Hi team,

Two srs already generated on behalf of ac stablizer issue before 30days, but no resolution, but the srs got cancelled without any reasons.

No service engineer visited my site. Still my product is not repaired and my problem is not resolved yet. As ihave bill copy and its under the warranty period but still no one resolved my issue. Strict action needs to be taken. My mobile number is [protected]. Already bill copy sent to customer service email id.

We bought V-Guard VG-400 stabilizer on 01/03/2018 (DD/MM/YYYY) for our new 1.5 ton IFB split AC.

Within 2 months time, stabilizer stopped working. During this time, in my whole apartment there was no problem reported in terms of voltage fluctuations. No abnormality was observed.

Stabilizer was submitted in the shop from where I bought for repair. Technical Service was too bad. They had taken close to 3 weeks to repair one stabilizer and they said they can't figure out the problem and for the time being, they had changed some transistor and handed over to me on 26/06/2018. By then climate got cooled in my region and had not used my AC not more than two days. These two days stabilizer was working fine.

Yesterday (19/07/2018) I turned on my AC. But stabilizer not working again.

Now I am regretting for trusting V-Guard blindly.

It seems the piece it self is defective one. Request you to kindly replace the stabilizer.

It is not working good, Several times repaired also (Coil problem) etc...

Over all am not happy with your product

In reference to above subject, I want to draw your kind attention towards geyser which has been sold by V-guard dealer situated in Bhajanpura, delhi.

V-guard is reputed indian listed company having larger market capital, but when it comes to their product and after sales service, its pathetic.

I have purchased V-guard geyser in oct 2016, but that product is defective and i have repaired it by your service centre situated in vasundhra, ghaziabad atleast 7-8 times but your untrained man comes and he do something temporary in it.

See I want permanent solution. Either replace my geyser or extend my warranty or refund my amount.
I am educated gentleman and don't want to induldge in legal proceedings neither interested in spoiling your reputation socially.
Again your poor agent is asking for replacing some inputs in it which it had already been done few months back.

Inverter battery is only 9 months old. As per ur service engineer replacement of battery but given vt165. He told vt170 discontinued. Please arrange vt170 and above as soon as earliest. I m waiting for ur response. Thank you.

28th May Raised complaint for VGMW1000 digital Plus. The out put voltage is not stable and continuously varying from 196 v to 245v even if the input voltage is stable between 220 to 235v. All my appliances are malfunctiong and more than that home lift meant for my physically challenged my son and 85 years old my mother unable to move around the home.

28th rised complaint and the number is[protected]. v-guard service team visited on 31st and without understanding my problem and inspection they closed the complaint without our concurrence. I gave rating 0 and they rated them self 4.

again i called and informed the same to call center next day and they said they will raise one more complaint and they dint do .

on 8th June raised one more complaint and no one responded till 15th June. 15th June i received message the complaint closed all working fine. How the service engineer closing the complaint without attending the problem.

My physically challenged son and mother suffering from this issue from the day one of installation.

V guard service center not responding at all. pls. organise to take back the material on priority. so i can buy some other good product.

Kindly refer to earlier correspondence to your office in this context an engineer visited to my house and further asked me to wait for one week. Submitted to yourself for further action at your end please.

An early action in this context shall be highly appreciated.

I purchased date 24.4.18. The company is v guard 1hp power
It didn't load water we also put the water but not result was came. Moter running 10-15minutes but no water came we are very problem. Moter model no of this neon-f150
Please stephanie for the moter. Water also very slow and it's come only few time

Please change my v - guard battery v-180 immediately due to warranty period. I am also informed to service center h. Office but our service center has no good service to me. Had purchased SS body Open well pump VOSS F90 in August 2013 more than 4 1/2 years ago, the SS part i.e. only the central body part is ok rest all the Bolts have been corroded.

Contacted the Company service people technician and dealer & company warehouse from where the pump was bought they just kept on saying will see for the parts as they are not available for more than 10 days now.

First of all what is the use giving the partial pump being SS rest when gets corroded the pump as it is of no good use.

Secondly this has happened only in 4 1/2 years of its service costed me about Rs10, 000/- + other fitting and fixing charges . Such a product is a waste of money as such.

No support from the Company's service side, rather just killing the time of others without any concern from their side.

Sir, lam sent a burned cealing fan to v guard service centre calicut .
I am installed this fan after service, but fan consuming more current and heating .l am open the motor and l see the two burned coils are short circuited . service centre is cheated me, sir this type of gimmicky work is not expect from v guard . So please take an Appropriate action

I purchased v-guard solar water heater for my new house in kasturinagar, bangalore on 16.11.2017 which was installed by reddy technogies, bangalore-16. After connection it worked for two days and then i found the tubes had burst. I contacted v gurard customer care on phone and one technician came, checked, took photographs and reverted back saying the tank and tubes needs to be replaced for which bill will be rs9000/-. This is atrocious. Within 3 months if this kind of repair is to be done what kind quality your product has? I am terribly frustrated. Please respect warranty and replace items. If not i may have to go to consumers forum.

Being a renowned company i hope you will address my problem soon.

I had purchased vguard stabilizer in august 2017. From last week it is creating problem, line is not passing through it. It is 2kw stabilizer directly connected with electric meter. Earlier i don't have any issues with this, but now i am unable to use it. Here in madhubani bihar, there is a lot problem with the electric fluctuations, so stabilizer is necessary.
Please do the needful asap.

The heater flow is not working lighter is ok but foow is not working for the heater please visit speadly the heater flow and pressure and meet with me and my house allmost is not working for the 5days and many more children in my house allmost the heater please let us know your care number is not working please calling me and my house number is [protected] that's all

I have got a 3yr old vguard pebble 10ltr geyser. It was perfectly working till last week when i thought of getting a routine check up done though a vguard representative. He checked and mentioned no issues and had fitted it again. He was not able to open and fit it flawlessly which is expected from an authorised serviceman. He took his service charge and left. Afetr two days the product stopped working and have complained many times to vguard but not able to resolve. Their authorised service representative saying they will charge as many times as they come and i have to say the product is of no use now. Won't buy vguard product ever again or recommend to anyone.

New stabilizer installed one month ago is not functioning. Please check up and resolve. There are two such stabilizers that are not functioning since it has been installed. May be it needs replacement. The service boy attended previously could not find out any solution and left it as it is. Since this is a govt. Organisation's training center, the trainees are facing a lot problems. Please resolve/replace soon.

We have since done a detailed check of the electrical system and found the problem is in one of v-guard geyser

V-guard technicians were here few days back. Disconnected all geysers and found earthing problem
Upon further checking with our electrician the problem is traced back to one pebble geyser has internal earthing problem
