V guard stablizer is showing tdr regularly and our ac is not working

When electric current drop/punctuate computer shutdown repeatedly in inverter vguard-1450. so it is very shad that i have complained twice before with complain no SR 1- [protected] with closure code 1742 but till now i have not got any solution for this problem. please help for this complain
