Hello,
I have raised installation request sr :1-[protected] and it was not yet done till now, guy who got assigned replying that it is far from his location and can't come and install. What should be the next option? Can you assign to technician who is bit nearer to me? And want to tell that customer may not buy house/flats where you guys provide service, and i have no information while buying this product. Please prioritize and do the needful.
Above is the mail request i have sent to customer care..
Then they allotted one more guy and he is also saying same repeated things.
Location is very far from where he is staying, what is this nonsense of reply.
Is this way of treating customer, do we need to buy in the center of city where you guys are providing service?
I don't need any assistance and
Product got installed by some other third party guy and i payed 500 rupees for that which is the lose i have to bare because of your service technicians who spoiling the company reputation,
Please update your terms and conditions and stop this blind folds.
Am not at all happy with your support guys/ technicians (Just throwing balls)
And request got closed by stating "unauthorized service"
Awesome it is.. Very bad experience
