Vacations Gateway — Fraudulent commitment and Unethical behavior

After this post in here VG executive -Anurag has contacted me after few days and told he himself looking after this complaint status and try to solve the issue .And again pretend me that they may be send mail in wrong emaild of mine and again i confirmed the right email id but this all are just pretention and joke also.They have my email id before.Again send me all the details and copy of payment receipt and told me just confirm the same by replying with and mention his name specially in the replying mail and told to acknowledge the same(i.e package only no gift that they promis of blackberry phone) . And told me to wait 2 to 7 days to resolve the same.And again after 2 days one mail came from their end stating that I have booked the package only and they are going to serve me that and the gift is the part of referal scheme and try to share the name of referal person so that I may get the gift.
But at the time of booking 3 VG executive confirmed me 10 times that I must get that blackberry set and In their wordings" those referal schemes are nothing we are assuring you get that gift and it would reach you in 4 to 7 days in your home address.So please pay us now RS 8549/- as this offer is for only today and you will regret if you loose it .And called me like something miracle has happened and i must confirm the package and here the courier agent calling in process and and here the courier is going to dispatch by today evening."
So it's my humble request please check your telephonic conversation record with me while enrolling and do the needful and please refund my money back .Consumer forum please conecered this issue in legal way so that this fake and fraud company member should get behind the jail.
