[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — About Free Gift and refund of money | |||
Dear sir, I was purshased vacation package last year sept 2014, at that time company executive Mr.Akash was promise me for free gift of laptop but yet I can"t received laptop as a free gift. After that this year(Aug 2015) Mr.Kunal was call us and saying we will refund your amount but refunding amount is not deposited in my account till today.So please refund my amount as early as possible.Mr.Kunal was transferred Rs 7799/- From my account to vacation gateway account and tell us total amount Rs of 15598/- will transfer directly in your account within 21 days, yet amount of Rs 15998/- is not transfer in my account.please look forward and transfer amount in my account as early as possible.
