Vacations Gateway — The confirmed holiday package is not delivered to me

Dear Sir, I have booked the two package with Vacations Gateeway Noida worth of rupees 15598/-. And they confirmed me that they will deliver the Samsung note 2 mobile, cash back card for second pkg (7799/-) and 5 year membership card. But till date i have not received the same. Also they confirmed the 4/5 star hotel booking but they are giving 1star hotel booking which is 500/- INR per day. I am really frustrated with this company & now they are saying i can not cancel my package. Request you to please solve my complaint.
