V-Guard Industries — inverter battery / I'm complaint for replacement

In march 2017 i have purchase invertor and battery
Which company have given 35 of months guarantee. But within 6-8 mnth battery doesn't work and after complaining 10 times they didn't provide the new battery or provide assitance for that and we our complaining many times but there is no response...
And customer service is very bad engineer jaya yadav behavior very bad
