Vacations Gateway — Fraud complaint for offering free gift of Laptop

Dear sir, I have received phone call from Vocations Gateway (Mr Sandeep Tripathi - [protected] )for offering free laptop scheme, I found good scheme and attractive. As per his guide line I have made on line transaction of Rs 7799 on 29 april. After paying I am going to get welcome kit, and also received VG number, this no I have informed him and he said you will get laptop on 25 may but till today I have not received any thing.
