Reg: Vacation Gateway - Non-Refund of full amount with interest & fake promise case Customer ID: VGGGD8105034 Consignments No.: Z16623523 Booking Date: Sun, Mar 30, 2014 at 2:17 PM As discussed over phone on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 1:53 PM with Rohit/Akash (Sales Team), they promised to send Laptop (without referral program) along with the purchase of holiday package of worth Rs.7799. Till now they haven't send the laptop and every time either they wont respond properly or wont pick up the phone now. Sir, Any update on this issue. Many such similar cases have been increased on daily basis, need to take serious action against VG.
