V-Guard Industries — motor did not load water

I purchased date 24.4.18. The company is v guard 1hp power
It didn't load water we also put the water but not result was came. Moter running 10-15minutes but no water came we are very problem. Moter model no of this neon-f150
Please stephanie for the moter. Water also very slow and it's come only few time
Please check the moter i water running time 7:30amto8:30am

The display of the stabiliser is showing DLY. And after few minutes of starting it the display is showing ohi .It has stop working .

Sir, I purchase stabilizer for AC 1.5 ton in may 2018, now it's not working, output supply not coming.

Pls depute service engineer to repair it.
