty period.

                            Iam k. S. Muraleedharan pillai purchased a solar v guard inverter on 27/12/2016 the product no: is v guard dv1000 smart 12v. Digital ups. Commodity code:vi 15rc 22942. Complaint booking no:7483. It is already more than 48 hours i had registered a complaint and nobody came. So please take immediate action to rectify the complaint. This product quality is very poor.

                              I purchased v guard storage water heater - pebble 10 l model from nandilath irinjalakuda on 23 august 2018. I was using v guard instant water heater which got damaged so i went to purchase another v guard instant water heater. But the person in the shop introduced himself as the staff of v guard and only on his assurance that the water heater would be installed the very next day, i went for the storage model ie pebble 10 l. The same day, 23.08.18 i received an sms intimating that the installation would be done within 48 hours. The same day, as promised, a received a call from thrissur service centre, informing me that the technician would call me the next day for my route and other formalities and i received a code that had to be given to the technician after the work completion. But no body came. Two days later i received a similar sms and the same drama. Today is 3rd september 2018. Even after 10 days of purchase nobody came for installation. I strongly express my concern and the way v guard is carrying out its business.

                                  The inverter fan is not circulating.there is a no backup.when inverter started som time later it heated up and the fan is not doing their work prooerly.so that's why there is no backup .So please solve our problem and call on [protected].

                                      One vguard stabilizer has been installed in residence purchased at balangir dist (Odisha). Consumer tel no. [protected] is my son. The product is not functioning.
                                      I have filed complain through customer care. My sr no. Is1-[protected]. The tech. Staff has gone balangir to look into the matter but he did not it find their as the product/stabilizer is being used keonjhar (Odisha).

                                        Two srs already generated on behalf of ac stablizer issue before 30days, but no resolution, but the srs got cancelled without any reasons.

                                        No service engineer visited my site. Still my product is not repaired and my problem is not resolved yet. As ihave bill copy and its under the warranty period but still no one resolved my issue. Strict action needs to be taken. My mobile number is [protected].
