Vacations Gateway — Refund not given

Akash Sharanagat from Vacation Gate way calls and assures a gift of laptop or tablet and tell us to make the payment online and when i saw lots of compliments online in the name of vacation gateway i sent mail to refund my amount as per their police deduction 8.5%. But that also they are not willing to give, I had done 2 transition of which one was showing failed but also my amount was deducted and 2 transitions were made . i want my refund, the assured gift is a fraud .Even when i sent mail to cancel they sent the booklet of membership to me.
