[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — Bogus & False Promises of Holiday package, Accessed online bank account

On 21st March I received a phone call from Mr Pradeep Of Vacations Gateways promising a Holiday package of Rs 8599/- I was given a discounted amount of Rs 7799/- Rs ( I have all the phone recordings) along with a free Sony Xperia Z2 Tab worth Rs 49, 900/- free. Till date nothing has surfaced inspite of numerous calls and emails Vacation gateways is a fraud company located in Noida & Gurgoan UP They ask for credit & debit card details promising free Sony xperia tab z2. And also promise holiday packages to Malaysia Bangkok for just 7999/-rs. PLEASE BE AWARE AND GET SAVED, DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CALL FROM ANY NO[protected],[protected],[protected].[protected] Nitin & a Female . They rob all ur details and empty ur all bank accounts. The company has cheated millions of people and have no of cases in the Consumer courts all over India. SO BE AWARE

company has emailed me yesterday on 15th April 2015 [email protected] Dear Mr. RAJESH WILLIAM GAIKWAD Refund proceed after 8.5% deduction This is with reference to your booking placed with Vacations gateway Order Id : SDL00042914 As per your request, your above mentioned order is being processed for refund. You are requested to send the booklets at the below mentioned address so that we can proceed with the refund process: DTDC Courier & Cargo ltd. Near Gaia Play School, Adjacent to wine shop, silver city, Sec-93, Noida pin code - 201301 Contact Number – 0120-6521232 Upon receipt the same your amount will be refunded back within 10-15 working days in your account through which transaction was done How -ever refund screen snapshot will be sent to you which will assure you for refund process done by us. We request you to kindly share the POD details of booklet sent back to us. Refund process will be taken up after receipt of the booklet. For any further query please feel free to call or mail to us any working day i.e. Monday to Friday between 1030 to 1730 hrs. Please acknowledge this mail our action please. you have any objections or issue then please let us know. Otherwise, we will consider it to be acceptable by you. Today a call received from number 01206521232 by a person raj asking me to withdraw my complaint back and he will process my refund order after deduction of 8.5% as processing fee. or if refund is not given i can relodge the complaint.
