Vacations Gateway — complaint in deal again

I RAM NIWAS have purchased two packages from vacations gateway 1) Rs 7799 bill no. VGTX00001952, Tx no. SDL00039625 2) Rs 8549 bill no. VGTX00001958, Tx no. SDL00039585 At the time of deal, seller promised me to give some assure gifts but when i purchased packages there were no gifts. So i have applied for refund of my money. After two months and after lots of my calls and mails, i am still waiting for my refunds... Please make my refunds as soon as possible... Thank you
