V-Guard Industries — I am complaining about v guard inverter

The inverter fan is not circulating.there is a no backup.when inverter started som time later it heated up and the fan is not doing their work prooerly.so that's why there is no backup .So please solve our problem and call on [protected].
Address:Maina mojpur, Khurja junction near railway station.please attention to me and so my problem .It makes many problems to me
