I have already sent one complaint id1829414
Need technician to come back and rectify earthing problem in one out of 11 geysers we have
Your technicians were here few days back but could not identify the exact reason for earthing problem
We have since done a detailed check of the electrical system and found the problem is in one of v-guard geyser
Please arrange for technician to return immediately

Have not received response from v-guard
This is an urgent matter and should serve as a reminder for immediate service
